We had a great stay here for 3 nights. I had a conference for work at the hotel, which was great. The staff was very kind and always helpful! The rooms are gorgeous and spacious, and the restaurant on property was incredible. My favorite part of the stay was all of the sweet little amenities in the room! You have your own French press coffee maker with various coffees to choose from (so fun) and you can even request soaps with different scents. I’m allergic to topical fragrance, so I loved that the default soap was just a no-fragrance sensitive skin soap, but always great to have options for others! Can’t wait to come back for another stay

The inn stands where the river of the town whispers its secrets. Its door opens to the very heart of the bazaar, a fine place for the traveler to begin the day's journey. Its walls have seen many seasons pass. Do not seek the shine of the newly-minted coin here, but the soft glow of a well-worn one, for its beauty is in the stories it holds, not in the freshness of its paint. It is not a palace of earthly kings, designed to dazzle the eye and distract the soul. It is a quiet cup of water, clean and offered freely. But the true wine is the welcome. The faces that greet you are open windows, and in their smiles the Friend says, "Rest here. You are home for a time." This kindness is the only luxury the spirit truly seeks.

One of those special spots where you can tell everyone from the top down puts in the effort to make this place great. The rooms are super clean. They offer locally roasted coffee, water kettles, in room French press. Valet parking is a breeze. If not, the city garage is connected to the building and only $10. Even the elevators at this place are timed to make your stay great! Walking distance to beautiful river spots, great coffee and food.

Beautiful ambiance. Incredible amenities like ground coffee and a French press in room. We brought out Great Dane and they had dog treats and a collapsible dog bowl as a gift for us! Soft towels. Close to all the downtown things. 5/5 stars! Thank you for treating us so well!

This is a super hotel in Bend, with comfortable rooms, a super restaurant and a great location. The people are consistently warm and very helpful in all ways. I love the coffee setup in the room and wish every hotel everywhere did the same!

Google
The location is great to explore the downtown area. The hotel is very clean and the staff was eager to help get your bags to and from your room. The view from the room was stunning. We used the hot tub both nights we stayed and the area was clean and well stocked with clean towels. Will definitely be back.

Google
We recently stayed at this hotel for 4 nights in a Suite.||The hotel location is excellent, in the very clean, safe and pretty old bend in the downtown. The hotel is exceptionally clean, well maintained and attractive in a modern contemporary way.||The staff are engaging, capable and knowledgeable.||Our room was spacious and very comfortable. The only issue was we found the AC was noisy when the compressor engaged. We used earplugs at night to assist sleeping. In addition, there was some odour from the kitchen exhaust - we were on the 5th floor above the restaurant/cafe.

We love the location, right in the edge of town so it’s a little quiet but a super easy walk to everything. The room decor is beautiful and the rooms are very spacious with a nice balcony to the street. This was our second time staying here. It’s just perfect!

Yelp
The concierge really went above and beyond!! Thank you to the two ladies who helped me today :)

Yelp
Love this hotel. The rooms are huge. Ours had its own living room. Really nice soap and shampoos in the bathroom that smell amazing. They have order ahead room service from the restaraunt downstairs. I haven't eaten there but have heard good things. There's a hot tub and gym. Perfect location-close walk to all the shops downtown and restaurants. A really good coffee shop right across the street too. Valet parking. Would recommend staying here. No complaints.

Yelp
This place is like a Residence Inn with annoying employees. They asked too many questions, wouldn't leave guests alone. Good hospitality people would know when guests want to be left alone. They seemed to be bored out of their minds and wanted to chat. Super nosy. No, I don't want to tell you where I'm from. No, I don't want to tell you where I'm going. They even ask for the names of everyone in our party. Not sure if the person at the front desk was being nosy or really needed to know - I've never been asked before at other hotels that I've stayed at. Also our room had the actual air conditioning unit (the hvac ) inside our room. Lol. So we were woken up throughout the night. They also tried pushing valet on us. There were four of us and we just wanted to park our own car. Didn't want to pay $25 per night to park our vehicle. They hesitantly gave us info to park our own vehicle (same building as hotel) and it was $10 per night. Lmao. The only positive was that the design was modern and new.

