For people who is into design, illustration and japanese stationery would probably get a kick out of the shop. They sell some thoughtful souvenirs of Penang too. The cafe at the rear section offers some nice drinks and light food.

Fruity, acidic coffee clearly designed to impress on paper rather than on the palate, if you prefer bold, grounded flavors. Acoustics are equally ambitious; even minimal coffee prep echoes loudly, making the space feel noisier than it should. Toolet is locked at all times. Use requires asking the barista for a key. Not exactly welcoming.

Beautiful shop with great ambience. Selling cute stuffs! They have beautiful cute stickers, chops and pens. A lot of markers and pens to choose from. They have wide variety of notebooks, planners and some clothes too

Good mix of Japanese stationery and local stuff. There’s also a cafe inside, so it’s a nice place to browse and take a short break. The stationery is a bit pricey, but overall it’s still pretty decent.

There is no wifi and (temporarily) no toilet.

1. ❌️ No toilet entry even if you order drinks here, as I scroll through the reviews here, toilet has been under maintenance for months 🙄. 2. Infected indoor plants, which might be bad for your lungs if you are enjoying your drinks here.

This stationery store has extensive range of pens, notebooks and other painting materials. They even sell clothes. Mostly items imported from Japan with very little locally made products. I was lucky to find the fountain pen ink that I couldn’t get in Japan!! Overall the service is friendly and helpful even though they have many customers ion the shop. It’s well designed and with natural lighting into the center of the shop so it’s very enjoyable to browse around.
