Otivm Hotel

The location of the hotel cannot be beat. We are big walkers and wanted easy access. This did not disappoint ! Luca and staff super friendly and helpful. Use them as a resource! Breakfast on the roof had a nice variety and loved having coffee made to order. We stayed 4 nights - had to skip breakfast two days as we had booked early tours (lesson learned for future trips anywhere ). Sights were all around us and we walked to Trastevere each night for dinner. Would stay here again which is really all you need to know!

From start to finish this hotel was nothing but amazing! The staff, front desk, the bar tenders, the managers were incredible! They went out of their way for us and made our stay fantastic. They recommended great places to eat and see. The bar on the roof is elegant and quaint. Drinks are classy and delicious. Our room was beautiful and hotel is close to literally everything. Rooftop view is great and you see the most beautiful monument in Rome. Cabs are easy to catch in front. Very safe hotel, can’t hear the bar at all from the room. Once again, thank you to the staff, Luca, Matteo and the amazing bartender and the server upstairs. We will never forgot you and this beautiful hotel!

This is the second time we've stayed at this hotel, and once again it was a fantastic stay. The staff is friendly and helpful, Luca gave us some great advice on sites to see and nearby restaurants that were delicious. Pretty much everything we wanted to visit was within easy walking distance.

Fabulous stay at Otivum. The room was the perfect size for 2 people. Plenty of closet space, a large bathroom and a kettle for morning coffee. Breakfast on the roof was spectacular. Amazing view and a wonderful variety of food. The hotel is near everything. Perfect location to walk to Basilica Santa Maria in Aracoeli, Vittorio Emanuele monument, Colosseum, Pantheon and Campo de Fiori. Cafes, restaurants, gelato and a supermarket are just around the corner. However, what really makes this hotel special is the staff. Every single person, without exception, was incredibly friendly, kind and helpful. They made our stay perfect!

The hotel is fine. Rooms are clean. Nice buffet breakfast. Everything in working order. Lovely rain shower. Centrally located in a quiet area.|The best part of this hotel is the staff. I had emailed them a few days prior and they recommended wonderful restaurants and made reservations for us. They went out of their way to accommodate us and make us feel welcome.|Bar on roof is nice. Drinks are expensive.

Wow. This hotel is fantastic. The staff cannot do enough for you. So kind and friendly. The hotel is situated in a great area. Within walking distance everything. The rooms a beautiful. We got the room with the terrace. Highly recommend. The breakfast is a delicious buffet style on their roof top terrace which is breath taking. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay. Will most definitely be back again. Thanks you to all the wonderful staff.

We will return again! A smaller hotel in a perfect location. SUCH A HELPFUL STAFF. They knew us, our itinerary, and were on top of every detail. A wonderful rooftop breakfast—Giorgio made special and new side dishes and specialty coffees each day!

An amazing place to stay during your vacation! It’s located in the heart of the city, close to all the historical sites in Rome. The breakfast was delicious, and it was hosted by Mr. George, who is truly a wonderful person. I highly recommend this hotel.

My wife and I just spent three wonderful days at Otivm Hotel. Our visit was outstanding- from the gracious hospitality of the hotel director (Luca) to the excellent pre arrival assistance from Agata. I highly recommend.

Snobbish AF... we were discriminated against because we were wearing street clothes (nothing disrespectful) in the middle of the tourist district where street clothes should have been expected. They sat us at the worst table and told us all the other tables were reserved and they couldn't move us, even though the dining area wasn't even half full. Yet, when other (better dressed) guests arrived who didn't have reservations or weren't actual guests of the hotel (like us), they were told "Take any table you like." We were planning on originally staying and ordering multiple drinks and featuring them in our travel blog... but their lack of courtesy is earning them a one star review instead. Stay away from this establishment... there are plenty of other rooftop bars in Rome with better service.

I recently stayed 3 nights at this exquisite hotel in Rome, Italy. Many months before departing for this trip, I went online with Expedia to search for a great place to stay. I looked at hundreds of hotels, but fortunately decided that this lovely hotel was the one!!! We were so surprised to see what an absolute gem we had been able to find! Luca the Hotel Manager welcomed us with open arms. We arrived very early in the morning, long before our official check-in time, but he took us up the the rooftop where we were able to have almost 360 degree views...breathtaking doesn't even come close!!! Our room was spacious & the bathroom setup included the biggest rain shower I've ever seen!!! Part of our daily cost not only included a few hours in afternoon to unwind with Happy Hour on the rooftop, but a Continental breakfast as well. However I must confess that our delicious morning meal was beyond belief!!! Homemade breads, a variety of fruits, cheeses, meats, various proteins, juices & coffee any way we wanted!!! But more important than an outstanding place for everyone looking for an epic stay, I wanted to thank the Entire staff for truly making our stay amazing!!! Everyone always greeted us with a smile on their faces & truly made our Rome stay memorable!!! I have already recommended Otivm as the place to stay to all my friends & family, & will definitely stay here again if I'm fortunate enough to visit Rome again!!!
