Stayed in a 2-bedroom with my family for 1 night. Found some dirty underwear and a pair of socks behind the door of one of the rooms, and the toilet was filthy. There was no one at reception and no one was picking up the phone so I can raise the concern right on the spot, so had to pick up the dirty underwear and chuck them in the bin myself. Moreover, we were a family of four, but there was just 1 set of toiletries available. The only saving grace was that the apartment was spacious and Marie, the lady who checked us in, was friendly. Other than that, the cleanliness of this apartment was horrible, and customer service was even worse. I emailed the property to raise my complaint a few days after we checked out. Had to send 10 followup emails over the course of 3 weeks. Absolute nightmare. After 5 weeks since I sent my first email, finally got on the phone with a person named Eva who said she’ll process the refund that day, but she didn’t, and I had to call again to follow up. All that trouble for a measly 15% refund. Absolutely appalling.

A fantastic location and apartment. We had 23 which was ideal. Clean, comfy, well appointed. Free parking - walk to Kingston cafes. Highly recommend. Laundry facilities, huge kitchen, comfy sofa etc. Easy check in. Quiet and super comfy beds.

Fantastic place. Marie in reception was really great. I will go back again and have recommended it to others.

Location: Tucked away in the Kingston neighborhood of Canberra. Mix of residents and guests. Definitely residential area (there a nice, large park across the street). We preferred this to staying in the City Centre. Short walk/drive to Kingston village with shops, restaurants, and bars. Manuka village is a short drive away. Keep in mind these are low-rise apartments (3 floors) with no lifts. So be mindful of where your room is and that you might have to carry your luggage up a few flights of stairs. Building is secure (need a key to enter). Covered parking. ||Room: Extra spacious 2-bedroom apartment with large living room area, fully-equipped kitchen (stove/oven, large refrigerator, microwave, dishware, cookware, and cutlery), dining table, and desk. Perfect for the family. Room is a bit dated, but that didn't bother us at all. I don't know if the whole open shower concept is an Aussie thing, but we didn't particularly enjoy it, especially for kids (though this was consistent at nearly every hotel we stayed, not just this one). ||Service/Reception: As this is an apartment hotel, services are limited. Reception was closed by the time we got there (6pm), but the security staff was there to help us check-in. Check-out was simple and the woman at reception was very pleasant and polite. ||Overall, we loved our stay here. We liked the apartment tucked away in a residential area. We had no desire to stay in the City Centre. Plus, it was a great value. Would stay again.|

Definitely below average.for the price. Rock hard bed was the starter as was the poor condition of the carpet. But the cleaning standard was shocking when you find big lumps of knotted female hair sitting on the back of the pull out sofa/bed in the lounge area||Would have complained to reception but wasn't occupied at all during the stay

The two bedroom apartment was clean, spacious and serviceable. There is no character, charm or style. But it is cost effective in an over priced Canberra market. ||The check in process was smooth.||The kitchen is basic and a little dated. None of the cutlery matched. There is a minimal amount of crockery, which means the dishwasher needs to be run after each meal - or hand washed! Otherwise there is insufficient for the next meal.
