This place is NOT pet friendly. They expect you the walk your dog on hot black top roads to walk you pet to the road outside the park. The hot tubs and one pool is currently shut down by the Florida Department of Health. Pickle Ball courts ate only available on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday even though they are empty. Here is the kicker about the place. The place currently has 30 of its site up for sale, which is about 20% and they are not moving. Would not recommend this place. Please look for other options.

This was such a great find!!! We definitely want to come back. The RV site was perfect, the pool was warm enough to enjoy every day, and the hot tubs had plenty of room. The deck was huge, and I couldn't imagine a better place to spend New Years Eve!!! The entire place was very well maintained! We are spoiled for life!!!

$25 launch fee to launch your boat. Cash or credit. You are minutes away from the fishing the Everglades. Only one ramp so if you go at busy times you will have to wait a bit. I've stayed here before. The rooms are efficient no frills. Great location if you are a fisherman. Not luxurious but you wake up right next to the water.

I came here with a group for fishing. My advice is to NOT ever book a room at this hotel. While the grounds were nice, the rooms were absolutely disgusting. The list of issues is long so I’ll just say one word to describe just how bad it was. “Cockroaches”. I think I’ll list leave it at that. The rooms should be condemned and I will never go back to this place. I’m sure we could to better for $425 for two days.

Beautiful resort, many owners maintain their sites with pride. Beautiful water and sunset views. My site in particular, site 248, was ideally located in a corner with wide views of the water. Not well maintained though, the 30 amp outlet did not work, luckily, the 50 amp did. Most electrical outlets and lights were damaged with exposed wiring. Water spout leaked, spraying water all around, and it's next to electrical panel. I ended up using a landscaping water supply farther away. Cable didn't work either, maybe not included. For $135+ a night, everything should have been perfect. Great restaurant across the street, (Havana Cafe) with live music, be prepared to wait.

Stayed here for a few days in the summer of 2015. Nice RV resort, very clean & well maintained. Nice pool right across from our site. Had great views from our site & could fish right off the dock on the back of our site. The best part of this resort was the wife & I loved the small fitness center. Had just enough for our needs & wants. We would stay here again.

Overall it's a great quality RV resort but I do think it needs help in the management area a bit. We told them we would be arriving at 10pm after my drive down after work, but there was no one there to help us out. They suggested to just sleep at the gate of the park, which was fine but pretty odd. The place is accessible only by RFID card, no code. The rates on the website are not what we paid at all. We paid $149 for a waterfront instead of the $109 advertisement on their site. That just needs to be updated. Also booking is not confirmed by and email or anything. For a big RV park we just expected a bit better management and service. All the folks that live there are great and very helpful.

We were told of this quiet up scale RV resort last summer and need a place to stay before going to the Keys for a couple of weeks. Do not be put off with the laid back manager. He is truly a|Great guy. He was able to book our dates but did not know if we would be on the water or not until we arrive. Understandable since|sights are mostly owned privately. We arrived and had a wonderful site 255 which was for sale right on the water next to the marina. We quickly got to know our neighbors who were lovely Kathy and Wanda. |The recreation hall Has a lot of activities and there are three beautiful pools and hot tubs. I joined a lovely group of women for water aerobics most days. We bikes and my husband fished. This is a place to rest as there is not a lot of activity. Airboat rides and water excursion in Everglade city. There was a great Seafood Festival the weekend we arrived. Great music and awesome food. |Try Havana’s restaurant on Chokoloskee great service and food.|The only thing I would advise is that the mosquitoes are bad after the sunsets for about an hour or so but later outings we were fine. |Give this area a try!

Yelp
Went with a large group of my fishing club members. I have never stayed in a more disgusting room than this one. The list of problems is long, so I'll use just one of them to show what a dump this place is. "Cockroaches" says it all. At $425 for two nights, you can do better. I'll never go back there and of course won't recommend you do so. absolutely disgusting.

Yelp
A picturesque place with VERY RUDE people in the office. We stopped in with friends to see about getting reservations for two sites. A rude bigoted man did it for me. We left and won't be returning.

Yelp
After some debate with this camp site, they tried to make things right by issuing a partial refund as we were charged more than the advertised price. Aside from the flooding and the high prices- this was a decent place.
