P18 Hotel Bangkok

I stayed here for a bit over two weeks in December. I already planned my next vacation in Thailand and I will definitely book here again. The hotel is in a quiet area, still you can reach many malls like Siam discovery/paragon, mbk or central world after a short walk. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. You can wash you clothes here if you want, I got two free water bottles each day. The rooms are very tidy and quiet. Over all this was one of the best hotel experiences I've had so far over the years. I would recommend it.

The kindest staff I’ve ever met in any hotel. Very clean rooms, comfortable mattress. Everything works perfectly fine. Excellent location, very close to water train station. Free drinks and beverages in reception and very friendly welcome :)

The rooms are quiet, clean and comfortable, offering the basics you need. The location is excellent. On a narrow street but 7-8 min walk to the Siam shopping area. We stayed as a family of three and had a very pleasant experience. The daily free laundry is amazing service 🌟 The staff are very friendly and hospitable. They let us for a very late checkin which was great and made us feel welcomed. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit!

From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warm smiles, and the staff went above and beyond to assist us with everything we needed. They provided outstanding support, including guidance and recommendations, helping us navigate the area, and even storing our luggage for an entire month while we traveled to the islands! They also helped us print flight tickets, itineraries, and anything else we required, making our stay stress-free. The location is perfect—close to major malls and convenient for exploring the city. Our room in P18 hotel was very clean and comfortable. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful and gave us a welcome kit, handed out water bottles, and let us help ourselves to their free snack bar. There was no breakfast but they had free instant noodles for their guests. The towels and pillows were wrapped in plastic and had the impression of being very clean, and they smelled nice too. The mattresses were very comfortable. The location is also very convenient, and is close to a BTS station and to the shopping malls. It is also a short walk away from the terminal station of the airport link which made our departure to the airport very easy.

The location is unbeatable—just a short walk from all the major shopping malls, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the city. The rooms were impeccably clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and cozy atmosphere. But what truly made our experience unforgettable was the incredible staff. They went above and beyond to assist us with everything we needed, always with a warm smile. A special thank you to Tai Tai, Khun Myo Chit Aung, and Phee Pae for their outstanding service and kindness. Their hospitality made us feel truly welcomed, and we can’t wait to return! This is a diamond in the rough basic hotel. You get what you pay for with some tech amenities if on the 5th floor and below. Shower only. The bed is enough and the comforter on top will make you sleep well. The room AC keeps the humidity at bay. There is a hotel kitty watching over the place. The one downside is the area looks sketchy, but it's relatively safe minus the drivers trying to fit through the narrow streets. It's quiet at night, but there is construction across the street during the day as a new hotel is being built. Definitely a place to lay your head and be without amenities. The staff is very helpful and attentive.

Booked a 3 person bedroom, service was great especially the laundry. They let us checked in early at 10am which was so nice of them. Everyone was so friendly. Even provided umbrellas for guests to use, as platinum mall are near in walking distance around 10-15 minutes. Only one thing is that the sofa pillow probably a bit dusty which made my skin itchy but nevertheless would really come back again next time. <3 love P18 hotel , extra star for the neighbourhood cats 🫶
