OZO Phuket

We had an amazing family stay at OZO Phuket! The hotel is modern, clean, and feels brand new. Location is perfect — just a short walk to Kata Beach, Kata Night Market, and lots of 7/11 stores, cafes, and massage places.||Rooms are well-equipped with everything you need: great A/C, fridge, safe, tea/coffee, and always fresh towels and linen. Daily housekeeping was done even without using the “clean room” button — though it would be more convenient to request cleaning only when needed.||The buffet breakfast was excellent — wide variety, great taste, and high quality. The hotel also offers a lovely pool, gym, billiards, open-air cinema, and more.||Staff were always smiling, friendly, and helpful — a real highlight of our stay.||Highly recommended, and we’ll definitely be back!

We had an incredible stay at Ozo Phuket. After checking into another hotel and being disappointed, we switched to Ozo, and what a difference! The hospitality, sustainability, and quality were outstanding. The staff, especially Damir, Kla and Aon were amazing. Everyone spoke English and was incredibly helpful. They even made a restaurant reservation for our anniversary and surprised us with something special to celebrate.||||Their kindness, professionalism, and warm approach made our stay unforgettable. They truly went the extra mile, and it showed in every detail. The price absolutely matches the quality—if not more. We felt welcomed, valued, and at home. Highly recommended!

We had a lovely stay at OZO Phuket. The rooms were clean, the staff were friendly, and the breakfast had a good variety. The pool area was a highlight - complete with slides, jacuzzi, and a kids’ section. It’s just a 5-minute walk to the beach via a private access gate, and right across the street from convenience stores, restaurants, and night markets. Super convenient location for a relaxing getaway.

Love the OZO. Stayed here every year. Great breakfast. My kid loves the big slide and doesn’t even want to leave the hotel. The facility is great and they also renew the service every year. This year there is pool activities. I attended pool aerobics led by Nai and it was absolute fun. Will come back again next year.

Had the most memorable visit to phuket, all the staff were amazing, friendly, helpful. The reception staff went above and beyond to help me find art works (even taking a drive on her way home to find the street), no request was a problem and always attended to quickly. The wait staff, the pool attendant's, security, cleaners and even the chefs were great with my children, always playful even when my boy was being a handful and making my toddler smile. They were a God send. I could not recommend the beautiful staff enough. Plus great entertainment for the kids with 3 pools, slides and movie nights.

We had a pleasant stay at Ozo phuket for 4 days and 3 nights with 2 adults and 2 children. They provide Halal breakfast which is appreciated by Muslim travelers. Bidet spray is available at the hotel rooms. 7E is available just opposite the hotel. The staff receptionist is very friendly and welcoming. Overall we are happy and satisfied.

Kata Beach is one of the best spots in Phuket for families, and OZO Phuket is ideally situated right in the heart of it. Overall, the hotel is excellent, though our Deluxe Sunset Room felt slightly smaller than expected. One odd thing—basic amenities like cotton slippers, an iron, an ironing board, and a drying rack weren’t in the room by default (which most hotels provide). However, when requested, they were delivered within minutes. The breakfast offered a great variety of high-quality options, and the swimming pool facilities were fantastic, especially the kid-friendly slide. Service was impeccable throughout our stay. The location couldn’t be more convenient—everything you need is right at the doorstep, from 7-Eleven and pharmacies to currency exchange and massage shops. The beach is just a 2-3 minute walk from the hotel’s back entrance. I highly recommend OZO Phuket for families with kids and anyone who prefers a more relaxed vibe over crowded areas like Patong. A wonderful stay overall!

Our family of six had the most incredible stay at OZO Phuket. From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel completely at home. The hotel itself is beautiful, clean, and perfectly located, but what truly made our stay unforgettable was the exceptional service, especially from one amazing staff member Nong.||Nong went above and beyond every single day to ensure our family was comfortable and happy. She was incredibly warm, kind, and so attentive to our children. Treating them with such genuine care that they looked forward to seeing her each day. Whether it was helping with meals, arranging activities, or just checking in to see how we were doing, Nong was always there with a smile, ready to help with anything we needed. Her thoughtfulness made a huge difference and really elevated our entire experience.||We can't thank the team at OZO enough for such a memorable holiday. If you're traveling to Phuket with kids, this is absolutely the place to stay and if you're lucky enough to meet Nong, you're in for something special!
