I love this airport and all the workers. However, our flight was cancelled last Saturday for United with tech issues. While I’m happy that they took the precautions they did, the untied team at the airport gave us zero answers. In fact, the United representative locked herself in her office and refused to answer questions because she “had no answers.” So she wasn’t taking a questions. Meanwhile, over 300 folks were given $15 meal vouchers on an island that won’t even buy you a bottle of water for $15. It’s not the airports fault. However, there was a large amount of staff that was super friendly and super helpful. For that we adore the airport. I took away the 1 star for the folks that need to take lessons from the good ones.
