Super Hotel O Manas Residency

Don't even look for this manas residency if you're a family because they charge so much and first gave us a small room with a damaged worst window ac and after that they gave us a different room where the wall ac was empty gas no cool air nothing, then they gave another room which was a bit better than more than previous 2 room still the bedsheets was stained little bit yellowish and cockroaches were there tv wasn't starting poor wifi bathroom wasn't clean strange smells was there. I would recommend you better search for another don't choose this

The hotel room are very good and the location of hotel is very amazing. It's just beside Chembur railway station. You can get plenty of restaurants near by and shopping complexes too. The price ranges from 1400-1600 INR for a single room. The AC etc run good but TV doesn't works. It is situated on first floor above some garment Shops. That is the only negative thing that you have to enter from these shops to get to the hotel (problematic to locate the reception of hotel).

Cleanliness was worst, everywhere in the room there was dust, the bathroom has leakage problems. Facilities like breakfast that are mentioned free while booking was also not provided.

Nice hotel Shabnam's way of talking is very nice and it feels very good in the room too.

Dirty room and bathroom full of hairs and cockroaches. Service not good, even after reporting to clean the bathroom, nobody attended the issue seriously.

Stay is okay but there is no amilities i.e flip flop for wahsroom, Tv not working.

AC not working properly water leak and fan full noise Reception person telling we will change the room but they are not changed
