Great hospitality and service with smiles and friendly helpful, delicious food and testing drinks. Large pool with two swimming pool. Amazing room and fresh air. Tour arrangements are fantastic with a professional English speaking guide, driver is very safety on the way , with cool towels and welcome drinks. I like it.

This hotel is on the route6 that is located straight from Siem Reap airport. So its access is very easy. Although we arrived at PM.9, they prepared refreshments at the restaurant. Their hospitality helped our happiness.

Exelent value, good food friendly staff, nice pool. Would stay again.

Since they just recently opened after the pandemic, most areas in the lower ground of the hotel are still closed and you can still see a few cobwebs here and there.|I just don't get the style of this hotel, kindda confusing in architecture. ||Anyway, the rooms are SPACIOUS, you can do cartwheels literally :)|The furniture are kindda heavy to move around because of the good wood they used here. Really clean rooms, cold AC. Bathrooms have separate bath tub and shower, has BIDET!!! BIG PLUUUUUSSS! |All complimentary stuff in the bathroom are OK except no cotton buds.|Good that they have bathrobes and room slippers :)||Our room was facing the pool area, view of the pool at night was nice because of the lights. Downside is, there's a band playing every night, tho they finish at around 9 or 10pm I think, you can't really have some peace and quiet if you're in your room around 7om onwards.||The food at the breakfast buffet has a lot of variety.... different cuisine to choose from.||Over-all, our stay in this hotel is OK. |Not sure tho if I want to stay here again, it's far from downtown but really near the airport. |

Great architectural design can be seen in the design of the buildings and landscaping of this hotel. The service was excellent.

Son Thavary and Dalis Soy are the nicest people and have awesome energy. They gave excellent customer service. Son Thavary helped us book tickets to multiple places and is always smiling. I highly recommend this place. 10 out of 10 :)

Immaculate and comfortable rooms. Tropical island feel in swimming pool bar with live band and delicious cocktails. Luxury at reasonable prices. I have stayed in many hotels. What sets Pacific Hotel apart is the warmth and efficiency of the staff. Truly a (luxurious) home away from home!

The hotel is very beautiful and the staff were very helpful and friendly. What i love about them and Cambodia in general is that the country is very tourist-friendly. Regardless of how difficult it is to communicate, they try their best to communicate in english. The room where we stayed in was big enough for two persons. It was clean and the view was nice. The place all in all was very comfortable. 💕
