Our experience was extremely disappointing. Due to an Indigo flight cancellation, we were accommodated at this hotel. Unfortunately, the stay was very uncomfortable. The room had cockroaches, the bed sheets were not clean, and there was no hot water available. Additionally, the rooms did not look like the photos shown online, which was misleading. Basic hygiene and essential facilities were not maintained. This stay added more stress to an already frustrating travel situation. I hope the hotel management takes immediate steps to improve cleanliness and transparency.

My flight got cancelled and Indigo arranged my stay here and I’m so glad they did! The hotel staff were extremely respectful, friendly, and accommodating. Despite the unexpected situation, they made the entire experience so comfortable and pleasant. Their kindness and professionalism really stood out. Truly grateful for the warm hospitality!

Due to the IndiGo flight cancellation, I stayed for one day on January 4, 2026, at Tulip Residency, Mumbai. My stay was comfortable. During my stay, I faced issues such as a power cut during the night, which was rectified immediately, and food was arranged at 11:00 p.m. I congratulate the receptionist, Mr. Shubham Tripathi, for his remarkable service during my stay. Tuliip review ★★☆☆☆ Not Worth the Price I recently stayed at this hotel, and unfortunately, the experience did not meet expectations. The room was average and frankly, not worth the money charged. The fundamental issue is that this establishment lacks basic three-star facilities; the rooms felt more like a budget lodge. The TV was not working, and the bathroom had a broken showerhead, which made getting ready inconvenient. The most disruptive issue, however, was in the room itself: the electrical meter was placed inside the room, and its bright green indicator light significantly disturbed my sleep throughout the night. Overall, due to the issues with maintenance, lack of expected facilities, and the disruptive meter light, I would not recommend this hotel at its current price point.

This is the hotel provided by Indigo after our flight was delayed and we missed our connection. Unfortunately, it was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. The room was in terrible condition the bed and towels were not clean, and there were cockroaches crawling on the floor. The food quality was also extremely poor. Overall, it was a complete nightmare and a very disappointing experience with Indigo.

There is a reason why it’s Tulip with two ‘i’s. Indigo airlines arranged this hotel because of the delay in the connection flight. It’s not a 3 star hotel. It doesn’t look anything like what they have shown in the pictures. It’s full of cockroaches. The washrooms are in poor state. The bedsheets didn’t look clean and had stains. There isn’t even a piece of soap in the washroom. The hotel is placed inside a slum and that’s what you see from your windows. The road that leads up to the hotel is narrow and dirty. I think there is some foul play here as Indigo is booking rooms in this hotel for their passengers. So if indigo offers to book your stay in this hotel, please refuse and ask for alternatives.

Overall dissatisfied with the hotel. Their service is just pathetic. Rooms very very small don’t have enough amenities. Ac not working properly. Cleanlinesses were bot good at all. Overall bad experience.
