こちらで買ったバッグが二回使っただけで壊れたので、お店に持っていき修理をお願いしたが、対応があまりにもひどくてびっくりした。 対応は、デザイナーが引っ越して連絡を取るのに時間がかかると言われ、どうしようもないというような感じであしらわれた。 私が購入したバッグは、このお店のコラボレーションで作られてるバッグだったので、少しでも親身に修理できるように考えて欲しかった。 気に入って買ったバッグだったからこそ、どうしても直して使いたいし、お店のオーナーにも親身に対応してもらいたかった。 お店の雰囲気やセレクトが好きだったから、かなり残念な気分になりました。
