Otto's Burger - Lange Reihe

I went here with my family and it was great. Amazing, tasty burgers with big portions and local produce, they don't feel "industrial" at all! The staff was super friendly, one of the waiters asked us some questions and joked with us and she was super nice, service was fast and overall everything was great, the atmosphere felt cosy and friendly as well, I'd definitely come back here again. Vegetarian options are endless, all burgers are veg by default, but you can switch to beef. Prices are very good for Hamburg's standards (where sometimes you pay astronomical prices for a small burger...), We paid 18 euros per person, and we ordered beer, fries and a big burger, so a very good price. The place itself is very cute too, nice tables and comfy chairs. Overall, a great experience, totally recommend this place!

Best burgers in Hamburg. The fry me a river chicken burger was the best burger I’ve had. The aperol spritz was also really good (and on sale, 5 euro!!).

If you're willing to wait in line for a seat, here you go. I tried two different burgers. Otto Cheese and Oklahamo Smash. Not a very different or special flavour. It was average, that's all. The lemonade was tasty. It is not a place worth waiting in queue, but I didn't find it bad either. The ladies serving were very polite, but the number of staff was small and the service was slow.

Otto's Burger is one of the best burger places in Hamburg. Then why 3 stars? Because its a chain - and in this particular restaurant in "Lange Reihe" they don't make the patties well. Plain and simple. I've visited this place 4-5 times in a year and every time I get asked "Medium or well done" and i say medium. I get well done. If i specifically say "please make sure its actually medium" it's still well done. We also went here for a team event and out of curiosity i asked my colleagues who ordered Medium what they got - they all said Well Done. If that doesn't bother you, this Otto's is still a great place to go that always has a seat for you. If, however, you want to experience Otto's as it should be, go to Otto's near "Sternschanze" - the epicenter of good restaurants. For me though, I'm honestly so disappointed that they give you an option they do not value.

Burger was excellent. Note that all burgers are vegetarian by default but you can change to a beef or chicken patty for free if you want. Service was very good with friendly staff.

I was originally just looking for lunch when I came across Otto’s Burger — and it turned out to be really delicious! I ordered the cheese burger and it was amazing. The lemonade was also super refreshing. Definitely a great find! Please improve the service

Perrfekt👌🏼👌🏼Our second time in Otto , we think their burgers are in best of bests list! They have simple menu with many many varieties, which making you sure that you wont leave with half experience:) If you like a vegan burger but you are veggie you can just change the mayo as regular, or patty from vegan to beef, and more! Great burger. I had the beef burger with cheese, chipotle cheese dipping sauce and a banana peanut butter shake. Great service.

(4.5 stars) We had to try a hamburger while spending the day in Hamburg and so glad we came here. They had a lunch special of burger and fries that was perfect for us. Loved the balance of the burgers toppings, really juicy bites, and maybe my favorite part low key was the ketchup, which was more like marinara sauce and it was so tasty, especially with the sweet potato fries. Would definitely return for it again.

I went to Otto's Burger for lunch and it was totally fine. The place was near empty, which made for a nice break. Cheap-skate me ordered the lunch special - cheeseburger, fries and one of hier homemade lemonades (black tea and plum) The guys taking the order seemed very friendly and pleasant. The burger came quick and with a smile. And it was... fine. It was good, it was what I expected. Fluffy patty on toasted bread, medium (as ordered). Everything tasted fresh. Yes, there were he usual burger related hiccups (the tomato and lettuce cooled the patty to quick). But all in all nothing to complain. The whole mail was less than 12€. So what's there to complain. I guess only hat it was all- fine. There was nothing distinctive, nothing out of the ordinary. No special sauces, no unique flair to the place or the food. The plate and cutlery felt cheap and Plastic-y. But - do check it out. You will not be disappointed, but don't expect to be blown away either. As burger bars go, it's a decent average. Staff, drinks (the lemonade was awesome) and the well done fries made it a 4 star for me.

Got to check this out while traveling to Hamburg. Great local place with a good low key vibe. The place wasn't that crowded so the energy was a little quiet. But the food above average and the service was great. I will definitely be back.

I think I showed up at a bad time. Seating was limited and the wait staff were swamped. It took a while to place my order. It took even longer to pay my check. My burger was good. I should've asked what kind of onion rings they had before ordering them. They were beer battered and I don't care for beer battered but oh well.

Eating a hamburger in Hambourg is an experience i wanted to have ! Looking for a german restaurant i found this one with a lot of people eating. Good point The menu is short and clear. Second good point. Taken the otto burger, because it was a simple one, with a mix of fries and a local bier. Simple and really good taste. Meat cooked exactly as requested, and very good taste. A pleasant moment with an attentive team (around 9pm, so when changing the team ) . If i have to find hamburger (sandwich) restaurant near the central station i will go back there without any doubt

Very good food with delicious drinks. It was mostly empty and a little but off the way so it's a very nice spot to have a nice meal and relax.
