I had a wonderful retreat with our retreat in Menorca, this was my first one and I made new friends the people where lovely! The food and activities each day were wonderfully thought out and delicious! Amazing yoga and Pilates it has been one of the most special experiences of my life that will never forget! Lisa and Chloe are very special people and I’m so lucky to experience this wholesome retreat! Going back to London feeling like a new person rested and exited for life xxx

A Perfect Escape: Our Retreat Day Retreat in London It’s hard to believe we were still in London. From the moment we arrived at Our Retreat’s day retreat, we felt completely transported—wrapped in a sanctuary of peace, beauty, and restoration. The location was stunning, a hidden oasis that felt worlds away from the city’s usual hustle. The day was seamlessly and perfectly curated, with Lisa once again working her magic to pack so much into the experience while still allowing space to truly unwind. The classes were amazing! So grateful to get to practice with Chloe again, she has rapidly become my number one teacher, and was so wonderful to experience Rebecca’s teaching for the first time which was exceptional—both seamlessleu guiding us through movement, mindfulness, and breathwork with such ease and expertise that we all left feeling both deeply relaxed and wonderfully re-energized. And the food and table setting! Every meal was a delight: nourishing, delicious, and perfectly balanced to complement the retreat experience. It was the kind of food that makes you feel good from the inside out. By the end of the day, we felt completely restored, as if we had been away on a retreat for much longer. It was exactly the reset we needed, and we’ll definitely be signing up for another one in the future. Highly, highly recommended!

One for your list! If there is one thing you should do for yourself this coming year do this! Give yourself the gift of time. Taking time out of a busy schedule filled with work or family life is never easy, however having spent the most beautiful weekend with some wonderful women we all came to the same conclusion; we must make time for ourselves and do this again! This retreat was so perfect in so many ways. Lisa So warm and so welcoming from your first interaction to departure and beyond, Lisa’s mission to make sure each and every guest has the most wonderful time absolutely shines through. Lisa’s unwavering attention to detail and calm demeanour makes her the most perfect host you could wish for. Chloe The classes that Chloe carefully crafted were absolutely amazing. From her incredible breath work, to her interesting flows, uplifting music and just incredible good vibes meant she just left you wanting more. If Chloe lived in North London I would be making her classes part of my weekly schedule! Location & food 42 Acres was the perfect place for us to elope to from London life. A home from home, a wonderful team, comfortable beds and the most delicious food. We swam in the lake, walked next to the beavers, visited the fields where all the produce grows and had a long walk around the local paths.. we felt so welcome and so at home throughout the weekend. Oh and did I mention the deep tissue massage! The people A great retreat is always filled with wonderful souls and what I can say that each and every person I met on the retreat was just my type of person. Kind with great energy, I wouldn’t think twice about attending one of Lisa’s retreats on my own, you will be taken care of and find yourself having wonderful conversations with such interesting people. I came away from the weekend feeling so refreshed, incredibly nourished and so wonderfully restored that this will now be now firmly at the top of my list to do at least each year and rest assured if you book with Our Retreat, you won’t be disappointed ✨

Our Retreat in Somerset has been an incredible experience! It's hard to describe it in words but I'll try. It’s not always easy to step away from the demands of daily life, but after a weekend immersed in this nurturing and inspiring environment, I can say it’s absolutely worth it. I arrived hesitant, especially as someone attending alone, but I quickly realized how welcoming and open everyone was. By the end, I was completely at ease and knew I’d want to come back next time, solo or otherwise. Lisa, the host, goes above and beyond to make everyone feel cared for. Her warmth is matched by her incredible attention to detail—every little aspect is so thoughtfully planned that you can’t help but feel completely at home. Chloe’s classes were phenomenal. She brought together her extensive knowledge from various yoga, meditation, and breathwork practices to create sessions that were accessible for everyone, no matter their experience. At the same time, the classes were dynamic and challenging enough to leave you feeling like your body and mind had gained so much. The location was everything you could want for a peaceful escape. Nestled in beautiful countryside, 42 Acres offers cozy spaces, serene views, and even the chance to connect with nature in unexpected ways—like wild and cold water swimming. This was my first time trying it, and the group’s gentle encouragement helped me step out of my comfort zone in the best way. It was such an empowering and memorable experience, made even better by the amazing people sharing it with me. And then there’s the food—absolutely incredible. Every meal was a testament to creativity and nourishment, featuring fresh ingredients that made you feel good from the inside out. I came away from the retreat feeling deeply restored—mind, body, and soul. What I thought might be a one-time treat has now become something I plan to give myself every year. Had an amazing six days away with Lisa and Chloe. Lisa makes everyone feel completely relaxed and looked after, making it easy for us the guests to go at our own pace and take in the stunning surroundings. Chloe is honestly one of the best yoga instructors I’ve ever had, her adjustments were amazing and I really felt a reignited love for yoga and what it can do for you. Can’t recommend Our Retreat enough.

I was a little apprehensive as I've never been to a retreat before. I can't tell you how welcoming Lisa, Jade and the rest of the team were. The location in Somerset is beautiful with beautiful woods and a wild lake. The food was to die for (I wished I could take one of the professional chef's home with me). Loads of food and hot drinks. I was never hungry. Jade, our yoga teacher, is amazing. She reads the class, adjusts ability and pushed us gently. Every move was explained and I performed moves better, knowing about the muscle groups and what muscles to use and when. I loved the meditation and breath work with Lisa. I definitely feel 'open' and 'lighter'. I'd definitely recommend as a retreat. It was a great experience. In fact, I need more and already thinking about another trip!

I went on the Menorca retreat with my daughter. Words cant explain how wonderful the experience was. It was truly magical. The villa was absolutely beautiful. The food was so delicious , fresh and farm to table. The classes were amazing. Chloe is such a fun and talented instructor. I wish i could attend Chloe’s classes on a regular basis. And Lisa is the perfect host, so sweet and caring and making sure everyone is having the best time! I hope to do another retreat with Lisa and Chloe soon!

From booking the experience to saying goodbye ‘Our Retreat’ treated me as if I was the only participant. Lisa and Jade created such a wonderful weekend, allowing me and the other guests to ‘be in the moment’. Nothing was too much trouble giving everyone a chance to relax, to try new yoga/ meditative techniques and share life stories.Jade, the yoga practitioner was attentive, informative, firm and very funny. The venue ‘42 Acres Somerset’ was a perfect combination of relaxed luxury and breathtaking surroundings including delicious nourishing homegrown food.
