Over Easy

We love this restaurant we have consistently dined there on a frequent basis. Their staff especially Victoria, Victor and Marlin are Phenomenal. Well versed in Customer Service, Kindness as well as Compassion. They truly make our dining experience a wonderful event. That’s why we visit there so Frequently. We were very shocked and displeased to hear from several staff members that the Current Manager has been bullying the staff and saying that the staff is Evil. We felt very concerned for Victoria’s welfare after she reluctantly shared with us that her last day there would be 07/23/25. Please reconsider the decision that was made to terminate her employment on such short notice as she like most Americans live paycheck/payday to paycheck/payday. We are very disappointed and concerned that she will be terminated left Jobless and potentially Homeless. The fact she was already told 07/23/25 would be her last work day @ Over Easy is what we feel is Mental Cruelty at a minimum and Illegal as she could be targeted and affected by a poor management decision to reduce staff based on Race-Religion-Age whatever ever illegal actions that is affecting Victoria’s current position at Over Easy where we frequently dine in. When the staff we are so used to seeing and enjoy being around are affected by poor management decisions it affects us as well. Please check into our report and make a conscious effort to retain Victoria and whoever the current Manager will treat the same way in your restaurants Future!!! Went for breakfast before catching a flight. Service was very fast. Staff were super friendly! Food was DELICIOUS. Personally, the music was a little too loud for me, as our table was under a speaker on the ceiling, which there were many speakers on the ceiling. I had overnight oats. Absolutely delicious! The agave syrup was a nice touch. The fresh berries and bananas blew the me the doors off- and my favorite part were the crushed pecans. Just lovely.

I received a gift card to try out Over Easy. I had never heard of the place before. When I walked in, I saw photos of Guy Fieri's photo on the wall. That's not exactly a vote of confidence for me. I ordered the chicken fried steak, potatoes O'brien, with a half order of French toast made with sliced brioche bread. The chicken fried steak had a nice crispy and lightly seasoned batter. The gravy didn't really stand out to me. I opted for scrambled eggs, and they were nicely cooked. I probably should have ordered an omelet. The eggs were fluffy and tasty. I'm going to have to pass on the potatoes. I was excited about the onions and peppers, but they didn't have a greasy taste. I don't know if that makes sense, but it seems like they were cooked separate from the potatoes. Kind of like the potatoes were done and they added the onions and peppers. They didn't taste as if they were cooked together. The French toast did not taste like there was any cinnamon on it. They just tasted as if they were coated in egg. The server was very friendly and personable. They also had a lot of different drinks on the menu that looked interesting. I think if I returned to Over Easy, I would try an omelet.

Chilaquiles was delicious 😋 serving is good for two for light breakfast. Fresh brewed coffee (decaf also!). Service is great, our server Rubin went above and beyond to make sure we are happy. Lemon Ricotta Pancakes were so yummy that it was gone before I have a chance to take a pic. 🤷🏻‍♀️ This is a great start of the day!!!

Review for Victoria, Victor, and Ruben! can't say enough good things about Victoria, Victor, and Ruben! They are truly outstanding individuals who provide the best customer service. Victoria is always attentive and goes above and beyond to ensure that every guest feels welcome. Victor is incredibly courteous and consistently keeps the tables clean, creating a pleasant dining environment. Ruben is such a nice guy, always taking care of the customers with a smile. I love going to this place because of wonderful people like them; they make each visit enjoyable. I find myself there every week, sometimes even twice a week! I always recommend this place to my friends in the area because of the friendly atmosphere fostered by Victoria, Victor, and Ruben. They make it so comfortable for us that I continue to be a loyal customer. Keep up the great work!

I live in Florida and am visiting my daughter who recommended Over Easy. I’m so glad she did! The food was delicious and so pretty to look at.

I got the avocado toast with a side of fruit and in the picture you will see it looks nothing like it is advertised on the website. And it tasted so bad I had to call and ask for a refund. The fruit also wasn’t fresh at all. I spoke to Alonso Garcia, the manager, and he told me I would get a full refund. And I didn’t get the full refund. I ordered everything Togo and it was just overall a waste of money.

