OYO 4012 Ari Beach Inn

The room walls are dirty, there's mold on the ceilings, there are no proper bed linens, and the mattresses are old and dirty. The staff makes noise outside the door every day, preventing you from relaxing. The air conditioner and refrigerator are noisy, and the Wi-Fi is always poor. The only plus is the location close to the beach.

This hotel is a SCAM. We paid in advance for two nights via Agoda, but upon arrival, they demanded an additional payment of 900,000, claiming the price listed on Agoda was incorrect. If the price was indeed wrong, why didn’t the hotel contact Agoda to fix it??? Why has this issue been allowed to continue for years? This is clearly dishonest and misleading behavior.

If u booked room by Agoda, reception will asked for extra money. Reception told the price not updated by Agoda and we must pay extra for it. Otherwise we can cancel the booking. Cleanliness don't expect more.

If I could give zero stars I would. When I arrived I was charged 25% extra for a room that I had already booked and paid for through Booking.com 😡. I have tried to write to Booking 5 times but I only get a “robot reply” reply that I have to contact them by phone even though I have already described exactly what happened, terrible service. The room looks far from what you see online, the sink was leaking and the tap was sticking out in a jet into the room. The mirror was so dirty I couldn’t see myself. The only positive thing I can think of is the good location close to the beach. I will NEVER come back (and this was unfortunately my first experience with Bali)

This place is nassttyyy. We booked it just to have a base before our late flight to shower and repack luggage. A million stairs, hot smelly room with stains everywhere, bathroom looked like a prison stall. Literally wouldn’t shower or put my things anywhere in here would rather repack at the airport 🤢 Staff not helpful with bag carrying or anything else to be hospitable really. Also try and sting you more for AC which luckily we didn’t need given we spent a total of 3 minutes in the room and getting ft out 😂 No pics because we ran out of there so quick. But dirty grimey walls and floors oh and they don’t own a vacuum cleaner (asked on check in so we could vac bag our coats from overseas for packing). Also not in an easy spot to get anywhere decent for food/drinks/massages.

Really scam hotel,I booked 28 days just now went there they ask me extra money like Rp80.000 per 1 night and ask me to cancel the my booking online and pay them cash but no refund money please don't book this hotel

It's really my fault for not having read these reviews first, but I only needed a night's stay near the airport. It was horrible. Everything everyone's said about this place with one star is true: scam (extra charge for the room), filthy, unfriendly, unprofessional, loud. Stay away if you can: the cheap price is a trap!
