Wow! Just an absolutely amazing ride with stunning views! You feel like you’re on another planet. Our pilot, Christine was amazing. She was so sweet, patient and took any pics we wanted. She even encouraged us to do the crazy Glacier plunge and were so glad we did! She helped us in and out and had everything we needed for an unforgettable experience. Thank you for the best experience we could ask for. Worth every penny!

What an awesome experience from start to finish. We were picked up at our hotel in Anchorage on time by Bridgette. We had a great time chatting in the way up. They had nice restrooms and gave a safety briefing before we took off. John was our pilot and he was amazing - we saw some very cool features of the glacier and he flew us back in the canyon side where we saw quite a few moose and a bear. Everyone was so friendly and professional. Our safety was top priority. An amazing experience - thank you for the highlight of our trip to Alaska !

My husband and I did the glacier paddle boarding. A friend that lives in Alaska highly recommended it. Everything was so well organized from start to finish and you could tell the employees loved what they were doing. The glacier itself is incredible and truly a once in a life time experience. Words can’t even describe the day. If you’re on the fence about it, book it! You won’t regret it. Michelle is the best guide around and Christine is fantastic at flying the helicopter!

6 of us did the Knik Glacier tour on June 8. At first, we were told we could not fly, due to poor visibility. But later, Bridget contacted us to say the afternoon was looking great and actually came back for us. The experience FAR exceeded our expectations. It was a dream come true. The entire staff was so kind and courteous. Our 2 pilots, Logan and Evan, were amazing. They definitely put safety first. Very talented and trustworthy, very interesting and hlpful, and always kind & courteous. Brigid is one of a kind. The pilots knew we were hoping to see moose and made a point of finding some for us before our trip was completed. The glacier was gorgeous and they allowed us to walk all over, as far as we wanted. I would highly recommend Outbound Heli to all!!!!

Got the chance to go out with Keenan and Evan to ice climb and paddle board. Our group had so much fun, the crew was a blast. I couldn’t have pictured the day going any better. We also did a polar plunge which was so exhilarating, the crew cheered us on and made sure we knew what we were doing and had everything we needed to do it safely. Highly recommend Outbound Heli for all your Knik Glacier adventures!

Wow what a great tour, our Captain Logan put my wife at easy with his flying skills. His knowledge of the glacier was second to none, we always felt safe out on the glacier. The flight to and back was filled with all the moose and goats we could see. The glacier is an amazing sight please don’t hesitate to take a tour out to see at. Absolutely amazing!!!! Staff is super friendly and informative. Very skilled and experienced pilot. Helicopters are meticulously maintained. The flight to the glacier and back is stunning- we saw Moose, bear, and goats. Knik glacier itself is beyond beautiful!!! Do it. This will be the highlight of your trip!!!! It’s definitely the highlight of our month in Alaska.

Unforgettable Helicopter & Glacier Landing Experience! Our helicopter tour to the glacier was absolutely breathtaking—one of the best experiences we’ve ever had! From start to finish, everything was seamless and incredibly well-organized. Our pilot and guide, David, was amazing—extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and always eager to answer our questions. He made the entire experience feel both safe and exciting, enhancing it with fascinating insights about the area. Landing on the glacier and walking on it was simply out of this world. The landscapes were otherworldly and mesmerizing, something that truly has to be seen to be believed. The combination of soaring over the mountains and then standing on an ancient glacier was an unforgettable adventure. If you’re considering this experience—do it! It’s worth every second, and we would absolutely do it again. Highly recommended!

INCREDIBLE once in a lifetime experience. Our pilot, Jon (h?), was funny, personable, and made the tour ten times better. He took us to a waterfall that had just recently unfroze, and got a video of our proposal with last minute notice of it happening super awesome dude, incredible pilot, all our take offs and landings were smooth af. I recommend this company and any of their tours to anyone nearby.

I cannot say enough great things about this company. From my call to book to waving goodbye after our adventure they were amazing. They were informative and easy to work with. They were the only place we found that could accompany our family of four in a helicopter together for the glacier trip. Kiwi, who checked us in was a great and a super calming presence for anyone a little nervous (my 11 year old). She kept everyone safe. Logan was a fantastic pilot and guide. He was helpful and kept everyone safe. He knew a ton about the glaciers. It was the first adventure on our trip and will be difficult to top!

Such an epic adventure! Wow! Exploring the Knik Glaicer from the air is unbelievable and a must when visiting Anchorage. Outbound Heli is first class all the way! Bridget made booking and planning our trip a breeze. She is so knowledgeable of the area and was even able to help us find a place to stay and eat! Our pilot Chris was so rad and friendly. We immediately felt like family. Landing on the Glaicer is also a must when visiting Alaska! I can't wait to bring the rest of my family back for another EPIC Adventure with Outbound Heli! I've been her twice both times were amazing. Thomas was great with us answered every question we had. If you are brave enough do the polar plunge.

I don't even know where to begin......our experience with Outbound Heli exceeded out expectation. We had such an amazing time with the crew. Savanah, Matt, and Bridgette made our adventure an epic one! We felt safe under their care and we were able to see a lot. Savannah was a great pilot and can skillfully land practically anywhere and Matt did a great job capturing our adventures. We highly recommend Outbound Heli for your next Alaska adventures. The crew really made our experience something to take back and we will always remember their kindness.

This is my first time doing something like this and it was amazing! The pilot was really nice and so where the other staff! It's a pretty short ride from when you take off and when you arrive at the glacier. When you are there they give you these things that attach to your shoes that give a lot of grip so you don't slip or fall. The views are Beautiful! I really recommend this to everyone!

Amazing experience from start to finish! I knew we were in good hands when I first spoke with Bridget to set up our Heli Ice Climbing Adventure. She was so wonderful to work with and kept us updated on everything. When we arrived they got us outfitted with fantastic waterproof boots and got us up in the helicopter for our adventure. Our experienced pilot Chris told us about the area as he flew us to the Kenik glacier. Once on the glacier we put on crampons and then we were in the hands of Nick who took us out to explore the glacier. Soon we were rappelling down a much steeper cliff than I was ready for. My teens quickly and easily repelled. Then Nick helped me navigate the rappel with such care and experience I couldn't believe I was actually rappelling (perhaps without much grace, but I did it!) Next, my husband and kids spent the next few hours climbing as Nick gave them pointers and advice. All the while we were exploring and climbing Chris was busy flying his drone and recording our day. On our flight back Chris gave us the ride of our lives. He pointed out moose and dove the helicopter down into ravines to give us an up close look of the area. I can't wait to watch the drone footage of one of the most amazing days you could ask for!
