P18 Hotel Bangkok

My friends and I had an exceptional experience at Hotel P18 in Bangkok, a true hidden gem located in the heart of the city. Initially, we were skeptical about the location, having to navigate a small alley to reach the hotel. However, the saying "don't judge a book by its cover" perfectly applies here. Despite being incredibly affordable, the hotel's service is top-notch and not at all thrifty. The building's design is impressive, and the rooms are spacious and meticulously maintained. The cleanliness standards are exceptionally high, with daily room cleaning and fresh towels and pillows individually wrapped in plastic upon return from a long day out. The hospitality at Hotel P18 is outstanding. The staff greet you warmly every time you enter or exit the building, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The complimentary snack corner in the lobby is a lovely touch, and the free laundry service is a game-changer. Simply place your dirty clothes in the laundry bag provided in your room, leave it outside your door, and voilà – your clothes are cleaned and ready for you by nightfall. We highly recommend Hotel P18 to anyone visiting Bangkok. The combination of affordability, excellent service, and thoughtful staff and amenities makes it a standout. We'll definitely be staying here again on our next visit.

A comfortable and affordable hotel in an amazing location. The room was perhaps smaller and without a window, but that didn’t bother my husband and I at all. We slept fantastically in the most comfortable bed with quality sheets and pillows - the best bed I’ve had on my trip so far. The staff were super friendly and hospitable, always opening the door for us when we came in, offering us cold water, gave us umbrellas when it rained, and provided us with yummy Thai candy in the waiting room! Also really appreciated them holding onto our bags when we arrived before check in and left after check out. Fantastic location: able to walk to the hotel with our suitcases and walk to get food and see Bangkok - making it even more affordable as well. Would recommend and stay again!

Pros: Amazing stay! Staff were incredibly kind and did our washing for us late at night because we had an early departure. Free laundry service is a huge bonus. Free snacks too! Room was super clean with everything you need. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Cons: Absolutely none! I highly recommend this place! PS. Don't mind the clothes and towels strewn about - that was us, not the hotel!

We had a truly pleasant stay at this hotel. Although the property and rooms weren’t particularly large, everything was so clean, cozy, and well-maintained, which made our stay very comfortable. What really stood out to us was the kindness and professionalism of the staff — every single person we interacted with was warm, attentive, and genuinely helpful. From check-in to check-out, the service exceeded our expectations. The bed was especially comfortable. Overall, it was a great experience, and we’d be happy to return in the future.

My husband and I stayed at P18 Hotel for one night during our recent trip. We were pleasantly surprised by how clean and comfortable the hotel was! We had a wonderful rest after a long day of traveling. Location-wise, it is set away from the main road along one of the alleyways, but still very convenient, within walking distance to the BTS station. What we must commend most is the excellent service. Despite our short stay, we could tell that the staff were very professional and took great pride in the place. They made sure we were comfortable and even ensured we safely boarded our transport to the airport after check-out. They were also very generous with drinking water. Would definitely recommend this quaint little place!

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel P18. The location is excellent. Very convenient and close to everything I needed. The service was friendly and professional. The staff made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The room was clean and comfortable. Great attention to cleanliness throughout the hotel. One small improvement would be the hair dryer. It could be more powerful or upgraded. Overall, a great value for the price. I would definitely stay here again!

Had a pleasant experience staying for 2 nights here. We were traveling in a group of 3. The room was spacious, the bathroom was a bit small in the shower area but functional. The staff were really friendly and helpful to us, which made our stay a great experience. The hotel is an 8 minute walk to the closest MRT station (which is fine with us since we love walking). The only things lacking are a shelf in the shower area and vintage. Other than that we had a pleasant stay. Additional 100 points for the resident cats :)

My friend booked this hotel for our trip, and it was the best experience I’ve ever had! Location is quite good, near Siam (easily walkable within 8-10mins) !! Giving it 4/5 stars because it’s located deep inside the alley which some might not like. Otherwise it’s a decent location! Although hotel may seem small but the rooms are generally quite big! We had a 3 bedder room and we were super comfortable with it. Toilet generally quite clean as well. Bed sheets etc are quite clean, pillow la and towels were in plastic, which I can safely say that they treat cleanliness very seriously. Best part is they even provide free laundry service! Staffs were super friendly and polite, even helped with us with lots of things👍👍 Overall a happy stay!