Yelp
Great hotel and staff. Loved the location and cleanliness. The staff worked hard to make sure our staff was comfortable and pleasant.

Yelp
Went to a social event outside for drinks and apps and enjoyed it very much. Service was good and enjoyed the outside table.

Yelp
I decided to book the Oxford for a birthday staycation with my partner. We live in Central Oregon, and I wanted something were we could enjoy ourselves and Uber around. The Oxford did not disappoint. After Valet and check-in we started off the celebrations at Roam for a beverage to start the evening, cocktails did not disappoint. The King Suite was on point; the bed was super comfy, the kitchenette was what we needed to heat up our leftovers from Hawkeye and Huckleberry (recommend the Tomahawk steak!) after a night out on the town. Room service breakfast topped our stay off and was more than enough to get us what we needed to start our day. The room was decorated with an understated elegance that makes one feel comfortable.

Yelp
This is my last and 3rd night here at the Oxford hotel. This is THE place to stay in Bend. The hospitality exceeded my expectations as every time I am in and out of the lobby, I have a staff member asking me if I need help, if I need any silverware for my take out, etc. The room is clean, large, with a comfortable bed and pillows. I love the shower/tub combo. The fresh press is a nice touch and I wake up every morning to a cup of hot tea using the kettle they provide. It can not be easier if you need anything, you are a text message away. I needed Kleenex Sunday morning and I received that in about 10 mins with the Sunday paper. Very nice touch. I also saw some snacks by the elevator which is complimentary to start your day. The location can not be beat as you are literally a 2 min walk from downtown. I was able to walk out and get gelato a few doors down and Thai food just 2 blocks down. There are many retail shops just down the block including restaurants, bookstores, candy store, clothing stores, coffee shops, etc. I also ordered room service from the in house restaurant 10 below downstairs a hour ago and they were quick to respond and deliver. Very friendly service. COVID update: No valet parking. It's all self park which is fine with me. No housekeeping unless you request it which is also fine. Masks required and all staff are wearing masks.

Yelp
Huge, clean and beautiful room. Good service. Excellent fitness center with sauna, steam room and jacuzzi. Sad we didn't have time to use it. Coffee and tea in the room. They also offer complimentary washer and dryer for guests and bikes. Very grateful to find beautiful box with gluten free cupcakes for our birthday in the room. Highly recommend!

Yelp
I really enjoyed spending time living in the Oxford Hotel for a while! I think it is worth everything I had to give up in order to stay there! It is truly a "home away from home"!

Yelp
Hands down the best hotel in Bend. Wonderful location, friendly service (it's family owned and independently run) and thoughtful amenities. The soap (both bar and body wash) as well as shampoo and condition are local and there's a cute body shop in downtown that also sells it (you can purchase direct from the hotel too). Dani is the brand. The scents are amazing. They offer the unscented bar soap (goat milk) but also have a decent bar soap menu of orange blossom, oatmeal and honey, lavender, etc. You can get a second bar soap (fragrance) complimentary. They also have a standout pillow menu as I'm a side sleeper so need a firm and conforming (think tempurpedic memory foam) pillows. The gym is nice and they have the latest equipment. Tried my hand at a helix which is similar to an elliptical but moves laterally to work inner/outer thighs. It's tough, but awesome. The steam, sauna and hot tub are located within the gym and are relaxing. Towels, racks to hang bathrobe/towels are all there. It's pretty quiet so settle in to relax. the rooms are generous in size with a lounge area and multiple tvs. the showers/bathroom areas are also spacious. Only thing I wished for is for the onsite restaurant to be opened, but not a big deal. Will absolutely come back and stay here again!

Yelp
Beautiful room! Very comfortable bed and the staff were very friendly. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay and we will be back!