Clay knows how to make you feel right at home and make your day better. I have been at multi locations of Over Easy in the east valley and always leave full from great food and appreciate the outstanding service. If you are looking for an outstanding place to eat, I recommend here. They will take care of you. The chicken fried steak is my choice!!!!

I went in around 10:30am on a Saturday as I wait to pick up my wife from the airport. I found them on Apple Maps and I'm glad I did. One thing with breakfast places is they use a godly amount of oil or butter but this place did not! But let's get to the review... Walked in and briefly greeted by a lady at the front. She was super friendly and asked if I wanted bar or table and I decided the bar. They had some sports playing. I was quickly greeted by the bartender Monica who was super sweet and gave me a run down of everything. I did a build your own egg white omelette and it was bomb! It was not oily like other breakfast spots. They also used fresh jalepenos and not pickled which is !! I love fresh jalepenos! So points there! It came with a variety of options for sides and I went with the hash that was sautéed with onions! Sourdough bread also on the side! I also had their fresh OJ which Monica said they made this morning which is another big point. I went the healthier route for my options but they also have a tremendous amount of sweet breakfast that sounded delicious and I will be back for a cheat day Monica did a great job and super welcoming! Would recommend this for some breakfast/brunch

Second time I've been here and they're racist AF. While I was waiting for my take out order at the bar area. The lady who brought the food was interrogating her co-work who took my order, by asking her if the meal was actually for me and did I pay for it yet. On top of that she had a nasty look on her face and was looking at me as if I had no business there. They need to teach the rest of the staff how to greet people and smile, especially if they're going to be open for business earlier in the morning. I'm never going back and I tipped them too!

I took a quick girls trip this week. This was our first stop as we were ready to eat! (After being up since the 5am hour to catch a flight from Long Beach). Our first impression was great. It was such a CUTE and happy vibe!! I loved the combo of blue, white and yellow. We arrived about 11:15am. It wasn't very busy at all, which is good as we were on a time crunch. I ordered lunch but my friends all ordered breakfast. They enjoyed their food and I thought mine was fantastic! I got a side of ranch for my sandwich, it was great! A *good* ranch! Another fun tidbit is that this restaurant was on Diners, Drive-ins and Dives. When traveling, my husband and I like to find Triple D restaurants to try out. This one was a hit and I would absolutely eat there again.

This is not my usual high marks for OE, but their air wasn't working, my poached eggs were overcooked and I didn't love the location as much as the new one by me in Tempe. Great service and the staff was very friendly!

Second time here! The first time I liked it. I now know, oI can come here and get a great breakfast! Plenty of locations to choose from. Today, My daughter and I came in on another Sunday funday! We must of missed the rush. Yay! The young man greeter us and grabbed drink orders. We ordered Chicken and waffles and Pigs in a Blanket on a stick! Let's just say we both did my food dance! Waffle was fresh and hot. Chicken was juicy and seasoned well. Now the PIB! Delicious. These were always my favorite as a kid very hard to find. Unless you make them yourself! Thank you OE for bringing me back to my childhood memory! Well done! Until we meet again!

Loved Over Easy Arcadia! The staff and service was great and I think this is the perfect little brunch spot!! They had a good menu selection and the food was tasty! Bonus - they had a yummy espresso martini!!

So super delicious! Flavors on point with just the right amount of heat! Staff is friendly, prices aren't outrageous, thank you breakfast and amazing morning!

Super cute restaurant - great menu of options. Food was decent. Service was decent. Came in on a Sunday before the brunch rush (around 9ish) . Had three mimosa flight and the chia oatmeal - both were okay. I'll def be back to visit again.

