Our Habitas AlUla

Everything was amazing. The employees at Our Habitats are the real gems at this hotel. They were very accommodating and treated us wonderfully throughout our stay. The rooms are beautiful and well maintained. The Mountain View’s are breathtaking. The breakfast at the resort was also really good with the staff going out of their way to cater to our tastes. Lastly it time permits - the onsite spa is well worth a trip - shoutout to the talented ladies that gave my mum and I massages.

Well well well!!! Wow wow wow!!! Not sure just quite what to say well, apart from, WOW! Must say that AlUla might not have been at the top of the bucket list, but in hindsight it would definitely have been on it. This place is incredible in so many ways; a real beauty of an oasis in the desert. However, the pièce de résistance is most certainly, Habitas AlUla! Holy smokes, the most beautiful hotel with the most incredibly nice, smiley, kind, attentive staff, from all over the globe. Quite literally in the middle of the desert, but so easily and quickly accessed from AlUla airport - just like everything in AlUla and especially at Habitas AlUla - its all so easy! Special mention must go to the two chaps who made coming back to our 'house', #22 each day a joy - like walking back into a brand-new hotel room each time we left it!! Unique, once in a lifetime experience. Loved all the facilities - the trampolines, the infinity pool and the swings as well. Wellness area also available. Located in the iconic Ashar valley. Food was amazing, high quality, and lots of veggie options too.:) Room was very clean and loved the design. Service is outstanding. The staff was so kind, it was very professional and amazing! Thank you guys:)

The most amazing and relaxing time, with the most friendly staffs! The villa is clean with great amenities for all! Food is splendid! We had the best time! The offer buggy rides to and from villa making our stay a comfortable and easy to get around

This place appears beautiful but really they haven’t gotten their hospitality act together. We paid a little over 2000 American dollars per night for our room. The issue is the experience goes up and down. The employees are super friendly and polite but lack the training for a first class hotel. At breakfast, the service is super slow, you’ll get your coffee when you are done eating. They charged us $17 for water because it was sparkling and not still. Although the bottles look identical. Beware of the type of water you are drinking in the room. Every room gets one electric bike, yet they didn’t have a bike to give us. And No normal bikes!!! The food is delicious, the pool ambience is great. Would stay there again? Nooooo

The views from our room were simply stunning, and the pool area was absolutely amazing! But what really made our stay stand out was the incredible service from the lifeguard, Hassan. Not only was he funny and friendly, but he was also super helpful and had some amazing photography skills! He took some fantastic photos of us and offered lots of tips and advice. His attitude was top-notch, and he really made our stay special. Highly recommend Habitas Alula and especially Hassan!

Incredible location and fantastic design that blends beautifully with the landscape which is simply breathtaking. The hotel lives up to the promise! Exceptionally friendly staff and impeccably clean rooms. Even the sand is brushed daily, which is a lot of work. No plastic in the rooms, not even the mini bar snacks - wonderful. A lovely blend of saudi traditions and modern, clean, and elegant living. And many magical places to discover around the property. Will definitely come back and I’m hoping for all guests to appreciate the beauty and serenity of this place (don’t overdo it with the Instagram please - the place is the attraction, not you 😅)

We traveled by land all the way from Jeddah—7 hours on the road—just to experience Habitas AlUla. Mashallah, despite the weather, the trip was absolutely worth it. It wasn’t just the breathtaking and awe-inspiring views that made it special, mashallah, but also the genuine warmth and hospitality of the staff that made our stay truly unforgettable.||A heartfelt thank you to everyone, especially Mr. Omar at reception—you’re the best! Our gratitude also goes to the wonderful drivers, Mr. Alloum, Mohd, and Atiq, and to the sweet Ms. Alma who was so kind even during our checkout.||We love AlUla and can’t wait to return in the winter. My mom’s visit became such a memorable and joyful experience because of all of you. ❤️❤️❤️
