Otivm Hotel

Wow. This hotel is fantastic. The staff cannot do enough for you. So kind and friendly. The hotel is situated in a great area. Within walking distance everything. The rooms a beautiful. We got the room with the terrace. Highly recommend. The breakfast is a delicious buffet style on their roof top terrace which is breath taking. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay. Will most definitely be back again. Thanks you to all the wonderful staff.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel! Rooms: - Spacious and super clean -Great air conditioning Staff: - Very friendly - Held our bags for us and gave us a late checkout Central and great location. We felt very safe walking around in the evening here. There is a tram that goes to the train station that connects to FCO and bus stop right by the hotel. You are able to walk or take lime scooters to everything.

Staff was excellent. Reception and gentleman at breakfast were wonderful. Location very walkable. As described on their website, the hotel is decorated very modern. 64 mom traveling with 35 daughter and for us hotel was too swanky and very dark. We had a triple room to have separate beds and there was no where to sit except one chair. Room size good but we got take away dinner and no where for the two of us to eat. As expected in Rome, the lobby and elevator were quite small.

This is our second visit to Rome and staying at this hotel and the experience is exquisite! First class, friendly service. The rooms are beautiful and the staff is wonderful! The hotel is in the heart of Rome and in walking distance of many attractions. It's definitely worth the price!

This hotel is in the heart of ROME and the service has the heart of Rome.|Check-in with Carmen was flawless - and she had such a welcoming attitude after we had traveled over 20 hours. |Our room was so comfortable & spacious. We are a family of four and it says a lot to have this much space for all of us.|The rooftop bar was divine after a long day of touring- delicious drinks and the view exceeded expectations !|I can’t say enough about Georgio (sp?) and his morning breakfast. There is something for everyone ! Delicious pastry, bacon, eggs and more! He has greeted us every morning like we are the most important guests on property. |If you want to stay in a great location, clean and comfortable rooms; with a fantastic staff- this is the place! |10/10 - Thank you for making our trip so safe and special!

Very helpful staff. Good breakfast. The internal suite was very comfortable and spacious. It was made up nicely each morning. The shower was hot. The bed was very comfortable. The pillows were a bit hard.|The location is great in the very center of historical Rome.|We would certainly recommend the Otivm hotel to everybody.

Otivm is an amazing hotel! After we had to leave our Airbnb at 2am due to a bug issue, we called and Enrico was able to give us a room at the last minute. Agatha was also able to upgrade us on our second night! We were so blessed to have stumbled upon this hotel. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. And rooms were amazing, with a beautiful view! It was also very close to a lot of tourist sites so easily walkable. I would definitely recommend this hotel if you’re staying in Rome!

Staff was so incredibly nice and helpful. The location could not be better, as it is within a 20 minute walk to anything you want to visit in the city, aside from Vatican (40 min walk). The rooftop bar is a fantastic option to grab a drink, and you don’t need a reservation as a guest!