Yelp
This is an excellent property and staff. Before arriving we stayed in a Holiday Inn in Klamath Falls that had prominent signs on each door indicating a mask is required to enter. Everyone I saw in the hotel had a mask on. In the Oxford I have seen several guests in one day not wearing masks. The state-mandated notices were placed flat on tables. Easy to miss and hard to believe this hotel is taking Covid seriously. When I raised the issue with the front desk I was told they can't ask people to wear a mask because there is an ADA loophole in the law preventing staff from asking people about their medical conditions. That is conflating two different issues - notification and enforcement. My initial Yelp review dinged the hotel for being behind its peer restaurants and shops in Bend. Management responded and now the hotel has prominent signs on doors about masks and the virus. I feel safer and will definitely stay here again. My room here was fabulous.

Yelp
Coming from a person who is a patron of the Four Seasons Resorts this says a lot! This hotel is fantastic!!! Yes their turndown is pretty silly but their friendly service far surpasses any short comings. This hotel is a 4 diamond which is pretty much the fanciest you are going to get in Bend, Oregon! Our first impression of this hotel started at the airport when their house car a Tesla Model X picked us up (my daughter got a real kick out of the phantom wing doors). Our driver, Grant was such a gentleman. He gave me great tips on skiing Mt.Bachelor and nearby restaurants he loved. Checking in was great...we were welcomed with chocolate chip cookies. Our room was BIG...it had a full kitchen which I did not expect. OMG the french press coffee with clear and easy directions was such a treat to have every morning. You won't find any water bottles here as their tap water is really good and drinkable. We made tea every night with the tea and hot kettle they provided. They even had a tray of breakfast items and snacks for free by the elevator every day! WOW! We enjoyed the oatmeal every morning and packed an orange and kind bar for later. If you are here for skiing like we were it's very easy to get to the mountain. The hotel will drop you off at the bus stop (5 min away) that goes directly to Mt.Bachelor. It's about a 30 min ride and $5 each way. Bring cash they do not accept cc. On our way back we simply called the hotel and told them we were on the bus back and sure enough when we pulled up to the stop the Tesla was waiting for us wings up and all. Our driver was Steve and he was a gem! I could go on and on on the true genuine hospitality we received here. We loved it so much we are coming back again next ski season! Thank you Oxford hotel!

Yelp
Not without it's flaws ~ Personally we've seen a shift in their level of service and culture. Lots of "well our policy is" which don't equate to: - high service levels - well trained staff We bring 5-15 guests into town per month for 1-3 night stays. My experience with the hotel last night and tonight was remarkably frustrating - and if I hear "well our policy is...blah blah blah" I'll truly lose it! My guest last night was traveling from Oregon State in Corvallis. Two accidents, traveling in the rain at night for (what turned into ) the 6+ hour ride had him arriving with his wife near midnight. The reservation for my (hiring) candidate was paid on my Amex. I had planned to meet my candidate but his late arrival got in the way. I advised the hotel - then they shared if my cc was not presented upon arrival - this would be a problem. So I photo'd front and back of my license and the front and back of my credit card. And that was still a problem... Anyway to save you the details I'll clip the story there ... the forms and policies continued the next morning when I arrived to greet my guest. I requested late check-out for my guest and his wife. I was advised the hotel staff needed the extra time to catch up on cleaning all the rooms. But... for an extra $100 he could check out "two whole hours later" ... that was their "policy." Then a used car front desk manager emerged, he and his front desk staffed "conferenced" and he said "how 'bout we compromise and allow one extra hour? "Oh and can you fill out this credit card authorization form for yesterday's stay for your guest?" Hard to believe and I'll just share, it's not Nirvana at The Oxford. It's a land of nickel and dime charges, front desk / concierge staff who've been handcuffed with "policies and procedures" and lost the ability to exercise judgement and compassion. Personally I have 40+ nights at this hotel...what made this hotel wonderful is missing today. Except for the valet group - they've kept their warm, kind, hard working and efficient culture intact. There's other less expensive and superb locations in Bend. We won't stay, or invite guest to stay at The Oxford again.

Yelp
This hotel is very comfortable and the staff is outstanding. I stay often and recommend it to any traveling guest.

