It's very well managed. A few weeks ago my father couldn't find some specific type of Amy's pizza and with a phone call he was kind enough to order us a dozen, that's great service, thank you!!

So, in all honesty - my husband doesn't eat fast food and I was at DiAmores Pizza just across the lot. So whenever this happens - I have to run into Pacific Coast Greens for, well, some greens for my main guy. It's always great, fresh and nice selection. It's Malibu so expect the prices. But you get what you pay for - I just prefer to pay for the pizza! ;)

I come here several times a week. Good & Not Great: it’s more expensive than Whole Foods (or any market in Malibu besides Country Mart), the deli has really delicious prepared foods and pastries, they have a great variety of products to choose from throughout the store (high quality and hard to find stuff), the coffee and deli menu/ordering “flow” needs serious work bc it makes little sense from a customer standpoint. Menus are all over the place (literally and figuratively) and are confusing to order from but the food made to order is typically great and made with friendly service. Lastly, they offer almond, soy and rice milk as alternatives for coffee drinks but do not offer oat milk (even though they sell it in the store). I get that it’s a specific weird thing but if you’re an expensive specialized hippie market, pull together all of the options, maybe? The Awful: The short blonde woman behind the deli counter is incredibly unfriendly, slow as hell and always repeats my order back to me incorrectly. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve hoped she was having one bad day but it’s literally every day for her and makes my day worse for having talked to her. Everyone else is amazing.

Very much like a corner store version of Whole Foods Market. A decent selection of produce, non-GMO snacks, and a deli that offers fresh/ cooked options including vegetarian/ vegan dishes and desserts. Lines are usually fast, and employees are friendly.

Great fresh food at the deli. I like dropping by in the afternoon and grabbing a bite to eat. Always something different in the hot food section. Great products local and imported through the store. Friendly service.

Every single person that works here is amazing. They always go above and beyond to help you with all your needs and they always greet you with a smile. The butcher's are amazing They do everything you could imagine.

I expect the high prices because of the location but the 'fresh' deli area needs to be improved. Food always looks old or like it's been there all day. Erewhon prices with Ralph's quality .... not cool :/

Scam -Boycott This Store! They listed their vegan kung pao and orange 'chicken' as vegan and gf. They also said it was non GMO. After I felt ill I asked to see the ingredients. They included wheat starch, other wheat products and high fructose corn syrup. The manager was totally non responsive and angry when I questioned the labelling. I am Celiac and this is no joke. I have been told they also claim farmed GMO salmon is organic.
