O’Two Boutique Hotel

O’Two Hotel is a great choice in Cape Town with an excellent, very convenient location and genuinely welcoming staff. A special thank you to Mercy, who went above and beyond helping us arrange airport transfers and a day tour with the fantastic Nazmie Buzz — highly recommend using him for anything you need while in Cape Town. We stayed in a king room, which was spacious, comfortable, and had amazing views. One small note: we asked for extra pillows and were told none were available, which was a bit surprising for a hotel of this caliber, though it didn’t materially affect our stay. The location is a big highlight. There are two great spots right outside the hotel — one with more of a breakfast / coffee vibe and another, Bobo, that’s perfect for lunch or dinner. The hotel is also very walkable to both the V&A Waterfront and Sea Point, and centrally located for easy Uber rides to the CBD, Kloof Street, and Camps Bay. There is visible construction at the pool and rooftop area, but we didn’t hear any noise during our stay, and it didn’t bother us. We didn’t have much time to enjoy the rooftop beyond early mornings, but the 360° views are epic — especially if you land at night and step outside for the first time, when the WOW of Cape Town really hits you all at once. I’m sure the construction will end up being a great addition to the hotel once completed. Overall, friendly staff, a great room, and a fantastic base for exploring the city. We’d happily stay here again.

My husband and I had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful hotel. I highly recommend room 604. You have both an ocean view and a view of the mountains and the golf course. The front desk is very professional, friendly and accommodating. Book massages/facials. Bernita did my massage. It was an overall great experience visiting Cape Town for the first time. When we come again, we will definitely stay at this hotel.

O'Two Hotel is a must for every person either traveling for business or holiday, I often travel for work and from inception the Hotel ticked all the boxes the atmosphere is stylish and warm. the Location, lets just say the promenade is at your door step, the rooms where very clean and ready for my arrival and catered for my working needs with a spacious desk and great WIFI, the staff managed all my last minute requests with a smile, the Hotel has it all. Great Roof top pool and bar and an excellent gym. |Overall 5 stars from my side and would highly recommend O'Two hotel.

O'Two was perfectly situated in Mouille Point, a stone's throw from the V+A Waterfront, and right on the water's edge. The restaurants downstairs were SO delicious and perfect for any meal, and a stroll right along the beach was just perfect. Our rooms were clean, spacious, light, and airy, and we had great comfortable sleeps. The reception was kind and courteous, and we just felt so well taken care of. Would definitely recommend this to anyone travelling to Cape Town.

AVOID and thank me later!! See pic. Just cancel and go elsewhere! Thank me later on behalf of me and loads of other guests that have just come back! It’s a construction site. Both at the pool and by our room. 1) we were told we had a reduced price because they were doing finishing works in rooms and we may have mild noise in the day. We got there and had workmen on our balcony when my fiancée opened the blind and she was half naked. We couldn’t open it for the rest of the trip whilst listening to jack hammers. Men were coming onto the work site to drink in the evening and have full access to balcony’s of the hotel. We reported to reception and private security. The rooftop has a crane and full construction works so you sunbathe in drilling and hammers all day with workmen staring at you and dust going everywhere. You don’t get told any of this. When we complained the staff all agreed and said loads have said the same and it’s bad. Management didn’t care, wouldn’t do anything and simply said we can move! Shocking! Jayson and management are interesting in selling and not your experience.

I am just not sure where to begin. I can't rate the Rooms or Location as we did not make our reservations. However, I can rate service as a Zero. I had to miss our booking and I called two days in advance, both the hotel and the booking agent. No once could get them to answer the phone or reply to messages. They threatened an "no show" to my booking account, even though myself and booking agent tired multiple times to contact them in advance. Fast forward to over 10 days of myself and the booking agent trying to get ahold of them, they have blocked the booking agents number. I have heard the hotel is nice and it has great reviews, but if this is the customer service and a how they treat booking agents, I could never recommend this place!
