We paid Rp350.000 for one night, so we expect that we got a nice room as shown on the pictures. But what we got was a dirty room, the bed and the pillow smells bad, there were a lot of insects, and the wi-fi was so slow. The walls between other rooms are so thin, so you can hear the other guest when they're noisy. At morning there was a loud speaker coming from the mosque. If you're looking for a quiet place to sleep, this is definitely not a good one. The only good thing about this place, it is located near pawon temple and borobudur temple is just about 10 mins away.

low door frame, ceiling and some roof parts are also low: be careful with your head!!! meanwhile, low price doesn't always mean low quality, this property need maintenance so much as it could mean a challenge to high-end products.... unfortunately the management and/or owner are so ignorant. will consider to stay at this property again, it somehow has its charm...

✅ Check in process was ok-ish ✅ Toilet was clean Booked this place via agoda. I think it has always been expected to have hot water and air conditioning to be included when I book a place. Just take note, it was not included here. You would be expected to top up for hot water and air con. They should also straighten up any problems with Agoda themselves. The discount was given by Agoda so if they weren't happy, they should inform agoda themselves. Honestly it should not be any guest's problem. Walls are so thin we were jolted awake by people shouting "Goal!" in the middle of the night. Both adjacent rooms turned on their TVs so loudly too.

i was booked this room 2 days before my stay and when i get there just after my flight from jakarta and took a travel to get here and the staff said the room was full. My reservation was already confirmed on their booking list but somehow the travel agent Travel*ka and O*o still open this room on the market and caused over booked. I read the review before i got here and tried to call this hotel but the call wasn't succesfull. Turns out the review was right, they don't secure your reservation. Do not ever come here. It's the worst experience i ever had. I know it's cheap but at least manage the reservation based on the availibility for god sake!

Location is very near to Borobudur Temple. The owner is a very nice person, as we would expect in a small town. He provides me extended help by taking me to the bus station, for buying a bus ticket for me, and acting as a translator for me. He also asked me to stay three more hours in his room after checkout as my bus was delayed. He also offered to drop me at the bus stand. I can't thank him enough.

definitely will come back! very good vibe, classic java vibe and i really love the lighting! somehow this place smells really good. near Borobudur and Candi Mendut. Near traditional market with a lot traditional dishes and 'jajanan pasar.' A lot of culinary spot. recommended!
