Been with Pablo Blau for close to 2 years. Joyce has been my usual therapist and she is very skilful. Not only is she thorough and gentle in extractions, she is able to recommend the appropriate treatment for my skin condition each time. I have indeed seen an improvement in my complexion.

I absolutely loved their customer service and the staff who did facial for me was Ms Joyce, who was very patient and gentle on every product she applied. She also explained every steps and its purpose. I would definitely give them 6 stars if I had the option.

I had my first ever bacial with therapist, Eyan. She had great technique & talked through the procedure step-by-step. Really unique service offering at Pablo Blau & the facility is very clean & comfortable. Great intro promotion from Amex!

Came across their promotion on FB & since UOB Lady's Card had a special birthday promotion, I decided to give myself a treat. Sad to say the entire experience fell way below expectation (all hype & no substance). Not sure if it is because I am not paying full price but I felt a little shortchanged as my facial was quite underwhelming - my face was not cleaned thoroughly (my lipstick was still intact after my facial!), extraction was very painful (I have been going for regular facial for the last 30 years mind you) & the sales pitch was almost immediate (did not even bother to ask me my opinion about the facial). Received an sms the day after which I responded & gave some feedback but I guess they are not keen to improve as I didn't get any call back. Needless to say I will not be going back & will not be recommending this place.

Environment is very nice, and Joyce who does my facials is very gentle & gives good feedback on my skin condition. I always enjoy my facials & often fall asleep during the session 🤭
