Pacific Hotel

We had a very pleasant stay at Pacifico Hotel. The hotel and the rooms are of very good quality, offering a high standard of comfort and cleanliness. Everything feels well maintained and thoughtfully designed, making the overall experience very enjoyable. One of the highlights was the breakfast. For approximately USD 13, it offers a wide variety of options and is definitely of a high standard, well worth the price. Additionally, the hotel has a privileged location, making it easy and convenient to move around and explore the area. Overall, Pacifico Hotel is an excellent choice, and we would gladly stay here again.

Small room but great location! Super easy to move around as the subway is 100m away from the hotel. Amd Myeongdong street shopping is just at opposite Street. There is no toothbrush and toothpaste. Good thing is that they have recently added washing machine for guests to do own laundry.There are a few nice restaurants nearby So no need worry about food options.

Our recent trip was great.. staying in Pacific Hotel. The room is spacious with 1 double bed and 1 single bed for 3 of us. There's halal restaurants all near by and close to Meongdong street night market too...lots of shopping....

Our group stayed here 5 nights. Hotel is very nice and centrally located. Our room had two beds - a double and a single. Also small TV, tea kettle, mini fridge. No real drawers, but lots of surfaces to put things in. Closet with hangers and a safe. Bathroom was big. You had to climb over the edge of the tub to use the shower- not my preference but water pressure was great. Our guide provided us a cheat sheet to figure out the bidet/toilet 🤣. Lighting, AC, and do not disturb and clean my room alert are all controlled by a special box. Breakfast available at 7am. Not a huge buffet, but adequate. There is also a coffee shop in the lobby. Lots of restaurants and a couple quick convenience stores, a dessert cafe, and a market around the corner. Subway is close as is the night market.

The hotel is located in a very convient location. 24/7 convenience stores are nearby. Daiso is nearby. Halal restaurants are also nearby. Quite good. However, the hotel is a bit old so there might be some over wear blankets and pillows. Service was great and helpful too.

👍This hotel is exactly where you need to be if visiting Seoul as a tourist. The hotel itself is extremely clean and well-appointed, while its location is perfectly situated near fabulous shopping, delicious restaurants, and the subway station across the street. The airport bus picks you up across the street as well. The hotel also allowed us to store our luggage for the afternoon after checkout so that we could enjoy the city before leaving for the airport. Would absolutely stay here again without question. 👎Only two items for the hotel's designer we'd point out is that the bathroom threshold has a raised step that causes you to bang your feet on it every time you walk out of the bathroom (hurts!). Also, there is nowhere to hang your bath towel in the bathroom near the shower. Might want to reconsider the practicality of both these issues.

The hotel is generally clean, but the reception service lacks care and flexibility. Even when rooms were ready, early check-in was not allowed and there was no communication while many guests were waiting. Front desk staff were inexperienced with cab bookings and did not check if luggage and passengers could fit. The self-service laundry is expensive and closes at 11pm, which is inconvenient. Room cleaning is inconsistent, depending on the cleaner, and standards are not well maintained.

We had a very comfortable stay! The hotel's location is perfect and makes it very easy to get around to all the local sights however the front desk staffs were unfriendly.Great spot for convenience, but don't expect a warm welcome. :)
