OYO Hotel Ritz Inn

Firstly.. Please everybody please understand that this hotel is not meant for family. I had a booking with my family. I did not find a single family guest in the hotel. All were guys on business trip. So family crowd, completely stay away. The locality is also not so good. The hotel however is neat and clean and staff is good. As my family wasn't comfortable staying there, I asked the manager to check out. He said he won't refund money. I had a tough time finding a vehicle to shift my family to a better family hotel. He didn't help arrange transportation even on chargeable basis. Not for family guests

We stayed one night between trains, the hotel is close to the railway station. Good room, good restaurant and food, friendly staff. Well furnished, with interesting Art Deco decoration. Very quiet, especially considering the position. Very pleasant stay.

I have stayed here for two times in this hotel in past 1 year. My experience has been good. The room or comfortable but little old. The really tasty breakfast in the morning. The best place about this hotel is it is decent and very close to railway station. Rooms have all the basic amenities and sort of a standard room. However don't expect any view from the room. It is kind of Old style.

Location of the hotel is not at all great, although its very near to railway station. Hospitality is good nothing bad to comment but generally it feels like an average place. Ambience is nothing to be talked about as its a very old hotel. Wouldn't wish to stay again.

A very good hotel in not so good locality. Only plus point about location is proximity to the railway station. Room in which we stayed was quite good. Didn't like the staff behaviour, not at all courteous, they just dropped the baggage and ran away. It's a good hotel for a short stay to catch an early morning or a late night train.

This hotel is now owned by the sarovar group. It's known as sarovar portico - Kalupur. A good place to stay with very close proximity to the railway station. Staff is polite and service is good. The deluxe rooms have a bathtub also which is rare to find. Rooms are good and the breakfast has a good spread.

This is my second review for this hotel. As this is my first choice when in ahmedabad. Over the years, this hotel has maintained well to keep up its class, hats off to the staff who take care of the guests consistently over these years. Room is neat and clean and the food served is yummy. Special kudos to the restaurant staffs, they surely add more brownies to this hotel. And as I said, moti mahal near to this will definitely be a highlight.

The interior and seating arrangement is comfortable. Location is very close to railway station and so easy accessibility to the tourists and travelers. The food is good and ambience is upto the marks.
