Our family's stay at your hotel was thoroughly disappointing and concerning due to significant hygiene issues.
We all developed a persistent cough during our two-night stay, which we suspect was linked to the air quality in the room. We had kept the air conditioning turned off as it seemed to aggravate the condition, even though no one in our family has allergies.
Upon checking out, we discovered the real cause: numerous circular, dark, mold-like spots on the wall. It was unclear if it was mold or dust, but it was clearly visible and alarming.
When we reported this issue at the front desk, the response was inadequate. The staff member simply apologized but did not offer any concrete solution or show genuine concern about addressing the problem for future guests. We were told that they would "note it in the system," which felt dismissive and insincere. It left us with a very negative impression, as the hotel's priority did not seem to be guest health and safety.
Due to the unhealthy environment and the unsatisfactory handling of our complaint, we cannot recommend this hotel and are deeply dissatisfied with our experience.