Yelp
The Oxford is a stunning hotel. It definitely has more of a boutique feel. The rooms were massive - including a large bedroom, separate sitting room, private balcony, small kitchenette and bathroom including a large soaking tub, standing shower and lots of counter top space. I loved the local soaps and lotions provided. The kitchenette included french press coffee as well as a variety of teas. I was able to take advantage of the car service (a Tesla) to and from the airport as well - both drivers were friendly and knowledgeable about the are. I was only here for one night and definitely wanted more!

Yelp
So happy we chose this place to stay for our spring trip in Bend. Great location. The mountain suite was very clean and accommodating. I loved the corner rooms they gave us. Have two bathrooms is very convenient to get ready. The steam shower was perfect when coming off the mountain from skiing. I like having separate rooms for lounging and sleeping. Plenty of space to move around. Much better than Airbnb! Location was perfect to walk around Downtown but also an easy walk to the bus stop for the mountains. A hotel can make or break a trip experience and this place made it enjoyable! The gym was also convenient, roomy and clean. We stayed on the same floor as the gym.

Yelp
The Oxford is the epitome of how a five star boutique hotel should look and function. The interiors have a modern flare with contrasting warm and cool colors. Staff are all solicitous, friendly, and the room amenities are most accommodating. Rooms are quite spacious, elegant and comfortable, equipped with a large bath and the right quality toiletries. The French press coffee is a special for the proper caffeine kick it delivers. Most every hotel out there provides a brew which usually produces weak coffee. So, the bf and I really liked this. The Mighty Leaf tea was also appreciated- good quality tea with exotic flavors. The TV offers plenty of channels. The bed is hard to get out of in the morning for its extreme comfort. If you're looking for an upscale place to stay in Bend, look no further. The Oxford's got it covered!

Yelp
Got into the bed and there was SEMEN on the blanket. Got all over my hand. Absolutely disgusting. On top of that their service is trash. Had to haggle for a late checkout at 1245. Most hotels will give you till 1. Definitely not staying here again

Yelp
We thoroughly enjoyed every single thing about this hotel. Great location, wonderful staff, and beautiful accommodations. From the first step in the door until our departure we were delighted. The folks at the Oxford have perfected the nice touches. We had our chocolate lab with us and they even spoiled her! We will return and stay longer next time!

Yelp
My husband and I stayed here for a New Year's Eve (and anniversary) "stay-cation". LOVED IT!! Beautiful room (Mountain Suite); 780 SF with a great view of the Cascades and downtown Bend. Comfy bed, a stove and full sized 'fridge....heated floors in the bathroom and the most amazing steam shower. Total luxury! The vibe feels like Portland or some other much larger city, not little Bend. Service was super friendly from the front desk personnel to the bell staff to the valet. The restaurant, ROAM, needs some polishing....just moved from being "10 Below" a few weeks ago. Would not recommend, although we will give them another chance in a few months. Very convenient location; enjoyed wandering through some of the cute boutique shops in downtown. Great place!!

Yelp
We stayed here Halloween weekend for 3 days. The service here is great. The front desk was very helpful. Helped with reservations for restaurant, made recommendations for different things for us, handed out candy to our kids. The valet even though there is no valet was very kind and attentive as well. Housekeeping was on point. Room was clean And they did turn down service for the sofa bed in our room. We stayed in a suite that had view and balcony. The room was nice. The view was beautiful. It was nice to be able to sit out and enjoy a cup of coffee listening to the hustle and bustle which is not loud at all. Can't beat the location. You can literally walk almost anywhere within 5 minutes. There's gelato and Thump coffee footsteps away. You can walk to any downtown restaurant or brewery. And drake park and mirror pond are also just down the way. Don't think we could've had same experience staying at another hotel in different part of Bend. I was able to send my teenage kids walking around downtown too, candy shops, bookstores, etc. Also felt very safe for Covid. Employees wearing masks properly.

Yelp
A five star rating is difficult to achieve before even walking in the door... but the customer service at this Hotel has earned just that! Thank you Catilsi!

