Cracking cafe in the east of the city centre. The beef shin, fennel jam and cheese toastie was off the scale excellent. The scrambled egg on sourdough was also brilliant. The cafe has a very good atmosphere with a youngish customer base. Having said that, not being a youngster myself, I felt perfectly at home there. Very reasonably priced too. The service was very friendly while not 100% attentive. Definitely worth a visit and I plan on returning.

Finally I was able to try something in this place! In the past, every time I came here, desserts I wanted to try were sold out. It’s a busy place, and I can see why. They have different pastries/desserts every day, and there are vegan options too. I had a beef toastie and a burnt cheese cake and both were super delicious! If you wanna feel like you are abroad - I highly recommend this place.

Really cool place with great music and a beautiful interior. The food’s tasty, and the coffee’s very decent — no surprise it gets pretty busy. The open kitchen’s a nice touch and everything feels fresh. Loads of cakes and pastries to choose from. That said, it’s a bit disappointing they charge extra for milk alternatives and that there aren’t more vegan options. Overall, this is a great place with probably the trendiest run club in town.

Went here on the day of the Ladies UK Cycle Race. Great view from the window seat. Due to the cycle race the bread was late getting here. This was no problem for their wonderful staff. they said we could wait until it had arrived. Anyway the wait was well worth it. Had a toastie with shin of beef, fennel jam and cheddar. Amazing stuff and as said before well worth the wait.

The best matcha I have ever had! The pastry is amazing! I had a vegan cake and it was so good to eat some hella good cake with lactose intolerance🥴

What a fantastic place! I had the privilege to host a wine dinner at Outlier earlier this month and it was an absolute delight to relish with the food and wine pairings imagined by Zach and his team. The delicacy, tastiness and accuracy of the flavours was absolutely outstanding, all in a very relaxed atmosphere and stripped back chic. Tried Outlier on a Saturday night and though it's a well known place for breakfast and lunch I'd never been and was going in blind as to what to expect from the food. Well I was absolutely blown away, this was easily one of the best meals I've had for years. Chicken fat oysters and potato bread to get things going were amazing. The bread tasted like it was just out of the oven and the oyster with chicken fat was rich and salty. The BBQ cabbage was one of the best things I've eaten in a very long time, how they're getting that much flavour in to a vegetable dish is a real skill. The bass dish was like a ceviche, popping with citrus flavours and loaded generously with cured fish, it was amazing. The cod dish with horseradish cream sauce was also incredible with lots of flaky cod and a sauce that's so good you want to just drink it straight from the jug. The chef was also kind enough to send over the BBQ leek with sambal dish to try and it was also really good and absolutely packed with flavour from the sambal and a slight smoky char from the leeks. The cheese waffle with honey was the perfect end to the meal, soft gooey cheese with a sweetness from the honey and the lightest waffle I've ever had. It's byob so next time will definitely take a bottle of wine in but they have a good choice of soft drinks and coffees too. The service was excellent and the tunes were superb creating a cool atmosphere. One of the coolest restaurants in Glasgow at the moment and one of the most talented kitchens in the city for sure.

We just stopped by to grab some items from the bakery. We got an almond pain au chocolat, apricot almond bun, and strawberry custard elderflower tart. The almond pain au chocolat was a good croissant but I think it may have been mislabeled because mine didn't have any chocolate. The apricot almond bun wasn't anything special but we really enjoyed the strawberry custard elderflower tart. The first was nice and crispy and the custard and jelly were perfectly set.
