Thank you Гатэль Еўропа for your amazing hospitality. Everyone was / is so professional. Definity a best kept secret to the rest of the world. Looking forward to Belarusian / USA relations to improve. Thank you for making me an honorary fellow Belarusian for a week. I think you should rename the cockatoo to Tommy in my absence. Think about it.

Great Hotel. Staff friendly, hepful. Breakfest excellent. I will return. Wifi good and fast.||Everything was close, Nice restaurants near. In the middle. There some attractions, festivals, quiet hotel, but it stand on the Lenin street, but its noisi only in a day. Night you can sleep well.

This is excellent hotel, one of the best hotels I stayed in Minsk, staff are very friendly, location is very good,, you everything around you, no need to take taxi, and very big thanks to the reception's supervisor Ms Daria

This is a grand dame hotel in the European style. Although the hotel had to be totally rebuilt they kept to the original plan and quality. Great place for a city stay.

Tasty breakfast, a lot of various meat… Big rooms. Little gym… Womderfull location, in the same centrum.

This hotel exceeded our expectations and is indeed one of the best ones in Minsk. The central location is great for people who want to explore the city as the hotel is very conveniently located close to the parks, the river, museums, stores, art galleries, bars, and restaurants.||||Everyone from the staff was positive, helpful, and nice to us. The room service was superb and the bar downstairs is open 24hrs here. ||||As about the rooms, they were very clean, spacious, and cozy. They also offer a paid parking garage option which worked very well for us. ||||We will definitely be back!

A nice hotel located in the city center. A bellman help you to carry your luggage to your room. The hotel rooms are big. The pool and sauna were nice during the morning.||||The strength of this hotel lies with their great hospitality. They are definitely not afraid to walk the extra mile for their guests.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Hotel Europe is located in the heart of the city - the old town in particular. Local bus and metro stops are within easy walking distance, as are numerous restaurants, cafes, museums, bars, etc.||||The Staff is very friendly and accommodating and they speak very good English.||||The hotel is immaculately clean, from the lobby, to the spa, to the rooms.||||My room was warm (literally) and the bathroom floor was heated - great during winter! Robes and slippers in the room were nice. I used them often to go down to the pool/spa area. The bed and pillows were quite comfortable, the room was quiet (I was on the 5th floor), the Wi-Fi worked well, plenty of soaps/shampoos in the bathroom... In short, the room was really nice. On our second day the hotel left a large basket of fruit - yum! Bottles of water were left in the room every day, as well (though, this isn't entirely environmentally friendly...).||||Loved the pool/sauna/spa. I had it to myself everyday. The room and the water was always warm and there was always an attendant to give me towels and turn on the jets in the spa. Loved the decor and atmosphere in the pool room - cozy, warm, quiet.||||There is a restaurant and bar/lounge area, though I didn't try either. There is also a beauty spa and salon on site, where you can get massages also.||||Overall a super hotel. Location is perfect, service is excellent, and the rooms are great. (I can't comment on the breakfast, as I didn't pay for it and thus never ate there.)
