Made the booking seamless and incredibly helpful only to get there to a chalet not as described or discussed and half of our party midway through the week went and slept in another chalet (the one we should have had). A sleepless week with our children sleeping in bathrooms. Disappointed and 1st and last time we will use them. Provided the feedback nothing back either which shows they care little for their customers. Stay away

On each occasion they have been extremely helpful and understanding of our requirements and have produced brilliant ideas which have resulted in top quality, memorable holidays. Recently visited Les Gets and St Martin de Belleville, just before lock-down. But I have taken many trips now with Oxford Ski who have been responsible - year after year - for the best ski holidays my friends, family and I have ever had. Flawless service, attention to detail; a team who really work to make things perfect. They are also remarkably well connected to the best chalets and restaurants in the different countries we have visited, and never fail to help us plan superb timetables for each day of the holiday. As someone with strong opinions on the difference between good and excellent, the Oxford Ski team really are excellent, hence we come back time and again. Well done team!

Since my first Oxford ski holiday 6 years ago I have literally never booked with anyone else. Everything is organised to perfection and you just know that every detail has been considered. It means you can sit back and relax knowing that your holiday will be fab! We now book our summer holidays with them too! You just cannot fault them

I can’t rate Oxford Ski highly enough - I’ve done two trips through them and on each occasion have found the whole holiday to be impeccably planned, even down to restaurant recommendations. Smooth transfers, good accommodation and they’ve been super responsive when I had any questions. I look forward to using them again.

I took our children skiing for the first time last winter. Even though my husband and I have skied many times before the idea of taking a young family was very different. I am so pleased I booked with Oxford Ski. Their knowledge and expertise in advising the right resort and chalet for a young family backed up with the complete service to organise the finer details made the whole process seamless and a luxury in itself. We will be booking again through them

Please steer clear of this company to avoid the stress and loss that we are experiencing. My family (18mo, 3yo, husband and I) booked a chalet through Oxford Ski with two other young families to teach our little ones to ski for the first time. We spared no expense with them (this was a big splurge!), yet were gouged to pay for our own beer while catering was included and charged extra for a baby cot set-up. Due to unforeseen circumstances, Oxford canceled their contract with us. While other responsible companies refunded us for flights, rental cars, and ski passes, Oxford refused to adhere to explicit, very clear language in their contract protecting consumers in the exact circumstance we are in. They delayed addressing the cancellation and have directed us to their attorneys instead of offering even to push our booking to a future date. We will likely be facing them in court within the year to recoup our lost thousands owed to us. Beware before booking, I don't want you to face the classic case of bank transfer goodbye dollars that we're facing with them. No credit card protection, but luckily we're confident the trade boards and attorneys we're engaging will offer us some sort of reprieve in the end.
