Total thief. They have a fine-tuned scam on Booking where they will cancel your reservation on WhatsApp for random reason (floods, rain, moonshine) and then tell Booking you didn’t show up so they keep 80% of the total amount and WhatsApp is not an accepted proof for Booking so they’ll trust them. Stay away from them and keep your money.

SCAM!! I was booked to stay with a friend - last minute, they cancelled for an absurd reason and refused to give a refund. So dishonest. Avoid this hotel at all costs, there are plenty of better, honest alternatives nearby!

THIEVES !!! You must flee, although it seems like they have a good overall notation, they are thieves with an organized scheme that will lastminute cancel your booking an not reimburse anything. Don't go there !

I book the place for 2 nights and one day prior to my reservation, and not even, 12 hours prior to my reservation they said they had to cancel it due to overbooking

Location could not be better. Just few mins away from Zocalo and the cathedral. Room and bathroom very modest but very clean. I wish my entrance had some shutters or curtain as there was a lot of light entering during the evening. The whole place was just a bit too acustic and there was a kid screaming every evening, which was really annoying considering how loud it was. But besides that, I had a great stay and would come back. All the people working there were absolutely lovely.|||

Very nice place. Great location. Basic breakfast included. Plentiful hot water in the shower. Comfortable bed (small double bed). The upstairs terrace should probably just be closed as it's a mess. Overall very good for a private room.

One of the first places i stayed at during my visits in puebla. Very close to downtown district. Not the cleanest place I've ever laid my head at but its cheap to stay here. Most of the time there are other people visiting as well to hang out with.room service was fair at best. The terrace was pretty dope.

... the 16 bed dorm I stayed in, must have been designed by an 'architect' rather than a hostal designer, because even with all its modern stylish set up, it's forgotten all about the people who will be using it, visually interesting it's not practical, this afternoon when I arrive the little old cleaning lady was struggling to make it presentable. But other than that its a great hostel, one of the larger ones with not only a central courtyard, but another at the back, big enough to make the wifi inconsistant, and like all the other hostels I've stayed in here, there's a kitchen, neat modern looking toilets and showers, plus all the usual stuff