Yelp
Terrible service beginning to end. I used to happily spend the extra to stay here vs. other Bend hotels. Entitled, inexperienced staff made every extra dollar hurt as they were rude and lacking any desire to help or serve. Save your money and stay elsewhere. A wolf in sheep's clothing. No housekeeping, no nothing but rude girls when you call for your car or a different pillow. Beware

Julia H.

Yelp
I have never had such an amazing experience as I did at The Oxford Hotel. I was driving from Idaho to Washington this past weekend and got stuck in Oregon due to the mountain passes being closed because of the snowstorm that hit the PNW. I made a last-minute booking at The Oxford Hotel and was blown away by the service and accommodations. I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff, who was also shoveling snow in the front to make easy access to guests. At check-in, they gave me a puppy package with a ton of goodies for my dog that I was traveling with. I had some amazing room service that was quickly delivered to my room! The rooms were spotless and had the best complimentary toiletries. The next morning, they gave me some supplies for my dog's morning business and pointed me in a good direction to take her on a walk. Also in the morning, the concierge took time to sit down with me and discuss different route options to get to my final destination without getting stuck in the snow again. I had the best experience staying at this hotel. It was just what I needed after a stressful day of driving! 10/10 recommend!! I can't wait to go back!

Yelp
This hotel is outstanding! My family and I came to Bend for our Christmas Holiday. When we pulled up the valet attendant was very friendly and helpful. They took our luggage right away. And met us at the room. Entering the room we were so pleased with how cozy and beautiful it was. We were greeted with a beautiful bouquet of flowers with a hand written note welcoming us. The valet was sure to let us know of the turndown service and the pillow menu! That's right a pillow menu. We ordered our turndown and pillows. And went off to dinner. We arrived back to our room with the pullout all set for our son and chocolate on the pillow with a card that had the following days forecast on it. We stayed a total of three days and things just continued to impress us. We didn't bring any of our pups with us, but plenty of other people did. And those folks just raved at how wonderful the staff is with the pets. We did attend the Christmas dinner in the hotels restaurant. It was a prefix menu, the prime rib was outstanding. However, the rest did leave a lot to be desired. I do think that on any other day the restaurant is probably outstanding. It was just an off night for them. All in all The Oxford will be the only place we stay at from now on when visiting this wonderful city.

Cory M.

Yelp
Great hotel but if you have an EV and want to park in the parking garage this hotel has the belief that they are Zeus and own all the EV chargers. All the ev spots in the parking garage say valet only.
google avatar

Yelp
This hotel is hosting our corporate meeting. They have done a great job. I forgot contact lens solution and someone at the front desk suggested they had some, but called back to say they were mistaken. 5 minutes later I got a knock on the door with a very nice delivery of artificial tears, the closest they could do. I'm impressed at the effort. Thanks so much.

Sarah C.

Yelp
Worst experience ever. Sheets were dirty. There was hair in the shower. Don't waste your money on staying here. There are plenty of other places to stay in town with the same price point that provides substantially better service and a better service all around. Don't throw away your money.

Angela G.

Yelp
I am not sure I can say enough about the customer service at The Oxford, it was simply amazing and one of the best places I have ever stayed. They are attentive without being constantly present, anticipate needs, and do everything they can to make the stay a wonderful experience. Outside of that, the accommodations are extremely comfortable, and most of all, quiet. Also, there is a bar/restaurant downstairs that also provides room service. It is within walking distance of any and everything you would want to do downtown. The only "cons" if I can call it that are the fact that we didn't have a balcony or view, the shower is great but on the small side given the size of the bathroom, and honestly, that is ALL that I can think of as cons. Everyone is very helpful and friendly and we really had a great stay.
google avatar

Yelp
We had such a fabulous stay here! The staff was very friendly, from the gal who checked us in, to the concierge, to the bellhop. Everyone was kind and cheerful. The room was well appointed and very comfortable. The beds were just the right firmness, and there were lots of choices of pillows! There were lots of little things that made our stay so lovely... the robes, the yummy smelling soaps, the French press coffee, the breakfast cart in the hallway, the newspaper, and the fresh cookies in the evening. However, what was truly the icing on the cake, was the care they took to welcome our dog! She was greeted with a sign with her name on it, she had her own bed, food & water bowls, and treats! It was so special! We felt like the hotel was happy to have her, and that meant a lot! Thank you so much... we will be back!