I really don't understand why this spot does not have better reviews. I've been coming here for many years. They have an online waitlist, they are very friendly and clear if there is a wait and they still usually get you in faster. And often you can grab a seat at the counter. Everything I've had here has been great. My favorite is the avocado Benedict, which is one of the best things ever if you like avocado and low carb. All of their dishes are tasty. Food comes out relatively quickly given how busy it is. For a sweet fix try the cinnamon roll French toast. They also have lunch stuff too and good sandwiches. Lots of parking because it's in the same parking lot as a Safeway, so you really can't go wrong. If you're looking for drinks, obviously, they have that as well. There's no DJ like it other restaurants, but that's kind of a nice thing if you don't want to hear that first thing in the morning. Give them a try! Guy Fieri came here at one point, but don't hold that against them.

Ordered the Wolfpack with toast. The hash browns were hard as heck and my toast was even harder. The service was fine it's just the food I guess you have to specify how you want it. I am not that kind of guy.

Great place to have brunch at. had the chilaquiles and they were really good highly recommend them with a BloodyMary and let me say the best I ever had. We had the best experience with our server LETTY she was amazing, very friendly and polite!!

I got the chicken fried steak with tator tots. Crispy steak and very crispy tator tots. Great flavor!

So DDD visited and recommended the chicken fried steak with scratch gravy, eggs and potatoes. Glad we asked for extra gravy as the smear received didn't even cover the very tough and chewy chicken fried steak! Asked for hashbrowns crispy/well done, barely brown, almost raw. Would've shared with wait staff if they'd bothered to come check on us, but didn't come until we were done and had to ask for coffee to be warmed up. Yeah, it was busy but seriously? And $50 for breakfast? No thanks, never coming back....

First time here and we had a wonderful experience!! Place was colorful and spacious. Seating was very comfortable and service attentive. Hubby and I shared the chicken fried steak with tots and jalapeño biscuit. Definitely enough to share and still had leftovers. The entree was delicious and the coating light and flavorful. Tots were crispy and done perfectly. We enjoyed the jalapeño biscuit with the assortment of jams. Looking forward to going back next time we are in town!

I've been wanting to try Over Easy for a while now and we were in the area and hungry. I knew we wanted to get the waffle dogs and we also decided on the banana nut French toast. The service was pretty slow but friendly. The waffle dogs were a good size and stuffed with chicken sausage I believe. Hubs enjoyed them but I felt like they had a weird after taste. Like part of the batter was still raw. Could've just been my taste buds that day because hubs and the kids loved them. The banana nut French toast was ok. Nothing out of this world but was alright. They have a pretty big menu so I'll definitely come back again and try something else.

The hostess was so sweet and straight to the point. I sat at the bar with Monica. She was great drinks were tasty. Good energy definitely will be back. Love the scenery the music as well !!

Good food and vibes inside. The service is great and attentive. Kind of expensive for what you get but overall it's a great place for breakfast.

All the staff was very pleasant and friendly. The atmosphere was cool vibe. Very clean and fun. -avocado toast is very basic and bland might as well go make it at home.4/10 -chicken fried stake was very flavorful. One of the best I've had. Very filling. Could have used a bit more gravy. 8/10 -biscuits and gravy was great. The biscuits them selves were a treat. Would have liked to have more gravy but was still worth it. 8/10 Over all I would definitely wanna come back.

I've been to Over Easy many times since they opened and they aren't that bad. This last visit, we ordered the infamous Banana nut French toast and it was absolutely amazing. Great taste. We also ordered the chicken and waffles, it was okay. We had to ask for hot sauce and syrup (which is notes it comes with on the menu) just to be told the hot sauce is on the table and they brought us syrup after. The Chicken fried steak was okay, crunchy and nice however their gravy is more sweet than savory. Not a personal favorite. The have fresh OJ which is always a win. Hot coffee and delicious. Service was okay, wasn't the best until the end when we noted the CFS wasn't a personal favorite. Otherwise it was okay. We'd visit again but mostly for the French toast.

Monica is hands down the best server I've ever had... and the oj was nothing less then amazing. I'll definitely be back!

