A real scam 😪 I booked from booking.com and paid for 2 weeks of stay. On the description the room has air conditioning......and when I arrived to check in . The reception first said the room I booked doesn't have air conditioning and I need to pay extra money to upgrade and when I showed him the description on the app , he changed his version and said "there no room with air conditioning available". And I should cancel . So I Canceled and still fighting for my money back

This is just brutal!!!! Cockroaches! Ants!! It's just horrible!!! No one has cleaned the rooms for years!!! The area is disgusting, the pool is the same name! Fish won't be able to swim there! They will die! Don't believe the photo on the booking page! Nobody will return the money!! This place needs to be closed!!!!

This is the worst place I ever seen. Don’t believe the 5 star ratings. The rooms are dirty, as soon as you come they will tell ask you to pay more in cash if you want to have what they advertise. No tv, no ac, no toiletries, no towels and not even internet on the room. I asked the reception about it, and they say that if I want ac need to pay extra regardless of what it is advertised The room didn’t even have anywhere to connect to electricity. The only port in the room was for a small fan. After a night sleeping there, you will feel your body itchy. If you don’t agree to pay the extra they will sent you to the worst place they have and all the way to their last floor. The photos they advertised are nothing alike. You should rather pay for a hostel than this thing…. The location close to the beach is the only good thing.

I should have seen the reviews before I booked a room here today. We tried leave the luggage around 12 in the afternoon as they said the rooms were not clean. Totally understandable. We asked them if we can leave the luggage and come back. At first they said it’s fine but as soon as we placed the luggage and were about to head out the reception guy said he has not done such service before and need to check with the owner. After 5 mins he said we can check in to another room but need to pay 150,000. Also, they have a sign in the reception saying ‘BOOKING ON LINE FULL’ . They asked us to cancel the booking online as they get most of it in commission. I told them it was a non refundable booking but they are not willing to understand. After much negotiation we had to pay the money as we didn’t want to waste our time. About the room: in short, it’s horrible ! Avoid this place by any means.

Disgusting place. We couldn’t call reception to let them know that we would be late. When we arrived they didn’t wake up until 30 minutes. They told me that I needed to pay more for the room and it was very dirty and all broken. Horrible.

DO NOT BOOK HERE!!! I booked and paid an AC room on Agoda, and once I arrived at the property, they said my room was not available and offered me a fan room for almost double the price instead. I lost my money. Don't book here. They're scammers.

I booked a room which was confirmed. Upon arrival I was told that if I wanted to stay there I would have to pay more money. I was also told that it was because of booking online (and it now seems from a previous review I just read that this might be a pattern of the establishment). I was shown a aign saying booking online full yet it didn't look full at all. When I stated that I would not pay extra the person attending to me became rude and disrespectful. There was no apologetic humble nature amd there was only the sense of disdainn by this person when I stated I would go somewhere else.

Location is solid, within walking distance from the beach and most of what you need. but there definitely way better options available within the price bracket and location with better amenities. Bathroom was very dirty, mould everywhere, mattress was filthy, sheets were barely clean, no soap or towels etc and the air con didn’t really work. Finding the place was really hard and the general vibes of the place were not great.