Yelp
This Hotel Gem is top notch! You will not be disappointed and the entire staff go above and beyond to make your experience unforgettable! My Husband travels to Bend for work every 3 months and he always makes it a point to stay at the Oxford Hotel in Bend if available. This beautiful boutique hotel has 59 rooms so make it a point to make a reservation early enough so there is availability. The Management staff is very understanding and go out of their way to accommodate any concerns you may have. The restaurant in the hotel "10 Below" cannot get any better, the food is very good and they have a great daily happy hour! Thank you Oxford Hotel for making our stay enjoyable and we will be returning in the next few months. Great Location!

Yelp
But....you're never going to want to hold a conference anywhere else! I've been spoiled and ruined! From the moment I met with my contacts at the Oxford in summer 2018 to the moment I left the property Stephanie and Paul worked to be the best conference whispers.....calming any nerves this planner could work up ;-)......above and beyond is an understatement....Property is gorgeous with all the little perks you always hope for. Conference planning and execution flawless....EASY! Food was not only gorgeous but so so fresh and delish! Service was again above and beyond! The conference space was spotless AV was perfect for our needs. Prices were very comparable! Sleeping rooms...amazing I'll be back for sure just to hangout in my room. Upon departure I put in an impossible order (time wise) and they did it...even packed it beautifully for me to take to go! (But don't do that to them...don't be me...plan for that breakfast it's worth sitting down to enjoy) thank you to EVERY employee at the Oxford you were so friendly and helpful....exceptional :-)

Yelp
My wife and I had the pleasure of staying at the Oxford Hotel just last week. I had read reviews of the hotel and indeed it lived up to it's reputation as the best place to stay in Bend. For that matter, it would be a top hotel in any city anywhere in the world - believe me, I know. I wasn't sure about parking so I drove directly into the parking structure behind the hotel. As it turned out, I didn't have to pay for parking because there are no parking limits in the garage after 6pm on Fridays and throughout the weekend. Of course the hotel also has valet service but we didn't take advantage. When entering the hotel with our luggage we were greeted by the friendly bellman. He instructed us to the sit down reception desk where we were warmly greeted by the front desk staff member. After a brief check in process, headed up to our room. Oh, while at the desk, don't forget to take a cookie as they are fresh and baked daily at the hotel. We booked the "Boutique King" room and were very impressed with it's size and modern styling. The bed was very comfortable and we even had a nice sizable couch and chair. If you aren't happy with the pillow selection, they have a pillow menu so you can get one that fits your comfort specification. I must have told the hotel that it was my wife's birthday because they also had a bottle of sparkling wine on ice for us along with a couple of chocolate dipped strawberries - nice touch! As we had been hiking earlier in the day, first thing we did was hit the showers. The bathroom was 'mostly' impressive with a separate tub and glass shower stall. For some reason, the toilet is located in its own very small nook and is separated from the main bathroom through a closed door. I honestly don't see the point in the door because if you suffer from claustrophobia at all, you'll likely be hauled off to the nearest psych ward. I was also a little disappointed in the sink faucet - too little pressure and curiously slow to react after turning the knobs. Of course our bathroom layout might have been unique to our room - your milage may very. In terms of the location of the hotel, it's right in the middle of downtown Bend. Everything you need is a short walk. Need some great coffee - two fantastic places across the street. Restaurants - all around you. Beer - just down the street. It couldn't be better located and as such, we walked everywhere. This is particularly helpful when sampling all the fine craft beers that Bend is known for. All in all, our stay at The Oxford was top notch. I'd recommend it to the discerning traveler wholeheartedly.

