P21 Hotel

Located 2 minutes from thaepae gate, bed are way too hard and firm, but service from counter are top notch. Especially the women in the morning shift, always greet with smile, with this pricing nothing to complaint. Clean bed room, strong wifi just bed are too firm and hard

Location was near to sunday night market. No lift, please expect to climb stairs and carry your own lugages. No staff is available to help. Kettle was provided without cups or glasses. Insufficient power point to charge our electronic devices. Have to remove the lamp power socket to charge our phone.Bidet leaking causing the toilet to be all wet. We asked the staff, but the staff claimed that it’s because we have showered despite we have just arrived and haven’t even had time to shower yet. Services could be improved though its a budget hotel, but it is very disappointing.

I’ve had a wonderful trip in Chiang Mai. The infrastructure nearby is amazing and approachable. The receptionists were very friendly. Btw, the taxi service provided by the hotel is also excellent. Everything here is impeccable and fast. But, just a small flaw, no elevator but your strong foot. PLEASE DO NOT SMOKE IN HERE.

Great little modern hotel. Huge room 307. Perfect size for 2 people. Everything working as new. If you're after a view, this is not for you, it's just a well functioning basic hotel accommodation. Foyer/lobby has a has a larged sized waiting area. Very nice friendly staff, reception and cleaners. Has 4 floors including ground floor, and note it does not have a lift. Floor layout in photo.

The hotel does not have an elevator, so you need to carry your luggage upstairs by yourself. There were ants and mosquitoes in the room.In addition, since the ventilation window of the bathroom opens to the corridor, any noise you make in the bathroom will be shared by everyone.The staff there are very kind and friendly.

Very great place for a very great price. The hotel has everything one needs. Clean, extremly nice and helpful staff - we asked for spoons and umbrellas and always got a friendly smile when entering the hotel :) beds a bit too hard, but nothing extreme. I dont agree with the bad reviews and have to say that i was positively suprised.

no elevator, the room wasn’t that clean and it was very loud due to thin walls. There are no windows in the room unfortunately, the shower could be better aswell. The location and the price were very good tho and the employees were pretty friendly. All in all a decent hotel.

Lovely hotel situated just outside the walls of Chiang Mai old town. Room was very spacious and came with great bathroom and TV. Staff were very friendly and accommodating.
