Great customer service! Everyone is really friendly and goes out of their way to help you find what you're looking for. Pricy but quality and stylish exercise clothes. I left happy with my purchase and shopping experience. -1 star for the long wait for 1 of the 3 fitting rooms (it was a Saturday afternoon), the lack of floor length mirrors in the fitting rooms, and being out of stock in popular sizes and colors.

WOW. I went in to this lovely and well stocked shop with a return from the website. I wasn't happy with the fit of my sweats for an upcoming trip. The sales staff were very attentive and helpful, they helped me find an alternative and resolved the issue with no problems. They also offer a discount on "kits" - when you buy an outfit at the same time. I tried on a few additional things and I can't get over the incredible fit. I feel like I was just let on to a big secret. The OV leggings are incredibly flattering and apparently don't show sweat (!?!??) I am apprehensive but the sales girl assured me she wore hers to soul cycle and didn't show at all. It also explains all the women in my yoga studio rocking colors like dove and oatmeal. Some day I will be brave enough to try, but for now I got perfect fitting, chic and comfortable sweats for my flight. Will definitely be back thanks to the inviting space, excellent product and stellar customer service.

I love OV! Great selection great price. Store is pretty big, has both men and women apparel. Nicely organized, plenty of fitting rooms. Staff is friendly but I did want an opinion on sizing and was told to just try it on when I was asking if it looked okay... anyways besides the point, they do offer student discount so don’t forget your student ID !

My wife and I love this place. OV has high-quality clothing. Workers are super friendly. They host events every month like a Turkey Trot or some running event, we’ve been to a few and loved them.

Happy to finally be able to try on their cloths after window shopping online for the longest time. Some staff didn't really know how to answer my questions about the sport bras which was odd since it's such a small store, and they didn't help me ask an other employee. As expected just like on the online store, they were sold out of the size that I needed. I'm a brand advocate in any case.

Cool, stylish store for comfy athletic wear. The customer service here was great the design of the store is cool and inviting. A cool perk is that they also hold free public events like running clubs and supply fun after run snacks in store. Definitely a plus in my book at it brings the community together!

Bought a pair of sweatpants and a shirt—they’re really, really comfortable. After a week I had a small issue with the pants and customer support sent me a new pair no questions asked. Highly recommend.

Outdoor Voices captures the defining spirit of this period of time, where athleisure and high quality sweatsuits are the uniform of choice, in pastel colors that speak to the millenial aesthetic, no less. This is all to say that I am the exact target audience for their products, and I happily took part in the age old American tradition of racking up my credit card bill on a good Cyber Monday sale via their site. The clothes are lovely, but I bought the incorrect size, so I walked into this location to make an exchange. An employee was extremely helpful aiding me with this exchange. She searched two separate storage units to no avail, searched online to see if other locations nearby had what I was looking for, ultimately finding that one location in Tennessee had the items in the size I wanted to exchange my clothes for. She went through the process of refunding the amount of my clothes onto a gift card, and called the Tennessee store to purchase the items I needed, and even got shipping and a small tax waived. I didn't have to do a thing, and now I'll have my clothes in just a few days time. I can't remember a time I've received better customer service at any retail store. The store is nicely laid out and everyone, store employees and customers, were properly wearing their face masks, so I felt pretty safe shopping there too.

I am super into OV & #DoingThings. Most of my active wear is other lower end brands so I'm now slowly building up my active wear with higher quality items and matching sets like OV offers. I first heard about this brand when they did a run with Shake Shack a year or so ago at their UES popup shop. We ran a few miles then ended up back at the store where kombucha and coupons awaited us. I came back a few weeks later to use my coupon and discovered they were from Austin, TX, where I had just moved from not long ago. They had a line that was Austin x New York so of course I had to buy something from that line. It's a super cute racerback crop top. I only wish now that I had bought the matching pants since that color has since been retired. If you take a peek at the OV website, you'll see that they love #DoingThings so they're always having fun fitness related events - and they're free! It's a great way to get the brand out there and get people interested. It worked for me. I've sine participated in numerous events from kayaking, running, and even yoga inside Saks Fifth Avenue, right across from the super expensive purses. The outfits are great quality and really flattering. They have tech material pieces, compression styles, shorts (which I need), and even workout dresses, just to name a few. They also even have some pet items, like super cute dog collars. I just need a dog to go with one. I love that they feature all body types and encourage everyone to get out there, #DoingThings. Invest in yourself!