Yelp
We had a wonderful stay at The Oxford. We are looking to relocate to the area, so we were in town to explore and get a feel for the town. The downtown location was great. The employees and the lobby area were very welcoming. The parking garage is close by. I loved the local soap, the nice toiletries, the plush robes, tasty teas, and French press for coffee! What a treat! Everything was pristine and clean, from common areas to the room itself. While I didn't get a chance to use the fitness facility, it looked very well appointed. The room service menu looked delicious. In the morning they have almond milk, protein bars, oatmeal cups, and fruit for a quick breakfast on the go. Details such as these are what make for a fantastic and memorable experience. Thank you!

B G.

Yelp
Stopped here for one night, on a long road trip, and the Oxford was definitely one of our favorite hotels on the trip. Room had an attractive modern look with interesting mix of materials (wood, metal). I also liked that there was a sink in the room (we had brought some food with us to eat in the room and needed to clean dishes). The room was also well stocked with tea and coffee, and had a very nice shower. The staff was friendly and very attentive. We also enjoyed the restaurant in the hotel.

Kay W.

Yelp
Rooms have gone downhill since last year and are old and worn out. The robes were very, very worn out and embarrassing to wear. It's apparent that the rooms are not kept up to the standards that their website boasts about and for $450+ per night it's not worth it. No bottled water, and the 3 USB plug in centers in the room do not work. Not happy with this visit at all and it has nothing to do with Covid.

Julie M.

Yelp
My beastie and I are on a 10 day roadtrip and ended up in Bend, Oregon, at the Summer Festival. We decided to stay the night. Lodgings were full but we found the Oxford which is downtown and right in the middle of the festival. It was pricey but we figured, go big or go home. Best decision ever! The room (a double queen) was amazing; huge, well appointed bathroom, spacious sleeping area with a living room at the far end of the room. Fresh ground coffee in the room with a French press!!! Staff was friendly and helpful and left a note and bottle of wine in our room for not having our room ready when we arrived...did I tell you that we made the reservation sitting in our car around the corner 5 minutes before we rolled up to Valet? We ordered room service at breakfast so we could get on the road and it was super good. The portions were huge. We should have shared! Yes, I would recommend to anyone looking for a little luxury.

Yelp
Adorable, posh hotel in a charming Central Oregon town. The hotel was upscale without being stuff or snooty. The check in staff was very warm and the valets are super laid back but attentive. My love and I came here for a day-cation. We are from Seattle. Nice 6 hour drive. The lobby is cute, fireplace, adorable details. The decor extends to the rooms as well. We stayed in the most expensive suite, The Terrace Suite. We took full advantage of the bathtub and the super comfortable bed! I slept like an angel and would have never gotten out of bed if it weren't for having to check out at noon. We didn't have near enough time to experience Bend, Oregon in one day. We will be back Oxford Hotel! Please tell your staff they were very pleasant and your decorator they did the best job decorating your hotel.

Yelp
I can't say enough about this four diamond hotel. My girlfriend and I stayed here for a night in June and didn't want to leave! We actually considered postponing our flight to stay longer. We got a good deal on a 1 bedroom suite from livingsocial.com. Our package included the suite, a private tour of Oregon Spirit Distillers, at bottle of their Vodka waiting in our room, $25 of room service, and $100 worth of services at Anjou Spa & Salon. What a deal. From the moment we drove up to the valet line and were met with such relaxed friendliness, we knew our experience would be great. The woman at the check-in table (not counter) sat us down and checked us in, asking about where we're from and giving us recommendations for our stay. There was a festival going on outside and she cracked me up talking about how she "wouldn't know because it's not like I participated in any of the drinking activities late last night but the mandarin infused vodka at the last stand over there is great!" The elevators and rooms are all equipped with RFID scanners that scan your keycard, so you don't even need to take it out of your wallet--just hold it up to the scanner! The suite was amazing. There was a full kitchen and living room area with a couch and LCD TV set to a video of an aquarium right when we walked in. The bedroom was nearby and had its own LCD TV set to a fireplace. The bathroom had two sinks and vanities, a jacuzzi, and a shower with multiple shower heads and a wet sauna option. Beyond those main amenities, there were things like a reading area by the window, a full body mirror, a dishwasher, microwave with a heat sensor, the list goes on. The hotel also lets you borrow bikes for free if you want to take a ride around the town. Daily weather forecasts are also delivered to your door along with hand-made chocolate. The Oxford had everything we wanted. But still, what sticks with me the most after the trip is how welcome the staff made us feel. I would love to come back here and stay for a full week. The whole town just gives me such a great vibe.

