Oz Hotel

In my opinion this hotel is an excellent value. It is staffed by friendly, cheerful and helpful people and provides modern and comfortable (although small) rooms. The Hotel is extremely well maintained, economical and convenient to restaurants for all expense levels. The Breakfast Buffet is well stocked and continuously replenished except for (salt shakers). My only other complaint about breakfast (minor) is that the staff would insist on pouring my coffee and would not allow me fetch my own! I plan a return to this hotel with pleasure.

The service was so impecable during my stay that I couldn’t forget to leave a review. I had stayed here during my birthday, and when the cleaning staff noticed a few birthday decorations in my room, they took it upon themselves to leave me a birthday cake! I also got severely sick during my time in Cartagena and staff checked up on me, bringing me juices and water to help me feel better without me asking. I’ve never experienced this level of service and attention to detail before - and I can’t recommend this hotel enough. 5 star service with equally nice rooms and a tasty included breakfast.

Great experience. We have been assigned massive room, with decent A/C, huge bed and very specious shower. Big credit to houskeeping for making it sparkling clean!||We had little issue with an extra bed but that was addressed to the team members and resolved by manager on our favour- thank you so much!||Every staff member is very attentive and polite, good value for money- highly recommended.

We were so impressed by this location it was amazing! The staff was amazing I lost my phone and one of the young ladies came up to offer the use of her phone talk about customer service. Located in the middle of everything we could almost walk everywhere and if we could not walk it was a short taxi ride away. They have taxi drivers right there when you walk out and John was the best! If you are traveling to Cartagena very nice safe place to stay and the breakfast 10 out of 10! The view from the rooftop 10/10 I could go on but you get it!

Very very good!!! The hotel was above our expectations!!! Alex was extremely kind to us. Recommendation: try the juices at the bar. The hotel is located at the new part of the city, boca grande. You can find good restaurants walking distance. The service was excellent.

The hotel at surface level is very interesting; it has a good location next to the beach, it is very modern looking, it has a very good buffer breakfast, for a reasonable price. However, during the stay, a few things left me not wanting to return. Firstly, the hotel charged us for a replacement plastic key card after the prior one was lost. Most large chain hotels will simply replace the card that costs only a few cents without concern. However, this chain charged a large percentage of the overall room rate simply to replace a cheap piece of plastic which was very bad customer service. Hilton and IHG would never do something like that. Additionally, the biggest concern was when housekeeping entered our room to clean it despite having the do not disturb sign on the door. Luckily, we didn't notice anything stolen, but the lack of respect for privacy was concerning, especially considering there are no manual door locks from the interior either for extra peace of mind.

The staff is the first think that I would like to highlight. They were very friendly, professional and always willing to support and make you feel comfortable. We were spending the days before and after our wedding at this hotel and they support us, provided us a spacious room, the cleanliness was very good. The comfort of both the bed and the pillows were just remarkable, extremely comfortable. They gave us a bonus to claim a lunch because of the length of our stay, which was a nice and unexpected touch. It is well connected to beach on Bocagrande and Castillo grande on walking distance.

I had an amazing experience here. The rooms are clean and very instagramable. Their breakfasts are high quality and the fruits are very sweet. Customer service was exceptional. Lisa and all the other staffs were friendly and helpful.
