This place has been my go-to coffee spot for the past seven years, and for good reason. They were pioneers of specialty coffee in Timișoara, and to this day, they continue to push boundaries and take risks beyond local standards. Every visit has been a flawless experience, exceptional coffee, good service, and zero regrets.
Their consistency in extraction is unmatched, delivering perfectly balanced espressos even from the trickiest experimental fermentations that most baristas wouldn’t dare to work with. If you’re feeling adventurous, step out of your comfort zone and ask for a fruity, acidic espresso, you won’t regret it.
They also played a huge role in my coffee journey, transforming me from someone who avoided filter coffee to someone who confidently orders a batch brew. And let’s not forget their selection of treats—personally, I can’t resist the pistachio croissant or the cheesecake.
