I’m most impressed that though I signed up for a six session package back in 2021 and then hardly had time to come for the next four years, Pablo Blau always remembered me and have always gently reached out to help make my appointment. Charmaine did my facial today and I even enjoyed a free upgrade to Collagen facial, I always enjoy their massage, the beautiful space and no hard selling at all 🫶🏼

Would like to thank Chloe for her amazing facial service. The shoulder massage she gave was perfect, the pressure was just right and so comfortable. She is very skilful and gentle with the extraction, my skin is glowing! I also want to commend Joyce for her professional and sincere advice, the experience at Pablo Blau is truly amazing!

Tried out the collagen facial as part of an Amex promo and was thoroughly impresssed from start to finish. The spa is beautifully decorated and the salt room very relaxing. Eyan, my facialist, was personable, down to earth, and very knowledgeable. She made me feel at ease straightaway and was professional throughout, as she explained each step of the facial to me as it progressed. I was so relaxed I fell asleep. Would recommend Pablo Blau!

The facial experience at Pablo Blau is very relaxing. The therapist that served me was Joyce. The service she provides feels very professional as she puts in her best in every step of the treatment, constantly checking in to see if I am feeling okay and if any changes are needed to the amount of pressure applied and other factors to ensure my comfort. She is also friendly and approachable in her service. The atmosphere of Pablo Blau is overall very comforting and soothing. I look forward to my facials here as a way to destress. The staff are also very responsive and patient.

A big shoutout to Joyce for providing the best facial services! She’s attentive to my skin concerns and meticulous in her work. I first visited under the UOB birthday offer, and now I’ve signed (and re-signed) my packages with them. Overall, Pablo Blah offers an amazing experience that’s truly worth a visit!

Been with Pablo Blau for close to 2 years. Joyce has been my usual therapist and she is very skilful. Not only is she thorough and gentle in extractions, she is able to recommend the appropriate treatment for my skin condition each time. I have indeed seen an improvement in my complexion.

They offered a fantastic deal for a facial, $60 in the salt room. My therapist, Claudia was fantastic, great personality and really did a wonderful and thorough job! Only reason it wasn't 5 star was because they try to get you to buy a package (which was very expensive - however I am sure the quality is fantastic) and don't offer at home skincare products - I was looking for something for home and salon use. Great for a first time experience, highly recommend!

I absolutely loved their customer service and the staff who did facial for me was Ms Joyce, who was very patient and gentle on every product she applied. She also explained every steps and its purpose. I would definitely give them 6 stars if I had the option.
