We did a tri-country trip so we had a lot of hotel-hopping, and I can definitely say this is the BEST hotel we’ve been to! Our experience here from hotel pick-up, welcome drinks, service, breakfast buffet, and amenities are top notch! No wonder why they’re a five-star hotel. Bobby/Chamnan has given the best service to us, making us enjoy our vacation even more. The hotel also surprised my mom with a birthday towel cake, and they knew it because they saw my mom’s birth month. It was such a great gesture! All of the staff like Bobby/Chamnan and our driver Saeyha always go out of their way to provide the best service to their customers. I will definitely go back here when I come to Cambodia again 😊

We had three nights here and couldn't have asked for a nicer hotel. Staff are always lovely and will do anything to help you. This hotel has everything you needed from a restaurant, bar, massive pool, massage parlour and even a band of three playing music at the pool side of an evening. Rooms were large and clean, plenty of hot water. A separate bath and shower and daily refills on towels and toiletries. If I had any area to improve, I would ask for slightly faster service at the bar as it could take a few minutes longer than expected to make the cocktails, but they were nice enough to make up for it.

I , with my 4 other Filipina friends stayed at the hotel 2 days ago. Everything in the hotel is superb and excellent. From friendly, accommodating and approachable staffs to rooms and other amenities . We were welcomed with cold drinks and were treated very special. More power to the management & staffs & MABUHAY...

I stayed at this hotel with my teenage son as part of a G Adventures small group trip for three nights. It was by far the nicest place we stayed on the trip throughout Vietnam and Cambodia and was a resort style facility. I had two aromatherapy massages at the spa which were about $27USD each and were quite nice. The lobby was big, bright and modern and there was a nice pool. The included breakfast ||A few downsides…the biggest one being the lack of outlets or USB ports in the room. There is a central electrical control on the nightstand we found didn’t work and is connected by old school phone cables. I pulled the nightstand back to try to find an outlet and it unplugged a wire and we could not turn off half of the lights in the room (by the vanity and another lamp) as some things are hardwired. We had to unscrew light bulbs to go to bed after fiddling around with it for 20 minutes. I had to charge my phone on the other side of the room as no outlets were available. Not super ideal when we had to get up at 4am for the sunrise tour to Angkor Wat. It shouldn’t be that hard to turn off lights and charge your phone! Also if you have kids be aware that the diving platform in the pool is incredibly unsafe, it is about 4 feet high and you jump into 4 feet of water and there is mold growing underneath it. It’s a spinal injury waiting to happen. ||The food and drink service at the pool is very slow and very pricy for that area so we got drinks at the gas station next door instead. The location is not close to restaurants that we saw from the street (I’m sure some were available at other resorts nearby) but you can easily take a Tuk Tuk to Pub Street for a much better selection of restaurants, bars and shops. Overall though it was a good stay and I would recommended.

I have to say this hotel is 5 stars. because the service is top notch, the staff is so friendly and caring about the guests. 2 days ago if I wanted boiled eggs I had to call, but on the 3rd day. I didn't have time to call but the staff had already prepared boiled eggs before I arrived. Pacific Hotel is so wonderful, if gg map had 10 stars I would give it 10 more. God bless the owner and staff of Pacific hotel ❤️

Got this hotel for $50 a night through TripAdvisor. This hotel is a solid 5 star place. I would expect to pay north of $300 a night for a similar one in America. The staff are all friendly and accommodating. They had live music by the pool Sunday night. The gym is a full CrossFit style weight room. The breakfast in the morning was great and included a lot of Western foods. my daughter loved the pool and they have colored lights after 6 pm. Only was here for 2 nights but would have been happy spending a whole month.

Not sure how they got so many good reviews… the shower drain goes down so slow you are showering shin deep in dirty bath water. Wifi is not reliable. There was rolling power outages. Found a dead cock roach and three live crickets in our room during our two nights. The live music is horrendous. AC controls are confusing and blows cold air or nothing. So freeze, turn off AC, and turn it back on. Had to do it every night during sleep to keep a comfortable temperature for me and my children. The beds didn’t have the nice curtains like in pictures, the pool view was blocked by the roof of another building. Room service came and didn’t leave any towels after. Most worrisome was, on the day of our check out, my wife went out to get something and a room service lady just barged in right after my wife left… without knocking or anything. On the day of our check out, no need to make bed or clean until we check out. And I would assume you need to put new sheets in after guests leave. It was super suspicious how she just barged in right after my wife left thinking no one was here. No close food nearby. Lobby lounge food is pricey. TV has like 10 channels from the antenna. Pretty sure “5 stars” is just like part of their slogan or something and no one actually awarded them the 5 stars. Maybe they bought bunch of reviews. I’d check the positive reviews history before thinking it’s legit. Overall I would not come back. Edit: Yeap most 5 star reviews are from “local guides” or people with 2 reviews.

We are currently staying at Pacific Cambodia. The rooms are very spacious. Staff are very friendly. They are very accommodative. We took combined connecting rooms. Breakfast was good 👍 lot of options. They even accommodated our special meal request. 🙂🙂 I would strongly recommend this place for your Cambodia visit.
