Ovolo The Valley

Loved our stay at Ovolo. The room was very spacious, bed was great, and we think we got so much value with all the inclusions. Staff was also very friendly and helpful, from receptionists to restaurant servers and room cleaners. Would definitely stay here again when we get a chance.

My daughter’s favourite hotel! Free lollies in the hall, free mini bar it was such an amazing experience. Clean, great service restaurant down stairs is legendary and the pool super cozy. The experience actually beats the photos!

I was disappointed with my stay at ovolo. The room next door had a loud party untril 2am and hotel staff were too timid to do anything. It ruined our stay. There was also a terrible smell in the corridors. Management didn't care when I complained.

Love to stay at Ovolo The Valley whenever I can. The staff are always friendly and super helpful, foods great, locations great and the pool is divine. The cute lolly station down stairs in the lobby is great if you have a late night sweet-tooth, if you’ve already annihilated the mini bar 🤣

Absolutely amazing stay here, would highly recommend. Reasonably priced with a free drink on arrival as well as complimentary breakfast & coffee each morning (if included in room). Will definitely be coming back here.

Beautiful hotel with amazing staff. Excellent restaurant next door with delicious food. The location is walking distance to James Street where you'll find more amazing eateries. We were able to walk across the Story Bridge and caught the 'free' city Hopper ferry back to Felons for a refreshing drink before walking back to the hotel.

The rooms were large and extremely clean. The beds were also extremely comfortable. The staff on the front desk were very friendly and helpful and welcoming. I would stay there again. Could not fault it. Well done on a great hotel. I really enjoyed it.

My two weeks stay at the Ovolo The Valley was an extreme pleasure. The room they assigned me was not only convenient to the elevator but very quiet no sounds from the interior nor road noise from outside - to me this was a great benefit as I am a very light sleeper. I noticed that they had installed extra sound proofing on the outside. The people at the desk and those that cleaned my room very efficient and friendly. Because I was in Brisbane on business, I unfortunately only had one opportunity to visit their restaurant for breakfast. However, that one experience was great, they had a very good selection, and the food was very tasty -- they even had the bacon I really like and had only seen in Canada. I definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Brisbane and hopefully if I get an opportunity to visit Brisbane again, I will definitely stay at the Ovolo.

Very stylish hotel, but what I want to comment on is how kind the front desk staff was in letting me drop off luggage in the morning hours before check-in. It was nice to explore Brisbane knowing I wasn't lugging around four bags.

They are quite expensive but amazing super fancy rooms with doorbell and do not disturb system, we got a free Alexa and more! Lights in the room are cool but buggy and the breakfast is delicious! Oh also they have a 24/7 sweet bar so that's a nice touch! P.s FREE MINI BAR!!!

Fantastic small "boutique" hotel we were fortunate to stay at while in Brisbane Australia. Located near downtown admits a collection of shops and restaurants in a quiet neighborhood. Rooms were very nice, clean and well decorated. A free mini-bar comes with the room along with excellent Wi-Fi and other amenities all at a reasonable pricE. Will definitely come back to when we return to Brisbane.
