Location is good just because of Airport. Rest everything couldn’t be worse. Cockroaches sleeping with you on the bed. Worst hygiene and don’t even think about staying if you’re travelling as a couple.

Not at all happy . Rooms were not clean and there was no security as the key was missing . When complain about it they said pls adjust. Staff were also rude they were charging extra money for bottle when complaining they are justifying it by saying we also want to earn. And last bt not the least this is not safe for corporate stay aur family stay as the crowd were not that good.

Best location in marol. Good service.

Pathetic experience. I had to wait for 1.5 hours to checkin.hotel staff was not agreeing with price listed on OYO.do not belive else you will end up in problem.

Nice rooms n service god nature of persons

Disappointing Experience I recently booked a two-night stay at this hotel through Agoda. My reservation included free breakfast, but upon arrival, the hotel denied this benefit, citing the discounted rate I received. As a customer, I expect booked amenities to be honored. The rooms, though clean, were too small, impacting my comfort. Furthermore, I arrived at the hotel around 9 am, three hours before the official check-in time of 12 pm. Typically, if rooms are available, hotels accommodate early check-ins. There were numerous empty rooms, yet the hotel charged me an additional Rs 500 for early check-in, without providing a receipt for the charge. Additionally, the hotel charges extra for water bottles, above the MRP. When I refused to pay, they offered the same water bottle for the MRP. A nearby pure vegetarian hotel provides a more satisfactory experience.

Too much small bathroom is in very small and very bad condition and staff behavior very roudly.....it is not worth for price and facility. They have no manners to talk customer. I am not satisfied with the service and behaviour of employees. and the receptionist is so rude as if he owns everyone. Unnecessary charges. Not at all budget friendly....

Excellent service by all staff members with compare to other average budget hotels. Space of room ideal for solo travellers, food was also tasty. Only issue is it doesn't have any rooms with windows, but you can skip this factor if you required short stay at pocket friendly price. Highly recommended for solo travellers.
