Horrible service, no one answers the phone on the website, once you arrive there is a different phone number posted on the entrance. Air conditioner was broken, no hot water in Shower. They say the breakfast is served till 10, but they only serve till 9:30, if you come closer to 10 there is nothing left.

My husband had a business trip to Jerusalem so my son and I tagged along. We were in Jerusalem for five days and then we were switching to a hotel closer to the convention center. Since there were three of us we stayed in an Air B&B near Ben Yehuda Street. That location was perfect — we liked it so much we decided to find a hotel in the same area. (Husband’s work will only pay for hotel, not Air B&B). We found this place and I’m so glad we did. This was even better than our Air B&B. Plenty of room, comfy twin bed for my son and comfy king for us in a separate room within the room. Bathroom was a tad small, but totally workable. A/C worked great. I wish we’d stayed here all 10 days. I highly recommend this hotel and if I come back to Jerusalem, I’ll stay here.

Very pleasant and caring personnel, doing there best to make you feel welcome and at ease. We had the pleasure to experience a official and traditional welcoming of the Shabbat and a Shabbat meal, which was very good. During the several traditional fases of the Shabbat meal of the present Jewish believers, we got elaborate explanations of the staff. So we as non Jewish people felt more than welcome to partake in the Shabbat meal. A great experience!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Paamonim in Jerusalem, and it was a wonderful experience. The service was amazing - the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, and they went out of their way to make sure every aspect of our stay was perfect. The rooms were clean, spacious, and had all the amenities we needed. The location was great - it was within walking distance to many of the major attractions in Jerusalem, as well as to some great restaurants and shopping areas. Finally, the breakfast buffet was also excellent, with a wide selection of tasty and healthy options. Overall, I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay in Jerusalem.

Paamonium Hotel is a small, simple boutique hotel perfectly located in the heart of Jerusalem, a lovely 10-15 minute walk to the Old City (or one-stop on the very efficient metro line that stops right on the corner). The rooms are clean & comfortable, but not fancy. We had a "family room" for ourselves & two teen daughters, which was just fine for us... What makes the Paamomim exceptional, aside from its perfect location, was the GIANT Israeli breakfast!! It's a true feast! We had a very big breakfast, the morning our arrival and did not need to eat again until late in the afternoon. As pictured, the breakfast room--and lobby--are bright & very comfortable, such a nice way to begin your day in Jerusalem. While the Paamonim is not a luxury hotel, nor intended to be, it is a very comfortable & welcoming family/boutique hotel. I'd easily give it 4 1/2 stars, or even 5, given how sumptuous the breakfast is! But it is not "fancy," more like cozy & very comfortable.

Paamonim Boutique Hotel in Jerusalem,| A lovely hotel, located in the center of Jerusalem, clean, spacious rooms with everything you need.| Helpful and welcoming staff,| Politely answers every request and always gives the feeling that they will do everything to please every guest.|| The food is very tasty, and those who know me know that I am really spoiled with food, and here, I tasted everything... and I enjoyed it very much!|| Already at the entrance to the hotel there is a poster: "You arrived as a guest, we hope you will leave as a family"| It's definitely proves itself!!!| I wish there were a few more hotels like this in Israel with such a level of service, amazing and delicious food, and in general...|| A huge thanks for the hotel and its owners for lovely weekend.

Incredibly friendly and warm staff who make the hotel feel more like visiting family - always have coffee, tea, and cookies available in the lobby and plenty of food for breakfast. The location is simply perfect for exploring Jerusalem - an easy walk to the old city and amazing restaurants in the area. Would definitely recommend!

This hotel is not for everyone. If you have luggage you have to drag it from a parking lot 700 meters away, there is absolutely no car access to the hotel, whether by taxi or anything else. It’s good for backpackers.|The room was tiny with barely any space to move around and the bathroom is very small without even any space to put a bar of soap. The toilet paper roll was on the floor for lack of a proper dispenser. The only good thing is the bed which was comfortable.|This isn’t a boutique hotel, it’s more of a hostel.
