11 ways to enjoy Penang on your next visit - SilverKris

"A humble RV-styled food truck serving a modern, carefully thought-through take on Mexican hawker fare — tacos, nachos and pasta with choices like chicken, beef and duck — parked in a quieter corner of George Town where two heritage streets meet." - SilverKris

We ordered the prawn taco and chicken dirty nachos. The taco was good though the portion was a little small. The nachos were a little too salty for our liking, but overall still good. Service was good when we arrived, though they seemed to lacked manpower upstairs when the crowd came in. Atmosphere was good and relaxing. Would recommend going

🌮🔥 Tried this place for takeout at first and thought it was decent - but dining in? Game changer! We went back one evening and ordered the duck tacos, and WOW... they were next level! So juicy, perfectly cooked, and bursting with flavor - I’m still dreaming about them. Seriously, they’re a must-try if you visit this restaurant! We also had the Not Birria (lamb) tacos, which were super flavorful and tender too - definitely worth ordering. But the duck tacos? ⭐ Absolute standout. Dining in really brought the experience to life, and I’d go back in a heartbeat! 😋🌮💯

Hubby chose this restaurant for our late lunch, they open quite late so it is kind of good for dinner. I hope they open during lunchtime. The food was nice and they're very generous with the ingredients. They nachos was nice and the pasta was so good too. The vibe of the restaurant was kinda okay too, but since we roam a lot outside, I still find their place not so cooling. Overall, the service was quick and the taste was good.

A Flavorful Triumph at Pablo’s New Digs! Pablo’s has officially landed in its fresh brick-and-mortar home 5 months ago, and the move is a resounding success! Though this marks their first visit to the new permanent location, the heart and soul of what made their food truck legendary—stellar tacos and heartfelt service—remain fully intact. The tacos? *Absolute perfection*. Bursting with bold, expertly seasoned fillings, crisp toppings, and house-made tortillas that balance pillowy softness with a whisper of smokiness, each bite is a testament to their unwavering commitment to quality. The menu’s essence hasn’t changed, but the cozy new setting adds a welcoming vibe that makes lingering over your meal a joy. And let’s talk about the crew! Just as attentive and warm as ever, the team here greets you like family, even amid the buzz of this shiny new spot. Their seamless service and genuine smiles prove that Pablo’s hasn’t just settled into a new space—they’ve *honed* their craft. Whether you’re a longtime taco devotee or a newcomer, this revamped Pablo’s delivers: vibrant flavors, hearty portions, and a lively atmosphere that matches the food’s brilliance. The transition from truck to permanent spot? Flawless. **5/5 stars**—grab a seat, savor every bite, and toast to Pablo’s thrilling new chapter! 🌮🔥

A no frills and cozy setup. You can either sit at the bar and watch the boys cook. Or go one level up, for spacious seating. I had a so tasty, just about right amount of sauce and pasta and its seafood prawn and squid. Aptly named Mr Alfred! One of the best I ever tried. So is their signature taco and nachos. Definitely visit again in my next trip.

Pablo is run more like a no-frill fastfood bar. So don’t expect high-end setting and service, in return - great prices for what they serve. Fantastic portions of fillings and very tasty. Ordered the prawns and indian chicken tacos, the B40 nachos and lamb pasta, all came with great taste. Will return!

The tacos were so good what the heck 🤤 Beefin tacos was dope, juicy meet and the flavour just dances in your mouth. The What the Duck pasta was also delicious 🤤 creamy but not too creamy. The choices of drinks are limited but intentional. Felt like they really wanna focus on producing good foods so the drinks are only from canned drinks which is fine for me. You can sit at the counter where you can see all the magic happens or if you come with a larger crowd you can sit on the 1st floor. The staff were friendly and cute! Ever since I discovered this place, i've told all my friends bout the foods and service🫶🏻 Will definitely come again in the future
