I brought my Harley Davidson Electra Glide Ultra Classic to @Otomoto with a serious electrical issue — the bike kept dying with no clear explanation. They diagnosed the problem quickly, gave me a clear answer about what was wrong, and fixed it efficiently. They also adjusted my clutch, which I had been struggling with for a while. Now my motorcycle runs amazing — honestly better than ever. I’m extremely happy with the service and costumer service , I highly recommend Otomoto for all your downtown motorcycle needs!

Very friendly shop with knowledgeable people. I got my Cbr detailing done here. My intial interaction started through Ana, who is very courteous, professional and helpful. She helped accommodate the detailing job around my schedule. The detailing was done by Paulo and team. They live and breathe motorbikes, very knowledgeable with lots of hands on experience. They use quality products, and provide very useful advice on motorcycle maintenance and upkeep. I wish I could tip them extra, but they declined. Thanks guys! Keep growing, keep learning :)

Sergio and his crew are nothing short of amazing. Friendly, professional and affordable. They have gone above and beyond with my bike on more than one occasion. They earned a 11/10 easily, every time they've done work for me.

Took my Thruxton in for an oil change. Was shown how bad the air filter and other components were and was recommended a full tune up which was a great suggestion. Everyone working there was polite and the communication was top notch. The owner is always there and I saw him working on my bike personally. Will be back 100%. Support small and local.

So glad I found this shop! Awesome service and great timing. Out of all the places I shopped around, they were the only ones to have the tire I wanted in stock. The front tire was available in shop and the rear needed to be ordered - it arrived the next day after paying for the tires. The same day it arrived I was able to book in a service slot to have my tires changed, and I also ended up purchasing a new chain replacement while I was there. Both the owner and manager were very friendly and willing to help without my strict adherence to booking, since I arrived a little after their last available time slot. Service was quick and well performed. I'm a beginner motorcycle rider, and the owner was more than happy to give me advice and guidance on bike maintenance in general. I really needed those new tires, and the new chain was a big plus. I rode home feeling 10x more confident after that! I would recommend this shop to anyone looking for parts, or if they need motorcycle maintenance done. The team at OTOMOTO knows what they're doing.

Great friendly staff, explained the detailed work done on my ride and they have affordable tow service too. What amazed me was the owner rang me after few days to check if everything was ok. I been going to big names in the past but Otomoto is my new fav motorcycle mechanic in the 6ix. There is even a cafe next to the garage for people to chill.

Took my bike in for tire changes and brake pad replacement. The guys are super nice and friendly. They do a great job! I didn't have to wait 7 days to get an appointment either(this might be a lucky thing). It's a great find for me since I was used to going all the way to GP Bikes from Toronto for everything. Definitely, call them or go check them out for your motorcycle needs!

Ana and Sergio went above and beyond to accommodate my situation when it came to inspection. Everyone in the shop were super welcoming and kind and I would recommend this to anyone in the area.
