My flight got cancelled and Indigo arranged my stay here — and I’m so glad they did! The hotel staff were extremely respectful, friendly, and accommodating. Despite the unexpected situation, they made the entire experience so comfortable and pleasant. Their kindness and professionalism really stood out. Truly grateful for the warm hospitality!

There is a reason why it’s Tulip with two ‘i’s. Indigo airlines arranged this hotel because of the delay in the connection flight. It’s not a 3 star hotel. It doesn’t look anything like what they have shown in the pictures. It’s full of cockroaches. The washrooms are in poor state. The bedsheets didn’t look clean and had stains. There isn’t even a piece of soap in the washroom. The hotel is placed inside a slum and that’s what you see from your windows. The road that leads up to the hotel is narrow and dirty. I think there is some foul play here as Indigo is booking rooms in this hotel for their passengers. So if indigo offers to book your stay in this hotel, please refuse and ask for alternatives.

This is the hotel provided by Indigo after our flight was delayed and we missed our connection. Unfortunately, it was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. The room was in terrible condition the bed and towels were not clean, and there were cockroaches crawling on the floor. The food quality was also extremely poor. Overall, it was a complete nightmare and a very disappointing experience with Indigo.

Overall dissatisfied with the hotel. Their service is just pathetic. Rooms very very small don’t have enough amenities. Ac not working properly. Cleanlinesses were bot good at all. Overall bad experience.

Beware, if you’re getting this hotel for Indigo flight miss or delay. My friend had worst experience, dirty rooms and toilet, rooms with cockroaches. Don’t accept the hotel if they say the word ‘Tulip’. Going to highlight this with Indigo as well.

Terrible experience overall. The food was inedible; the late-night meal was cold and salty, and the breakfast was low-quality and greasy. When we complained about the food and the limited options available at 9 AM, the staff and manager were unhelpful, unprofessional, and blamed us for their poor service. We felt the staff lacked basic training.

We were offered this place as a complimentary accommodation for a cancelled flight by indigo. Decent place to crash. Stay was welcoming and helpful.