Made a reservation for 8. Got to the restaurant and the manager was never told by who ever we talked to for the reservation. So we had to wait. We waited over 20 minutes for a table to be available! Lack of communication amongst the employees! The food was okay and the Loco Moco could have been better!!

I have been to this location over a dozen times and every single time it has been a 10/10 experience. Offers some of the best breakfast food in the valley, I seriously can't describe how amazing the food is. The service is always top notch and the vibe is so cute. Staff always seem happy to be here and you can tell management takes care of their employees. I cannot recommend this place enough!!

Holy Geez..... they're new 3 egg sweet potato bowl was over the top tasty good. It's on they're special menu and reasonably priced. Super good!!!!

Overeasy is very easy to get used to in Arcadia(eastern Phoenix neighborhood). Alonzo, the GM, was very gracious and professional serving me a full meal even though they were almost closed, I still had time to eat and it was all delicious. Note: Ashley, my server, made my Paloma cocktail which was awesome. The corn beef hash, one of my all time favorites, is the best I've had in Arizona. The fresh squeezed OJ came in a large 16oz. glass and was another all time top ten for me. My Paloma cocktail(I believe named after Paloma Picasso)was delicious giving a great tequila with grapefruit juice buzz. The sunny side eggs and pecan premium taste bacon were also outstanding. Location, food and service are all 10 plus and a top 5 breakfast destination in Arizona. Highly recommended.

So I've had my fair share of chilaquiles in my life and I know there's a lot of talk about a neighboring brunch spot here (Bread + Honey) but I much prefer Over East's any day!

Came in on a Saturday morning around 11am. It wasn't as busy as I was expecting which was a surprise! We had a party of 2 and were seated within 10 mins. Both indoor & outdoor seating were nicely spaced out and comfortable. After being seated my husband and I noticed the table was not fully clean. There were no silverware set & some trash from previous guests laying under the salt & pepper shakers. Our server was nice & very informative which I appreciated! Towards the end the service did lack a bit. We asked another employe for boxes since our server was not around much after the order was taken. We tried the spiked chai & it was just okay. It lacked flavor & just wasn't worth it in my opinion. I wouldn't get it again. I tried the biscuits and gravy & it was pretty good. It was a bit cold on arrival but I was starving so I dug in anyway. The house made jalapeño biscuits were tasty & filling! Wish there was a bit more gravy though. My husband tried the chicken & waffles & was a huge fan! The chicken was delicious & so flavorful! The waffles were soft & perfectly sweetened. This was our favorite part of our experience! Overall it was a nice little place. The menu has many different dishes I would come back to try!

Wasn't expecting much because the place is so simple and unassuming, but service was great and food was even better. Can't believe how much you get for such a low price ($13!). I ordered the Southwest omelette, asked to substitute the sour cream for spinach, which they easily did, and I loved every bite. It's a hearty meal, which I dug into as soon as it was served. It was so satisfying! It came with bread, jam, and butter (got sourdough). It also comes with a side, and I got sweet potato tator tots, which was delicious! Ashley was the server and she was on top of things! Recommend for a low-key breakfast neighborhood meal. Good to go alone or with someone.

First time here and not impressed. Food was ok but not great to justify the price. Coffee was not good but I do drink mi e black so I'm more particular than most. Service was very good.

My husband and I visited the Over Easy - Arcadia location twice. This review is long overdue, but the impression Victoria and Madori left on us still remains. There ought to be two reviews for twice the stars, so please know this review comes with double the delight. We had the pleasure of seeing Victoria both visits. The first visit, she was our waitress and she gave us quite the memorable experience. She has a great personality and provided us with excellent service. She made such a lasting impression that we were excited to see her again the second visit and we were pleased she remembered us too. The second visit, Madori was our waitress and she was also extra friendly and warm and provided amazing service. The food is always delicious at Over Easy, but what really makes or breaks our experience is the people we encounter, and Victoria and Madori definitely made each day a good morning - they are assets to your team. Thank you for the amazing vibes! Looking forward to returning!

