Very nice place . Rooms are very spacious and comfortable. People working here are very hospitable and friendly. The location is very convenient as it is bellow the metro station . U don’t need to book cab and waste your money on it intend travel in metro which is much more chip and comfortable specially in this hot weather

Keep your belongings safely, today 16december 2024, I checked out and I miss my apple earbuds, hotel mangement said they are not responsible, kindly don’t put your belongings at room while you are going somewhere!!! Only location is good rest nothing

Situated at well connected transport net work, very convenient location for visters

Very good location considering just outside Nampally railway station. Hotel rooms are reasonably maintained , cleaned . Hotel premise is clean, well maintained. A C rooms are bigger in sizes. Good space available for car parking. Food not available in this hotel. Overall it is good, recommended for accommodation.

I hope the owner reads this review. There were so many issues that I stopped reporting them at a point. The worst experience. Room service was pathetic. Room was having to many problems, and I personally had to get all those problems fixed. As if it was my own house. 1. Tub light was fluctuating, I reported this problem on day 1 and the electrician came on the day 3 just an hour before we checked out 2. Hot water tap is there, but now hot water. again had to keep on following up for plumber. they asked us to keep the keys at reception so that the plumber will come and fix the issue. but nobody came while we were out. Again had to follow up personally at the reception and got it fixed. 3. Drinking water, had to call multiple times for drinking water, they never served us water in just one call. And the jugs they provide have only 0.75 litr capacity, and if you ask them for one more jug they say we are not allowed to keep 2 jugs in same room. Finally I asked him where the cooler is and then we helped our selves. Because Hyderabad is not easy in summers, you have to keep drinking water, so its better to go yourself and get the water as per your requirement. 4. Cleaning : No one comes to your room for cleaning or changing bedsheets. we were there for 3 days and no body came. 5. Privacy : Since there are too many issues with room, you have keep calling someone to get those issues fixed. 6. At a point I started feeling like I a cry baby, so I stopped reporting issues. Conclusion : Don't even think of checking in here, you can get many other options.

Rooms: Avg. Better take A/ c rooms. For non A/c rooms u get some cigarette smoking smell always Service: Avg. Location: Excellent, because 100M to Nampally Metro Station

Sometimes traveling solo is most rewarding and equally most endearing. I traveled to Hyderabad from BIDAR by bus. It was first experience on this route and I enjoyed it thoroughly. Travelled through zaheerabad. I realised how it was industrially developed. It took around 4 hours travel. I boarded the bus at 8.00 and reached Hyderabad by 12.00 noon. Earlier I had requested the driver that I would like to get down near the Hyderabad station as I had to take the train for Mumbai on 20 th. According he dropped me at the nampally bus stop. |As I got down the bus I noticed an entry and a hotel in it. At first I thought it was just close to the Railway Station. |I entered the hotel and towards the reception counter. As always I enquired about a single room and the staff told me they had various rooms and asked the room boy to show me the rooms. Again went to the reception where I had kept my bags. |Where I met the reception staff once again. One was MOHD. IRFAN and the another was MOHD. SOHAIL..|I must admit and certainly confess that they both were amazing and were able to convince me to stay in the hotel. Later I realised that they both were most humble and most cautious to talk to. They were definitely professional and ensured that my stay in the hotel was comfortable. |Later I met the owner of the hotel MR. PRAKASH A. BOLAKI. To be honest he was so humble and equally grounded. |In fact I occasionally had a chat with him and I thought one should certainly learn from him. He didn't have any airs of owning such a splendid hotel. |The room was quite spacious and we're kept clean as they cleant the room daily. |They even changed the bed linen and towels daily. I may also like to mention about the room boys. They cared about me thoroughly and were much eager to help me. They were polite and amazingly humble. |All this helped me in having a good and most comfortable stay. |Before I forget I need to mention about MADAM SONA. She was definitely a feather in the cap. She was a live wire. Sometimes at the reception counter and some time moving in various rooms and seeing to it if the rooms were cleant properly. And of course she was equally excited to help you. |Perhaps one may wonder how such good things are amalgamed in one hotel but to be honest I had this experience and would definitely like to have the experience again. |The location of this hotel is probably the most important aspect as you could travel to any part of the city easily and most conveniently. |The hotel had been thoughly peaceful. |One thing I forgot to mention that it is moderately priced. |I am certain I may revisit this hotel if I happen to come to Hyderabad again. This is a good hotel just beside the Nampally Metro station, location wise it's near to most of the tourist spots in Hyderabad. Rooms are clean and very good with lift and a restaurant on the ground floor. Though there are rooms which no one would want to stay in.Staff are good and courteous, overall a nice stay is what you can expect.
