We recently hosted our end-of-year party at Out of Africa, but unfortunately, it turned out to be a very unpleasant experience. While the food and drinks were top-notch, the service left much to be desired. The staff were rude and unwelcoming, and when it came to closing time, they made no effort to inform us that the venue was closing. Instead, they simply took our drinks outside, and while we were still seated, they turned off the lights without any warning.
To make matters worse, they didn't even pack all of our leftover food in the takeaways. The lack of communication and poor customer service really overshadowed what could have been a great event. Out of Africa needs to make significant improvements in their customer service to match the quality of their food and drinks.
Thank you Mr. Leon for contacting me regarding my review. It is never our intention to make anyone look bad, instead, we should embrace positive criticism. My apologies for omitting the fact that we were late, though it was communicated over the phone. I will definitely return to dine at Out of Africa, as, as I mentioned, the food is top tier.