Yelp
I have stayed here multiple times. The hotel is gorgeous and location is great - right in the middle of downtown Bend. The staff are great - housekeeping is professional, the concierge is friendly and knowledgeable, the shuttle drivers are nice. Everyone will do their best to help you out in any way possible. The beds are super comfy, the floors in the bathroom are heated, and the french press coffee in the room is awesome. The standard rooms are more like suites - with a sitting area and 2nd TV. They also have a full kitchenette in each room - empty mini-fridge, microwave, and sink. Little touches like the weather forecast and full bar of chocolate at turndown are appreciated. The food from the restaurant/ room service is also very good. I haven't made it to the gym or the hottub yet, so I can't comment on that.

Yelp
Really, really nice find in Bend! Rooms are gigantic! Service is friendly! Beds are pretty comfy. And the exercise room is tiny ... and has a steam room and sauna right in it ... which to me is a little odd. The steam and sauna should be in wet areas. The hotel's location is fantastic, too. You're right in the heart of Bend and have access to the breweries, great restaurants, and the parks.

Yelp
World class superb hotel. A very efficient and friendly staff eager to please. Never slept on a more comfy bed with dreamy pillows. The on site restaurant, 10 Below, had a sumptuous breakfast (custom omelet ) in a very relaxing setting. Wish I had tried dinner there. Wouldn't consider any other hotel in central Oregon.

Yelp
It just does not get much better. This hotel, its staff, and the overall vibe is all perfect for any big city. Hard to believe it is here in Bend, Oregon. While I do not travel with my pet i see many here who do but the suite we stayed in would never hint any pet was here. The food and staff at 10 Below are also excellent and the bartender is the best I have seen, Britney... you are awesome.

Yelp
I have stayed at this hotel 4 times (for about a week each time) and they never cease to pleasantly surprise. My favorite things about the Oxford: -The staff is also very helpful and extremely pleasant -They have local, fresh ground coffee, and accompanying, French press in the room. -Local, handmade chocolates show up on the pillow every day. -The soy beds (not a typo) are amazing, and provide the support I need with a back injury. One of my favorite hotels in the US!

Yelp
We were in Bend for a wedding and stayed at The Oxford Hotel in downtown Bend. This is a world class place, from the staff, including Ametha at the front desk who guided us through everything we needed to know about the hotel to the beautifully appointed rooms with fabulous bathrooms and French press coffee! Everything about The Oxford Hotel is first class. A great value, too. We have a new favorite spot in Bend from now on!

Yelp
We have stayed her in the past and enjoyed our stay for one night. I planed a weekend away with my husband. The room we were give was under the spa. The furnace was so loud that I could not sleep. I paid$900 for just the room. Never coming back

Yelp
This is a world class hotel and the staff are upbeat, friendly, and make sure every detail is taken care of. The hotel has a luxury casual feel that is synonymous with the Bend vibe. Located in downtown Bend it is close to restaurants, bars, the Tower Theater, and other attractions. We were there for an extended stay and Katie at the front desk went out of her way to make sure that our stay was enjoyable Special mention also for Steve, Charlie, and the other valets who are always ready to assist in any way they can. The 10 Below Restaurant is great for a quick bite or a full meal. My personal favorite on the dinner menu is the Angel Hair Pasta with Pacific Prawns. They also have the best house red that I have tasted in quite some time. There is also an open airy fitness area that has a good range of equipment and weights, plus a whirlpool tub, sauna, and steam room.
