Hotel O SilverKey Hotel Manas Residency

The hotel room are very good and the location of hotel is very amazing. It's just beside Chembur railway station. You can get plenty of restaurants near by and shopping complexes too. The price ranges from 1400-1600 INR for a single room. The AC etc run good but TV doesn't works. It is situated on first floor above some garment Shops. That is the only negative thing that you have to enter from these shops to get to the hotel (problematic to locate the reception of hotel).

Cleanliness was worst, everywhere in the room there was dust, the bathroom has leakage problems. Facilities like breakfast that are mentioned free while booking was also not provided.

Experience was so off.. we stayeed for one night and the bedsheet wasnot so clean and cockroaches are there, room wasnot so clean hair are everywhere, the bathroom camode was so unclesn hair are there

AC not working properly water leak and fan full noise Reception person telling we will change the room but they are not changed

Rooms are quite affordable and staffs are excellent. Mr Sourabh helped me for ever u queries my guest had about the place. Thanks Sourabh

The hotel was good and service are also fine And the overall experience was good

Worst worst worst experience. The room is not clean and even the bedsheet and blankets they provided were very dirty and had stains all over. The room smelled dirty. Bathroom and commode are the worst. Even the water is very dirty. We didn't feel positive over there

Worse place, unhygienic, dirty bedsheets, stained blankets, cockroaches coming out from everywhere, washroom were dirty and leaking taps and flush. Staff were good but they cudnt help it much. Wifi connection was also not working and not network range in rooms. Never trust the google, agoda, goibibo or any other booking app pics. Pics shown are just not what actual condition of room was.
