4 places in Asia to see a James Turrell - SilverKris
"Taking over all three floors of Pace’s Itaewon gallery, “The Return” is Turrell’s first solo in Seoul since 2008 and presents five recent installations, including a new site-specific Wedgework; the show also includes photographs and works on paper that trace his decades-long pursuit of making light the subject, and is on view until 27 September." - James P. Beautiful space for art. Came here for the Teamlab exhibit. It was good but I was a bit underwhelmed as it featured only four pieces, and the lady there was impolite and treated us like little kids. I loved the art by Adrian Ghenie on the higher floors though.

A beautiful place! Definitely loved visiting there. They had two different exhibitions when we visited. Both of them were great and I thought the overall architecture was beautiful.

I came to Pace Gallery for teamLab Massless Suns exhibition, although it is nice but the exhibition was much smaller than anticipated. I did enjoy the bigger Adrian Ghenie exhibition on the upper floor.
Pace Gallery building itself is a very nice building to explore. Their artwork in the courtyard is also playful. If you are an art enthusiast and in the area I would recommend you to take a look here.
Osulloc cafe is on the first floor and is crowded.

Beautiful display at TeamLab, highly recommend for those art appreciated person. Please note that it close earlier than other shops in Itaewon, so if visiting this place is in your agenda be sure to take note of time. We were there for the projector light display, very beautiful in deed.

No reservations until september. The gallery was empty, nobody was inside except the staff.
Something is wrong with the management.