Food was great! Service was great! Place was clean! I highly recommend this restaurant! Everything on The menu sounds delicious so it's hard to choose. I had steak and eggs, my son had chicken and waffles, my girls had chicken and biscuits and another dish that was beef and rice with an over easy egg. We all loved our food! The yummy mimosas were fantastic too! Most dishes are about $20 or close to.

Definitively one of the best breakfast establishments in the Valley. Although their menu if far from being huge, what they do have is incredible. Considering the amount of breakfast and/or brunch places in the region, Over Easy out does them all in, with only a few exceptions in my opinion! Their occasional or seasonal offerings are terrific... so is the clean, comfortable, retro ambience, not to mention the great service and food we've experienced with every visit to the various locations between Flagstaff and Phoenix. Breakfast on Phoenicians!

Took my dad and brother out for breakfast here the other weekend. Great experience. Food was excellent, the service was great, and you can get breakfast tater tots. Strongly recommended.

My first time to this location! It was very tidy and clean. We were seated immediately and our server was very attentive! The menu is quite extensive for offerings. Our food came promptly and was presented in a pleasant manner! The ingredients were fresh. We each enjoyed our breakfast choices of Eggs Benedict. I'm sure we will revisit again!

I used to love this place. Came in this morning by myself and wanted to sit at the bar.. the hostess argued with me and proceeded to take me to a table ignoring my request. One person wasn't going to make or break business but an entire table would definitely make it an awkward time for me sitting alone. Really would have taken MINIMAL effort. Gladly taking my business across the street to Ohso.

The service was especially nice. They went out of their way to make sure my friend's daughter liked her breakfast and she tried a new juice. The food was very delish with healthy choices and the atmosphere was clean with a standard diner feel. Would recommend it after a good hike.

What a wonderful experience, so good we went back the next morning again. The chicken fried steak, lemon ricotta pancakes, and 505 eggs Benedict were all wonderful! The green Chiles on the 505 were dynamite! The mimosa flight was perfect for two to share, as well. Highly recommend the guava and the mango! Our server, Lety, was cheerful, efficient, and great fun!

Once upon a time Over Easy had one restaurant and there was usually an hour wait to get in. Now Ashely tells me the original location is closed and they have 8 restaurants total. Wowza!!!!!! So I stopped by today for breakfast and had the Basil Pesto Egg and Cheese sandwich with hash browns. iI also ordered a side of pepper grits. I had to take half of it home since the portions were large. All of the food was really good and I enjoyed chatting with the server Ashley. All in all a great experience. I however, do miss their original coffee vendor though from when they first started out. I was told it was a special import from Italy. Not sure if the waitress was pulling my leg or not. lol Nothing against Press though they are pretty good too and local. I love that they have State Forty eight gear for sale.

Food and service is always exceptional, however, music is too loud! Don't frequent this place if you are trying to conduct business with others, it is difficult to hear each other.

This place is our go-to breakfast spot for many reasons...best spinach/mushroom/cheddar omelette, amazing blueberry pancakes and Monica the bartender is awesome!

I've ordered takeaway twice recently and had a great experience! Over Easy has a wonderful online ordering system that makes it very easy to customize your order and add things. They also text you when your order is ready which was nice. The food was ready on time, and packed nicely with hot sauces, ketchup, and utensils. I picked two of the meals featured on Diners, Drive-Ins, and Dives. They were both really good but the ham steak was my favorite! The red eye gravy really brought the flavors together. It had such a great coffee taste with a tiny hint of sweetness. They gave me extra red eye gravy for no charge and it was great to dip the tots in! The chicken fried steak was good too. It's a huge portion that will last two meals. The country gravy that came with it was fantastic. I added the hot sauce they gave me to it which added a nice extra bit of spice. Also they cooked the eggs for each meal exactly as I requested. Over medium for the ham, and over hard for the chicken fried steak. Very nice. I highly recommend Over Easy for delicious comfort food and great service!
