This remodelled 70s style hotel has plenty to recommend. Small enough for personal attentive service with just 70 rooms but adequate manicured grounds well kept pool with plenty of sunbeds and loungers. Just so much better than usual 250 room impersonal large hotels. Bedrooms are large, have effective air conditioning, boutique lighting and fittings, stocked minibar and Nespresso and pods.|Super breakfast buffet and quality dinner menu at the adjoining Orangea bistro. Staff and service were excellent. Location is just off the N125 in a quiet spot so a long walk to old town Tavira but hotel offers free shuttle service several times a day to Tavira and to Cabanas beach and Taxis are cheap. We drove part way in to town parked up and walked which suited just fine. We will definitely return

Set in a tranquil location, just a 5 euro UBER ride from the local beach resort of Cabanas. The Ozadi is a laid back cross between a small boutique hotel and a bustling 'buffet' style 5 star Med hotel. The peaceful setting is ideal for families, with a generously sized pool adjoining a smaller pool for little'uns. The rooms are equally generously sized with enough drawers and wardrobe space for even the most suitcase laden visitors. The bathrooms had step in showers and were equally spacious and well designed. One small negative aspect, scarcely a game changer, was the service from the inexperienced dining room staff but it didn't spoil the ambience of the rooftop restaurant. The buffet style breakfast was adequate for most tastes and one of my guides to quality is 'orange juice'....if it's freshly squeezed the Hotel is on a winner as it was in this case. So all in all a recommended Hotel for those wanting a relaxing week away from the hustle and bustle that is typical of most 'Med' resorts in this day and age. A special mention for 'Igor' the courteous and willing staff member for whom nothing was too much trouble. Tavira the main town is another 5 uber taxi journey away, and worth a visit to sit in the tranquilly located cafes and bars that nestle next to the inland waterway that flows through the town. A special mention for the restaurant 'Dunas' just off the main promenade in Cabanas where the freshly prepared menu was delicious and also inexpensive. So overall a big thank you to this end of Portugal where peace and harmony exists fivefold. Bravo Tavira.

Excellent hotel. Large, very comfortable room for three people (two adults and a seven-year-old girl) and excellent service from the staff. It also offers entertainment for children at no extra cost, which is much appreciated when travelling with the family. Perfect breakfast, and dinner in the hotel restaurant, was also very pleasant and with a good value for money.

Impressive experience. From the reception, special mentioned to the young lady with a beautiful smile, communicating with very clear english! They've given a lion toy for the children. For the room, bed and sofa bed ,made us feel so comfortable. With the service of housekeeping. Breakfast was fantastic!!! With a nice view from the 3rd floor looks like u see all TAVIRA. Dinner time, you can enjoy listening live acoustic music, I think every thursday. Singer of Father and Son. Isabella and Zico. Voice was so lovely. Checked out, the staff are all helpful... excellent Job!!! We will be back again...

This hotel exceeding my expectations for being a big-ish hotel. The pool was clean and warm and had comfortable sun loungers. It was never overcrowded. The rooms were clean and spacious. The staff were friendly and the hotel breakfast had lots of different items available. The hotel restaurant was nice, although more expensive than restaurants in Tavira. There was a free shuttle (mini bus) each day a few times to Tavira and back. Tavira was about 4 euros in an uber and took 5 minutes l to drive. We had a lovely stay.

Excellent breakfast with many options. The staff is very friendly, from the reception to the cleaning ladies and the kids' club staff. The pool is great and has plenty of seating. The Orangea restaurant has a good, high-quality menu.

This is the best hotel of my entire trip! Highly recommended. Rooms are great, staff is friendly, kids club amazing, restaurant has great food, swimming pool is beautiful, and breakfast is incredible!

Hotel is very very old. All floors in corridors and rooms are laid with very think lino style fitting and bathrooms are painted concrete and a bit moldy. Wall papers on the walls are coming off in corridors. It did not feel like a 4 star hotel. More like a 2 star to be perfect honest. Photos in the ads were quite misleading.
