I want to thank Sergio for his outstanding service today. I went in hoping they could squeeze me in for a tire change off the bike. All the mechanics were tied up with previously booked appointments. Sergio offered to change the tire himself as I do not live in the area. This was my first time in his shop and he informed me of some of the services they offered including their Maintenance Package and storage. I know this was a very minor service, but very grateful for his customer service and quick turnaround along with the reasonable price. I will be sure to return next time I need service.

Great staff and they’re super helpful. Ask for Sergio or John. I’ve been coming here since I bought my bike last year. Still a noob rider but talking to these guys makes you like a well, oiled season rider.

Sergio and his crew have been servicing my bike for two years now and continually impress me with the level of integrity their shop has. They are friendly, honest, and do great work on my bike at rates that are more than fair. Would recommend OTOMOTO to any motorcycle rider in Toronto looking for repair services, consumable parts, or fun things like helmets, merch and protective gear.

So glad I found this shop! Awesome service and great timing. Out of all the places I shopped around, they were the only ones to have the tire I wanted in stock. The front tire was available in shop and the rear needed to be ordered - it arrived the next day after paying for the tires. The same day it arrived I was able to book in a service slot to have my tires changed, and I also ended up purchasing a new chain replacement while I was there. Both the owner and manager were very friendly and willing to help without my strict adherence to booking, since I arrived a little after their last available time slot. Service was quick and well performed. I'm a beginner motorcycle rider, and the owner was more than happy to give me advice and guidance on bike maintenance in general. I really needed those new tires, and the new chain was a big plus. I rode home feeling 10x more confident after that! I would recommend this shop to anyone looking for parts, or if they need motorcycle maintenance done. The team at OTOMOTO knows what they're doing.

Despite the modest size of their shop, don't underestimate their capabilities. They excel in customer service and possess a depth of knowledge that surpasses many larger establishments in the GTA. What initially drew me in as a convenient spot for an oil change, evolved into an exceptional experience at the best full-service shop I've encountered. Thank you to the team for treating my bike with the same care and attention as if it were your own.

The nicest and most helpful staff!!! If I could give 10 stars I would! John was kind enough to help us choose helmets and decide on both size and brand! They have a large selection, definitely worth coming in!

Sergio is knowledgeable and honest. He helped me find the right replacement parts and delivery was super prompt. Highly recommended.
