Pacha Hotel

A great location and the rooms and staff I general were lovely. The overall building felt a bit older, but the rooms were really modern and nice. For the price point of almost $500+ a night I was expecting it to be a bit more upscale. There’s a bit of cold treatment in the restaurant from the wait staff however. They have a great outdoor bar area. An absolutely excellent perk is access to the Pacha club for free under Pacha Family. Great value for money there.

Pacha Hotel is the absolute BEST! The staff were absolutely outstanding, exceptionally kind, attentive, and genuinely went out of their way to offer thoughtful recommendations and make our stay special. The rooms were even nicer than expected: clean, spacious, and beautifully maintained. We felt so welcomed and well cared for. Without a doubt, we’ll be staying here again next time we’re in Ibiza!

Outstanding! The service was exceptional, the rooms lovely and the breakfast was absolutely delicious with a huge variety of things to choose from. We got an excellent deal from Bookings and had the perfect stay in the junior suite which for 3 x nights. I would definitely choose to go back again. Thank you for an excellent experience.

One of a kind hotel. From start to finish the staff have been unbelievable with us and so helpful nothing was too much to ask for. Best hotel iv ever stayed at. Would definitely come back.

Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was no 100% from pleasant. I was overcharged at the restaurant—literally charged double price for the service room meal. I immediately brought it to the staff’s attention, but despite my attempts to contest the charge, I received no response or resolution. On top of that, some fees were added to my chekin bill that were never communicated to me in advance. It felt dishonest and left a very bad impression. For a hotel of this category, I expected better service, transparency, and accountability. Sadly, that was not the case. I do not recommend staying here unless you’re willing to closely check every charge and chase down management for basic assistance

I stayed at Pacha Hotel from Thursday to Tuesday and had an incredible experience from start to finish. I was picked up from the airport and greeted with so much kindness. The staff made me feel welcome the moment I landed, and the level of service remained consistently high throughout my stay. The rooms are stunning. They have that classic old Spanish money look elegant, spacious, and full of charm. My room had a beautiful balcony view, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. Coming from Canada, I really appreciated having a cool and comfortable space especially with how strong the sun can get. Wear sunscreen! The reception staff were always available and incredibly helpful. Anytime I needed something, they handled it immediately. One example was when they booked me an appointment with a local barber—no hassle, just great service. The restaurant was another highlight. The food was delicious, and I quickly became acquaintances with the bartender and the waitresses. Everyone was warm, friendly, and made each meal feel like a relaxing break among friends. The gardens are beautiful. As someone from Canada and a plant enthusiast, seeing exotic plants thriving both indoors and outdoors was a real treat. The whole property has a peaceful and vibrant energy that I love. The location is perfect. You’re just steps from the iconic Pacha Club and only minutes from the port. It’s a great spot whether you’re there to explore, relax, or enjoy the nightlife. A special thank you to Carmen. One day I accidentally cut myself, and without me even asking, she brought me everything I needed. Antibacterial, gauze, and bandages just out of the kindness of her heart. That kind of care really stays with you. All the reception staff were great, but Carmen is someone who will go that extra step right to the very last moment and get you what you need (not only what you ask for) always with kindness and a smile. Pacha Hotel delivers on every level! Comfort, style, and heart. I couldn’t recommend it more.

Excellent location and great perk to have direct access to Pacha club without any charge if you are a hotel guest. The food was good for breakfast and also for dinner the artichoke pizza is highly recommended. The housekeeping staff did a great job on daily basis and reception generally as well. The dinner staff was over the 9 nights we stayed sometimes borderline annoyed or rude for no reason. I have to also say value for money could be improved. When your paying +500 euro a night you’d expect more maintained hotel overall but I guess capitalization/reliance the “Pacha” brand and image is what the charge is mostly based on.

One of the best hotels we've ever stayed at. Staff was so lovely and helpful. We arrived early and they let us store the luggage so we could go explore before check in at 3PM. They called us at 12 that we could check in already, which was so nice so we could freshen up. The room was really nice, beautifully decorated and had everything you needed (blow dryer, mini bar, bathrobes etc.), plus a nice big balcony. There was a nice pool, not too big, but that was no problem because it was never really busy. Location was so convenient, about 10 minutes walking to Ibiza Town, the Marina and Talamanca beach, plus a Spar supermarket close by. Until 12:30 we could acces Pacha for free through the Family entrance, which is a great bonus. Breakfast was great and varied. Nice coffee and lots of sweet and salty options. Can't wait to visit again!
