OZO Phuket

We had a lovely stay at Ozo. The rooms are small but clean and new. The pools were amazing for little ones. The location was perfect for us, being near the beach and the night markets. We don’t like the isolation of resorts, so it was nice to be so close to everything. ||Staff were lovely, especially Nong who went above and beyond to make my children’s stay happy and comfortable. |I wish we had booked to stay here longer.

Amazing stay at OZO Phuket! The room was clean and super comfy. The location is just a short walk to Kata Beach, which made exploring so easy. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Loved the pool and the breakfast options too! Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing and fun vacation.

Service was great. Able to accommodate to our needs most of the times. Very kids friendly. Location was convenient to everywhere,especially the beach. Majorly requires improvement in cleanliness of room. To review the drinking water provided.

We stayed here at the end of our trip to Thailand and were really impressed. Hotel has lovely and clean and felt very new. Staff were all really friendly and helpful, loads to do for the kids, great pools, chill out room, evening cinema and a short walk to the beach. We also did a family cooking class with Plat and Cat who were brilliant, really fun and learned loads. Would definitely recommend

Is a trip with to celebrate my son and my birthday on this trip. Overall the trip is good and thoughtful. I did pre inform and they said it will be some arrangement for that. But in the end i need to inform them that i will am there and will be leaving only they deco the room. Maybe miscommunication in between but overall they did a great job. Thanks for the team! Nice hotel and location.

A relaxing stay with great service and convenient beach access||I really enjoyed the atmosphere at this hotel — it was calm, cozy, and perfect for a relaxing getaway.|The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. They explained everything clearly and made sure I felt comfortable from the moment I arrived.||One of the highlights was the shortcut from the hotel to the beach, which made it super easy to get there in just a few minutes!||Breakfast offered a good selection, mainly focusing on Indian cuisine. I did try the noodle soup, but personally felt that the local street food outside the hotel tasted better.||Overall, it was a pleasant stay and I’d recommend it for travelers looking for peaceful vibes and easy beach access.

Location is perfect, it has a back door short cut to the Kata beach. Kata night market is just opposite, we could purchase and food and bring in hotel room to eat in aircon. The water is clean (I brought my own shower filter and it shows the water is clean enough).The pools are fun and big enough. Breakfast has huge variety and tasty. Staffs are friendly and smiley. The downsides were… We reserved twin beds, but were given 2 single beds joined together with a king size bedsheet. And also the sockets are not working well, we need to plug in a certain angle or position for all 3 sockets in the room (1537)
