P18 Hotel Bangkok

I had a wonderful stay with my friends in this hotel, thanks to P18 and the wonderful staff (and hotel cat who sat on the bench outside the hotel) First of all, the location is in a small, quiet neighborhood - it can get really dark at night but not to worry because the surroundings were safe. The hotel is also the perfect walking distance to the Ratchathewi BTS Station, Platinum Mall, as well as Siam Discovery (and the surrounding malls near them). The staff were very accommodating and friendly. They let us leave our luggages in their storage room after check-out so we could still go about our day before our late-night flight. The hotel facilities were also really good for the price. For one, they have a pretty spacious elevator. 3 people could fit there with 3 huge luggages. There was no microwave in the hotel room, but there was a mini fridge. There were free snacks at the lobby too, but I think the best part out of all the hotel's facilities is the free laundry service. We would leave our clothes in the laundry bag before leaving, and receive them by the end of the day which was so convenient and nice to have. I do have to preface though that the bathrooms do not have a partition for the shower and toilet area, so the toilet seat will get wet when you shower, but the floor dries fairly quickly. Overall, this has been such a pleasant stay for us and we would love to be back here again someday! Thank you, P18 Hotel :)

The staff were absolutely amazing! We love how the hotel is tucked away in an alley among local vendors and residential buildings — it feels very authentic. It’s also close to the BTS station, making it easy to get anywhere, and just a short distance from the major shopping malls and Terminal 21, which has a great and affordable food court. The hotel also has a lovely rooftop and a free snack bar with coffee, tea, and treats. We’d 100% recommend this place, and we’ll definitely stay here again next time we’re back!

My friends and I had an exceptional experience at Hotel P18 in Bangkok, a true hidden gem located in the heart of the city. Initially, we were skeptical about the location, having to navigate a small alley to reach the hotel. However, the saying "don't judge a book by its cover" perfectly applies here. Despite being incredibly affordable, the hotel's service is top-notch and not at all thrifty. The building's design is impressive, and the rooms are spacious and meticulously maintained. The cleanliness standards are exceptionally high, with daily room cleaning and fresh towels and pillows individually wrapped in plastic upon return from a long day out. The hospitality at Hotel P18 is outstanding. The staff greet you warmly every time you enter or exit the building, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The complimentary snack corner in the lobby is a lovely touch, and the free laundry service is a game-changer. Simply place your dirty clothes in the laundry bag provided in your room, leave it outside your door, and voilà – your clothes are cleaned and ready for you by nightfall. We highly recommend Hotel P18 to anyone visiting Bangkok. The combination of affordability, excellent service, and thoughtful staff and amenities makes it a standout. We'll definitely be staying here again on our next visit.

The room was super clean and comfortable! But what impressed me the most was the service the owner and the staff truly deserve an award for their amazing service. Everyone was so kind, friendly, and attentive 🤣 I’ll definitely stay here again whenever I visit Bangkok. Please keep up the wonderful service — absolutely loved it! 💖

Was honestly a bit skeptical seeing such a high rating for this hotel even when it's one of the more affordable ones we've seen, but after our recent stay, I can say they definitely deserve the high ratings, and more! Our room was perfect for 3 people albeit on the smaller side (we had to take turns opening our luggages since there wasn't much space to open all of them up at the same time) but it was very cozy. The beds were really comfy and we had such great sleep every night! The bathroom was also on the smaller side (no separation of shower & toilet) but nothing too bad, everything worked well. Location is quite good; Around 8 - 10 min walking distance from both Siam Discovery/Center/Paragon/Square + MBK Center and Platinum Mall/Krung Thong area and 5 min walk from the nearest BTS station, Ratchathewi. You'll need to go through a very narrow street to get to the hotel but the cars we rode did not have a problem passing through them. The street to the hotel also had its charm and did not feel dangerous even late at night. Our only comment is the nearest 7-11 is quite a walk away or you'd need to go up the BTS station to go to the other side of the road to get to the closest one but we got used to it after a day or two. Service is TOP NOTCH. All the staff are super attentive and kind! They gave us cold water as we arrived to check in and they always greeted us kindly when we'd leave and come back. They also let us leave our luggage when we checked out on our last day since our flight wasn't til' at night. They also helped us pack up and zip up our luggages when we rearranged our stuff before we left! Not to mention the FREE LAUNDRY that we enjoyed and availed every day which helped us keep our clothes clean and tidy. This hotel is truly a gem and I'm already excited for the next time I'll be able to stay there again. Until then, I'd recommend them to all my friends & family wanting to go to Bangkok soon. There's this one cat who's always there which I think is theirs but there are other cats who just come and go after getting pets from people and food from the staff (the staff say those are neighborhood cats that they just feed when they come which is really kind of them! the staff treat all the cats with care as well) 🥹

The location is unbeatable, if the weather is bearable you could walk to MBK and Siam Paragon within 15 min. The room was decent, clean, quiet, but best of all there was free same day laundry (6am pickup) which was a delight.

The service is amazing. The location of the hotel is very near the train station but the walk thru the aisle is a bit dark at night. all the staffs are all friendly and helpful. They have a good variety of snacks and coffee. Really enjoyed trying their different coffee and snacks. I would definitely come back again to stay. I will recommend this hotel. I wished the shower head have a proper holder. It was Abit too high and the angle was not right for us. We had to hold the shower head while showering. And the best thing is they have laundry service for free. Such a bonus. Love it. The rooms are true to the pictures. Just that outside the rooms has no views.

Exceptional reception! Phoo and her colleauges even helped me to find a tailor in the neighbor hood to adjust a pants i recently bought. A major plus is the gratis laundry service ! Incredible 🙏
