OUTRIGGER Fiji Beach Resort

A great experience for our second visit, with family and friends over Christmas and New Year's Eve. The staff are fantastic. Food choices were quite good, with the breakfast buffet being a standout. Just be aware of surcharges on special events like Christmas and NYE, even if you've purchased a meal plan. This got quite expensive, especially if you're not a big drinker. The adult pool was a great escape from the little ones. Kids are well catered for. Rooms are well equipped, and the grounds are lovely. It's a good spot on the ocean front. Activity choices are reasonable, but there's always something to do through the booking desk. Our room was cleaned daily, and everything seemed well maintained. It's a cashless resort, so you must charge to your room and pay by card, which incurs a 3% fee. For us, this was about $60FJD, which I would've preferred to leave as a tip instead. Overall, we would definitely visit again, mostly because the staff is so great.

Location is nice, out of town you do feel the peace, atmosphere is great, staffs are friendly make us feel comfortable and welcomed. We feel like we are close friends/families as we see each other everyday during our stay. Room is clean, cosy and comfy. We wake up every morning seeing the ocean view, which just made our day. Facilities are great, resort plan a lot of activities for kids, Teens and adults. We were filled with fun and enjoyable activities. Love it so much.

Great resort with ocean views, tons of family friendly activities, cultural experiences and solid dining options. Rooms are clean and spacious, there’s a heavy focus on sustainability and green tourism, staff are all super welcoming and make you feel ‘at home’. It’s also simple to book / attend activities such as the firewalking show and daily sports such as pool volleyball and sea kayaking. Highly recommended the village tour to immerse yourself in the life of local Coral Coast residents!! Side note - our butler Loata L was absolutely incredible and had provided the best service throughout our stay in the bure. Will definitely come to Outrigger again if visiting Fiji. Vinaka!

We have just left the Outrigger after staying for 7 nights. This is our third time in Fiji but first visit to this resort. My husband and I enjoyed a holiday with our daughter and her fiancée and although it was during the Aussie school holidays it was fairly quiet (much to our liking). We mainly spent our days at the adult pool and enjoyed chatting with the lovely staff. Jone in the pool bar makes some great cocktails! The decking is currently being redone but it in no way caused any disturbance. New sun lounges and seating also arrived during our stay. All the food was fabulous and we really enjoyed the Tapas and cocktails at the Kalo Kalo lounge. The Sundowner was also a favourite for dinner with a really talented musician playing each night. |We visited the Bebe day spa for massages and had fun with Masi at Paintball and the Driving range. Although this time of year is considered the wet season and we did get showers everyday it didn’t stop us from enjoying our stay. |I can really recommend this resort. We achieved our goal to simply relax. |It amazes me how so many of the staff remember the guests names - Fijians are genuinely the nicest and friendliest people!

A very enjoyable stay, as always. Rooms were very clean, comfortable and quiet. The propertys location was a great place to stay whilst attending the Coral Coast 7s Tournament days activites, only a few minutes away to Sigatoka town.|I have to say, the Outrigger Fiji Resort App is amazing!! It's very convenient, user friendly and environmentally friendly too, to navigate your days activities. Certainly sets you apart from other properties. We stayed at the Outrigger Fiji Beach Resort, and our family experience was nothing short of amazing. From arrival to checkout, the resort delivered comfort, culture, and warm Fijian hospitality.|The food was absolutely outstanding, delicious, fresh, and full of variety. Every meal felt like a treat, and we were spoiled for choice. A special highlight of our stay was the dinner entertainment. The live band not only played beautiful music, but surprised us with Bollywood songs dedicated to my mum, a moment that touched our hearts and made the night unforgettable. Thank you for making her feel so special.|We also loved the adult pool , peaceful, quiet, and tucked away from the bustle of the main areas. It was the perfect retreat to relax and unwind.|If there’s one small suggestion, it’s to make the walkways and access points a little more friendly for elderly guests or those with mobility difficulties. Some areas were a bit challenging, especially at night.|Overall, it was a magical stay filled with beautiful memories. Vinaka vakalevu to the staff for making our family holiday so meaningful. We had a wonderful stay at Outrigger Fiji Beach Resort. The adults-only pool, called Vahavu , was fantastic—quiet and well-maintained, perfect for relaxation. The grounds were very well kept with beautiful traditional bures, and a special compliment goes to the staff around the pool for their friendliness and service. (Nanise, Susie, Samone and John) The bar up the hill, named Kalokalo , is a hidden gem and easily reachable by a pleasant 8-minute walk or by the golf cart shuttle for those who prefer. The sensational steaks were enjoyed down by the sea at the Sundowner Bar and Grill, which was a highlight of the dining experience. Unfortunately, the all-inclusive package is not truly all-inclusive. Drinks are only served between 11 AM and 9 PM, and the food selection is limited. There is also a strong push for upsells— for example, coffee at the buffet restaurant outside from the self catering machines from the coffee shop costs extra, which was not clearly communicated upfront. Even coconut drinks offered by the very friendly staff had additional charges without prior notice. We would describe the package as “much inclusive” rather than fully all-inclusive. Additionally, the beach and ocean were not as impressive as hoped, and communication with check-in staff and the app could be challenging at times. Overall, it was a lovely stay with great facilities and staff, but it is important to be aware of the limitations of the all-inclusive offering.

We stayed for a week over NYE and every day was incredible! There is so much to do and see, the kids loved the pool! Every single staff member is super friendly and a great singer. The resort is incredible, so clean, organised and huge. There is always somewhere for dinner the buffet and Sundowners can't be beat! ||We will definitely be coming back
