Ovride Specialty Coffee

The pastries are really nice, and the coffee is also fine. I'm not a huge connaisseur in this area but it was good. :) Worth a visit if you're around! It's a nice place to chit-chat with a friend.

Had a great coffee experience at Ovride in Timisoara! The coffee was spot on — exactly how it should be in a specialty café. We had a cappuccino and a single-shot latte, both super tasty. We also tried a cinnamon roll; it was good, though not quite what I expected. The place has a nice vibe, the staff is friendly, and by 10 AM on Saturday, the terrace was already full. You order at the bar and service is really fast. Plus, you can buy specialty coffee beans for your home espresso machine. Highly recommend!

They were pioneers of specialty coffee in Timișoara, and to this day, they continue to push boundaries and take risks beyond local standards. Every visit has been a flawless experience, exceptional coffee, good service, and zero regrets. Their consistency in extraction is unmatched, delivering perfectly balanced espressos even from the trickiest experimental fermentations that most baristas wouldn’t dare to work with. If you’re feeling adventurous, step out of your comfort zone and ask for a fruity, acidic espresso, you won’t regret it. They also played a huge role in my coffee journey, transforming me from someone who avoided filter coffee to someone who confidently orders a batch brew. And let’s not forget their selection of treats—personally, I can’t resist the pistachio croissant or the cheesecake.

It’s simple, the coffee here tastes amazing, exactly the way I like it. The staff is friendly and welcoming, which makes the whole experience even better. The location is beautiful and peaceful, with a great atmosphere that makes you want to stay longer. It’s the kind of place where you can truly relax, enjoy your time, and sip on an exceptionally good cup of coffee.

Excellent taste, impeccable service. the staff is very friendly and they take their time to talk to you about the beans, the coffee machines and other things. From time to time we try other cafes, but this one remains our top chioce.
