Outro Coffee

Interesting otherworldly cafe. Impressive interior and exterior. Delicious iced latte and wonderful tasting peach smoothie. Best iced latte we had with 2 shots of espresso. Artisinal, elegant and whimsical. I wish we had a place like this in Long Island.

Recently re-modelled, Outro Coffee resembles a series of mysterious igloo-like structures with high pitched roofs, DJ booth, outdoor terrace and open fire pit in the main lounge area, all located just minutes from the regional city of Cheongju. One of few speciality coffee shops in the area, Outro doubles as a bakery and roastery too making it a popular place to stop on the drive south from Seoul. The cafe uses a new generation Faema E71 3 grouphead espresso machine by Giugiaro Design; this is their top-of-the-range model which supercedes the previous E61 and is operated here by a team of national "Espresso Throwdown" and Korea Latte Art champions. All coffee beans are roasted in-house on their Davister roaster (manufactured by Vina Roaster - Vietnam) and are available for purchase in store.

Friendly staffs, cozy interior design, great stop-by place to take a short relaxing moments of fresh brewed coffee.

Staffs are all kind and good coffee but 5000 won for a normal black coffee~???;;
