So good everytime! The sweet and sour chicken tastes amazing! Some of the best egg rolls I've ever had. Well cooked, delicious and crunchy.

We are from out of town and stopped here. It was so delicious, best Chinese I have probably ever had, everything was hot and fresh with generous portions for the price. The owner knew we were from out of town and suggested we take our food to Wire Road Brewery to eat it with a beer, which was close to food truck..it was wonderful also with live music. Don’t miss these two places..absolutely wonderful experience.

Pa Chan’s: This is a great little food truck on west republic road that offers delicious Chinese food at a great price! I’ve eaten here a few times and I’ve not been disappointed yet. He’s always happy and offers great service, gets the food made quick at a great price! The very first time I ate here I rolled in at 8:01 (I didn’t know they closed at 8) he had already locked up the truck but as I was turning around to leave he flagged me down and said he’s open back up. I told him no but he insisted! I’m a customer for life!

I drive daily past Pa Chan's and decided the other day to stop and try it out. I'm so so glad that I did. Having never been before I've taken the opportunity to try multiple things on the menu and I haven't had a bad one yet! Pa Chan's has some of my favorite Crab Rangoons. I'll definitely be back often!

Delicious food. Very friendly service! I loved that the chicken dishes had the sauce on the side to keep them crunchy. The General Tso’s was spicy but with great flavor and the cashew was awesome! Crab Rangoon was a fave!

It's a trailer, no seating, but the best crab rangoon I've had around here. The eggrolls are fresh and rolled in rice paper, also superb. And the sweet chili sauce! If you are a fan, better ask for 2.

Tried for the first time and I’m so glad I did! The owners are a real sweet, friendly couple, and the food was really great. The portions were good. Shrimp Pad Thai was so delicious!! General Tso’s Chicken and the egg rolls were the best I have had since being in the east coast. I’ll definitely return and try other items.

A husband/wife team - these folks knocked out some really good Asian food..on-site...and fast. Did I say fast? Well, it was fast...it was fresh...it was pretty darn good. See this coke truck in Republic Rd or somewhere else - pull in and try an entree. You'll be glad you did!

This is our second visit to PaChan's and won't be our last! The food was cooked fresh and it was delicious. We had Springfield Style Cashew Chicken, egg rolls, and crab rangoon. Have a lot of CC experience and i think it's the best I've had! Had a salad last time with beef, vegetables and rice. It too was fresh and fantastic. Very nice people too! Service was great.

Checked this place out because of its high rating, and suffice it to say, the ratings are accurate ... PaChans is incredible! Truly some of the very best Chinese food I've ever eaten. And the owner/operator was very nice. If you haven't already been here, put it on your to-do list ... you'll be glad you did.

First visit today! Had the Pad Thai, crab Rangoon, eggroll. The eggroll was one of the best I've ever had and the sweet sauce that you dipped it in was incredible! Everything was super fresh, great taste and I will be back soon!

The food never disappoints and is quickly served. I always leave satisfied. Would definitely recommend!!!

I ordered #7 beef steak cuts. Meal was delicious. Taste Reminded me of Korean Bulgogi.

Great orange chicken! The sauce is thinner with real orange peel and in a side cup so control the sauce. The crab rangoon are not too sweet which we prefer, and the stir frys are delish. We really like takeout from here.

Everything was delicious! From shrimp pad thai to general tso's chicken to crab rangoon...it all tasted fresh and homemade. Even the cashew sauce is better than most by far. The menu is smallish tho but done very well. Highly recommend!

Absolutely loved their General's Chicken and Crab Rangoon! You can tell from the flavor that a lot of heart goes into the food here, I'll be back for sure!

Food is great the menu is so simple to choose from especially for kiddos. Definitely coming back
