OUTRIGGER Surin Beach Resort

We had a wonderful stay at the OUTRIGGER Surin Beach Resort and cannot recommend it highly enough. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly kind, attentive, and welcoming, making us feel genuinely looked after throughout our stay. The hotel complex itself is beautiful and feels brand new, with a modern yet elegant design. We stayed in a two-floor Grand Surin Suite and absolutely loved it. The suite had everything we could possibly need, with plenty of space, thoughtful amenities, and an extremely comfortable bed. The shower was spacious, with excellent water pressure, which made it a real pleasure to use. One of the absolute highlights of this hotel is its location, right on Surin Beach, which is without doubt one of the most beautiful and peaceful beaches in Phuket, with the best sunsets. Being able to step straight out and enjoy such a stunning setting was truly special. The staff deserve special praise. They were consistently warm, professional and genuinely caring. We had a minor issue with spa availability during our stay, but the front team went above and beyond by arranging a treatment for us at a nearby spa, including a private transfer. This was handled with great care and kindness and left a very positive impression. Even small interactions stood out: every time we left the hotel, the traffic guard greeted us with a big smile and a friendly chat. The restaurant food was absolutely wonderful. We enjoyed it so much that we happily returned to eat there repeatedly. Breakfast, however, was the true jewel in the crown! Without question the best breakfast we had during our entire holiday. The selection was extremely varied, with a wide range of hot and cold dishes, pastries, fruits, breads, and more. Everything was beautifully presented, fresh and delicious. Overall, the OUTRIGGER Surin Beach Resort is a true gem. We would absolutely recommend it and would not hesitate to return on future visits to the island. It has easily become one of our favourite hotels for a wonderful holiday destination.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Outrigger in Surin beach. The hotel is ideally situated in front of the beach and from a walking distance to some very nice restaurants and bars. The highlight of my stay was definitely the hotel staff that was exceptional. Their kindness, sense of service and overall attitude towards the customers is second to none! The food was also great, both breakfast and a la carte menu for lunch / dinner were delicious. Hope to come back again soon. Thank you!

Thank you to all the hotel staff for their kindness and attentiveness. The hotel and its location seemed to be the best in Surin for us. We would have liked more variety at breakfast — by the end of the 6th day it became a bit repetitive. Also, one of the two rooms did not match the photos on Expedia: there was no mirror and no sofa. Otherwise, everything was good. We wish you further growth and improvement!

Our stay at Outrigger was amazing, even better than in the photos! The hotel is spotless, beautifully designed, and feels like home from the start. Breakfast was delicious, with great variety and quality. Everyone speaks excellent English and is always happy to help. Special thanks to Golf, who welcomed us with a smile, explained everything clearly, and made sure we had everything we needed, and to Atips for being so professional, patient and kind with my luggage. I had the best days in this beautiful resort! I travel a lot and I have to say, this place is very special, mostly for it's staff. The Employees here, especially at the front desk, (Thanks for everything to Guide) are extremely professional and always kind and helpful. A problem occurred during our stay and they did everything they could to handle the situation and they managed to make us feel comfortable during the whole process. The whole place is very clean. The breakfast is amazing and the Spa is also worth a visit.

I’ve been to Outrigger in Koh samui where I Had a BLAST. Outrigger Phuket is a Brand new hotel, very clean, nice surf and beach decorations and a great gym facility that I enjoyed. The breakfast is amazing! It’s super tasty a great amount of choices, egg station, fresh free smoothies, a real latte! Seriously the food there is super good!The staff is so welcoming and so sweet and nice, they need a raise 😝Beside that I was a bit disappointed by the Surin beach once again that was dirty and a lot of trash. Something need to be done to make the area more welcoming and as good as the hotel standing. The walking to the beach is a sad experience to get to the beach. And it’s a shame, Surin beach as a huge potential, people seems to enjoyed it and a California vibes was there with the surfing 🏄 .I am not sure I will be back because of the beach.Anyway great job for Outrigger Phuket it self, thank you for the stay.

Had a great 5 days here recently. The staff at the hotel were outstanding, from reception to security and everyone else. They really made the stay what it was. The location is fairly quiet with a handful of good restaurants. A couple of other excellent restaurants offer free pick up and drop off too. The local beach is lovely and was fairly quiet when we were there too.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were always friendly, warm, and attentive, making the holiday atmosphere even more enjoyable. Every request was handled promptly and with care.The restaurant, though not large, offered a great variety of delicious breakfast options. The servers quickly remembered our dining preferences and provided excellent, friendly service.The hotel also responded quickly and thoughtfully to sudden changes, such as unexpected weather or when assistance was needed during check-out. Even before asking, staff were always ready to help.Overall, the hotel has a very welcoming and harmonious atmosphere. We truly loved our stay here.
