Insects were running all over on bed.wall tiles were not cleaned for years. Total wastage of money

1. Room is very very unhygienic. For your review please see attached photo. 2. Bed Bugs (Khatmal) on bed corners, and on pillows, 3. Cockroaches are moving everywhere, 4. Red Ants on bed 5. If you will ask for change room from Hotel Manager, He will reply, You can change the Hotel.

Worst Experience Ever. In the name of Room they are providing Kholi... 1. Blankets were dirty, maybe not washed. 2. The person at reception is really useless, I had asked him for towels and soaps thrice, he gave those after making us wait for 3- 3.5hours. 3. The TV was not at all working and he didn't even bother of telling us about it. 4. There were few cockroaches at the corner of the table. 5. The ceiling was completely damaged, when asked for different room, he said "All rooms are full" 6. He was not allowing our relatives to enter the room....he created a scene.

OYO 6312 Hotel Paris Residency I’ve chosen this hotel just because it was linked with OYO but it turns out as one of the worst hotels and if this is OYO then I should request everyone not to book OYO hotel at all and now I can say that the picture and review are fake on OYO site. If you compare the OYO pics and real pics you will definitely get to know why I am saying these. So, think twice before booking this hotel. Here I am listing a few details: - I booked this hotel online after checking pics on OYO site. When I reached there, they don't enquire about your detail, they literally interrogate you like you are some sort of Criminal hiding at their hotel. - After paying 2000, You will get a cage size room. I cannot even say a small room. It was a tiny room with no space to walk. - In terms of Amenities, you will only get a bed. let’s forget about the kettle and other things, they even don't have almirah so that you can keep your luggage. - You have to share your bed with Cockroaches. Horrible! - Their staff are very rude and arrogant. They keep eye on you and ask too many questions every single day. - Broken Cistern and toiler seat. Their bathroom is a disaster. Trust me, we can get a better hotel than this at this amount and if you still want to book this hotel, I wish you all the best! Tips: Avoid OYO rooms. their pics are not real.

My friend stayed in this hotel last month, not even cleaned, room with dusty air. Costing 2k per day is what makes it the worst place. He was coughing while inside room and when he goes out not a big deal. While people trying to choose your hotel kindly make them feeling good and comfortable.

It's located just next to Dadar station in a very crowded & busy local market. A small dirty alley leads to the hotel entrance and one should climb a flight of steep stairs to reach the reception. Very small rooms with cupboard-size bathrooms. There was no window in the room, though, few road-facing rooms had windows. No hot-water or cupboard/closet/bench provided. Room-service was okayish. They dont have kitchen and provided complimentary not-great breakfast prepared outside. Staff were moderately cooperative but not a very good attitude/behaviour. It was very overpriced for the rooms/service - we payed quite more than what it's showing now as the price.

Small and Dirty rooms. No Hygiene environment. No cleaning, dirty environment. Dirty small Bathroom. No cooperative staff. Not suitable for family stay. Not recommended

This hotel is pathetic please don't even think of staying in this hotel even for 1 minute. OYO rooms think that they have customers so they can treat them in anyway. 1)The rooms were very small and no maintenance at all. 2)The staff was disgusting and they make you pay more as you check in and they show less price on the app which is a fraud. 3)The breakfast includes a cup of tea and 1 bread piece only, also just have a look at the kitchen it's horrible and not at all hygienic so don't take anything from hotel. 4)The flush was not working and also it was broken and there is no use of complaint because they don't take any step because they got their money. 5) Everything is dirty and disappointing so people from good background avoid this oyo rooms at all. There should be negative rating for this hotel.