I worked there. I was hired one week before they decided to move to online-only. Was hired and lost my job within a week WITHOUT SEVERANCE. We were given 4 days notice that the stores were going to close via Slack. We were informed that the entire store would be 50% off, which led to a chaotic sale which we were SEVERELY understaffed for. For a company that values community and kindness, they treated their employees like dirt. I like their clothing, but their message does not align with their actions. Find a better brand to support.

I am a fan of outdoor voices and their store is nicely laid out. They also offer free workout classes in the space and around the neighborhood, so worth signing up for their email list. They have great workout gear and the staff have always been helpful and accommodating when I've been in. It can get crowded, especially on the weekends, but definitely worth checking out if in the area.

Never been to the store, but this is a review of their product quality and customer service. It's banging. I purchased their exercise dress on final sale one day online, and was looking forward to getting the item. Unfortunately for me the leotard is a no-go for someone who pees a lot. I thought I'd try to get my money back, and they not only offered me store credit, but also told me to keep the dress. All within 12 hours of correspondence. I think that's pretty excellent customer service and good will. I know they have a pretty good word of mouth following, so I will be excited to see what I discover in the future! But, you have a satisfied customer. Good job OV! Keep doing things.

Outstanding customer service & quality! Outdoor voices has very nice apparel, especially the exercise dresses. I spotted a woman in the store wearing one - very flattering & the material looks expensive. It's refreshing to find a product that's both functional yet stylish. The company's motto is "doing things" and it perfectly reflects the brand's positivity & energy. Another woman I know already buys OV & is a big fan. Now I understand why. Great find!

The BEST store EVER! Ryan is my favorite!!! He helped me out so much with sizing and finding styles that I love! Came in a few weeks later to grab some more stuff and Ryan was amazing again!

I went to the shop in Soho last week on a Friday afternoon. They were sort of busy, possibly with tourists. The sales associates were helpful but maybe they were short staffed. They had two girls ringing up and one girl helping everyone on the floor/in all the dressing rooms. She seemed stressed and it made me stressed! I was bummed to learn that their 20% Birthday coupon doesn't include Kits! I didn't feel like the associate was willing to help me find something that would be covered. I didn't make a purchase that day and probably won't go back to the store. I like the product so maybe I'll look online.

Shoutout to the AMAZING staff at this store. They were all so do helpful in making sure that my friend and I got what we needed. They even located an item that my friend wanted but they didn't have in stock and helped her order it. I would like to give a special shout out to Ella and Jen for being so kind and helping us with check out. All around, this was 10/10 shopping experience and I didn't even mention the amazing items that we purchased. Everything is high quality and it was so nice to to try things on. The store is super clean and well-kept. I cannot recommend another store anymore than this one!! Thank you to the outdoor voices staff for your kindness!!

Sales associates were perfect--knowledgeable, willing to answer questions, but did not hover. I came into the store and was able to browse a bit on my own before getting some help from an associate. I recommend trying everything on before buying, as not all of their legging lines fit the same. For students looking to save a little cash, they do have a 20% student discount!

The experience here is a hit or miss. My first purchase a few months ago was great! everyone was nice and welcoming and I got my first set thanks to the super helpful associates from walking in to walking out. This time I came on a Saturday afternoon (just like last time) where it was busy but most people were just browsing and not everyone needed assistance. The guy who assisted me in getting a fitting room was very nice. Thank you! However the female associate that was handling my payment got mad at me because I forgot my email account affiliated with them. She also didn't mention anything about the student discount and said that I had to ask for it (when her coworker next to her asked every customer if they are students and told them about student discount). Sorry my voice apparently wasn't loud enough for you to hear, you could've phrased it in a nicer way (ex could you repeat that instead of I can't hear you). I think I'm going to play it safe and come on weekdays or shop online more often from now on.

They moved from the spot they were in last summer. They were jammed packed with people. They need a bigger shop! I had excellent service from Kayla and one other super cute girl with a bob haircut.

This place was amazing. I came with a friend who really likes shopping at this brand. As we waited for her, the employees offered us some delicious refreshments! Their customer service is definitely top notch as well as the quality of the clothing.

I wear and wash these clothes all the time. I get stopped also by strangers to ask where my outfits are from. I loved this store!!

Obsessed with this brand. Really high quality. Store is clean and airy and well stocked. You feel like you've temporarily left NYC. Employees are lovely and helpful, but not overbearing. And you get a free tote-bag when you buy clothing. Favorite workout attire. Love it. Recommend.

Visited over the weekend. Large spacious environment that's sleek and minimalist though felt welcoming. From their window, it looks like they're moving locations soon, though. Smaller selection than what they have online, though immediately accessed their computer to order for you. Quality of product is great, loved the lounging pants and the tank tops. Super soft, high quality material. Would definitely recommend anyone to go visit.
