Owino Supermarket

I was really happy/lucky to come across this shop, and as I live 2hrs driving distance away from the shop, thought it would be impossible to get any Ugandan food without driving there, but spoke to Joel who was very helpful in processing my order online, and today DPD have delivered every single thing on my list, the chapatis are delicious!! But now I have the unpleasant task of peeling all the matooke ready to freeze 😩. Will be worth it though! Thank you Joel, will definetly order from these guys again!

Very friendly local store. If you're looking for some Ugandan staples such as Matoke, Ndizi, Ugandan Sweet Potatoes or Avocado, this is well worth a trip!

What a wonderful wonderful 👏 ❤ service. I ordered my stuff online this morning and received them the same day. Thank you so so so much Derek for taking time out to make sure I get my orders in time for my daughter's birthday on Saturday. Owino market in Mitcham is the place to go if you want a taste of Uganda 🇺🇬 🇺🇬. The Lumonde and Matooke are so fresh like they have just been taken from the garden straight to my house. I will definitely recommend Owino Market to anyone who needs to eat Ugandan food. I could give 10***** if the option was available. Tttthhhaannnkkkk yyyoouuu.

Owino market solved my problems of missing home food there delivery always time. Although first time I ordered nsenene was dry and not nice. I feedbacked them and today got my nsenene and were beautiful yummy 😋. Thank you owino.

Made an order online and they failed to deliver it as promised. Chased for a response and they refused to respond to my emails. As if that's not enough they refused to refund me. I had to get PayPal to get my refund. Worse still they did not appologise
